The quality of the designs, as well as the medium-weight bracelets (my personal preference) offered by Honolulu Jewelry Company is excellent, and I am very much looking forward to the delivery of my custom bracelet. I worked with Katelyn B, and she was everything a consumer could hope for -and more- in a customer service representative. She knowledgeable, responsive and kind, and I sent a LOT of emails, as I consider this to be a major purchase. This is likely my last purchase of, well, any jewelry, to be honest. I visited the store today for the first time to get a Hawaiian bracelet re-enameled. Kacie provided EXCELLENT customer service & was very patient, helpful & addressed all my concerns, including future orders. I called after leaving because I thought I had dropped my beaded bracelet while there. She went out of her way to look in the shop & the parking lot, then called me back!! Three years ago I ordered a 14K yellow gold rope chain, 24 inches, 1mm, and wore it continuously with a lightweight pendant. I seldom needed to open the clasp because at 24 inches I could just pull it on and off over my head. So it was a shock to find that, in its fourth year, the spring inside the clasp suddenly broke. I emailed the company, asking only, “Please advise.” Their response was to ask that I mail it to them, and they would send me a one-time replacement, which they have done. Only later did I notice that their jewelry comes with a lifetime guarantee, which they certainly honored. So it is without hesitation that I say that Honolulu Jewelry is a reputable company with outstanding customer service.
