The
WORST
customer
service
ever.
I
bought
a
Neil
Lane
and
an
anniversary
band
at
the
Pearlrdige
Location
yesterday.
Bare
in
mind
the
Pearlridge
Location
went
over
and
beyond
to
help
me
yesterday.
Last
night
one
of
my
diamonds
fell
out
of
my
Anniversary
Band
so
I
went
to
the
Ala
Moana
Location
to
exchange
it
since
they
had
one
in
stock.
They
would
NOT
exchange
my
ring
even
though
I
had
the
paperwork
in
hand.
They
acted
like
it
was
my
fault.
I
was
not
greeted
to
the
effect
of
"Welcome
to
Kay,
how
may
I
help
you"
which
is
service
you
would
get
at
any
other
Kay.
Then
they
said,
if
they
exchanged
it
I
would
lose
$100
in
Love
Rewards.
How
do
I
lose
rewards
for
exchanging
a
ring
that
diamonds
have
fallen
out.
I
asked
to
speak
with
the
manager
and
she
stated
she
walked
out.
So
I
walked
out
and
low
and
behold
the
Manager
was
shopping
at
the
next
store.
This
was
3:45pm
in
the
afternoon.
I
went
back
and
asked
if
she
was
on
break
and
they
said
NO.
This
is
the
second
time
I
have
been
to
this
store
where
they
were
bluntly
rude,
unprofessional
and
could
care
less
about
helping
customers.
On
top
of
that
talk
about
unprofessional
wear.
If
I
could
give
a
0
that's
what
they
would
get.
I
have
spent
over
$15,000
in
Kay
and
will
no
longer
support
this
chain.
Regional
Manager,
based
on
the
other
comments
it's
time
to
replace
this
staff
and
start
over.
Donna
at
Pearlridge
is
the
perfect
person
to
bring
into
a
Manager
position
here.
When
I
called
to
talk
with
the
Pearlridge
Location
they
were
so
apologetic
and
horrified
about
my
experience
at
Ala
Mona
and
tried
to
do
everything
in
their
power
to
assist
me.
