This
is
a
very
small
but
rather
populated
beach
on
the
other
side
of
the
aquarium
from
Queens
beach.
It
is
in
between
to
the
Waikiki
Natatorium
War
memorial
and
the
Waikiki
Outrigger
Canoe
club.
This
is
a
treasured
piece
of
water
for
locals
and
visitors
who
happen
to
venture
this
far
off
from
the
beaten
path.
Amazingly
peaceful
in
the
early
morning
turns
congested
and
anything
but
in
the
later
hours
of
the
day.
Protected
by
a
wide
reef,
the
near
shore
bottom
is
shallow,
sandy,
and
free
of
strong
currents.
Open
ocean
swimmers
and
kayakers
flock
to
take
advantage
of
all
it
has
to
offer
before
the
hurd
of
visitors
and
locals
alike
show
up
for
their
urban
oasis.
Really
convenient
location
with
plenty
of
parking,
toilette
facilities
and
picnic
tables
makes
this
a
highly
sought
after
gem.
