Went to this boutique hoping to purchase something as a memento for my engagement. They had three people working who seemed nice enough. However, they only had exhibition models (not even functional per the salesman) and nothing even for sale. What a waste of space and money on Rolex’s part. Very disappointed after my experience.

I bought three watches over around 70,000$!! and found that one of them was smaller on me and I asked them to send me a link to enlarge the watch. And they demanded money for it It’s a shame . So I’m not Recommend to buy from them . The saleswoman who helped me is Tina .

I recently had a rather disheartening experience at Rolex Honolulu, which compels me to give them a one-star rating. Upon visiting the store with high hopes of purchasing a timepiece from their renowned collection, I was met with disappointment and frustration. To my surprise, the store did not have any watches available for sale at the time. I was informed that they only offer watches to individuals who are on some sort of waitlist, exclusively catering to local customers. This policy left me feeling unwelcome and excluded as an outsider. As an avid watch enthusiast, it was disheartening to be treated in such a discriminatory manner. A luxury brand like Rolex should be open to customers from all walks of life, regardless of their location. This practice not only alienates potential customers like myself but also raises concerns about fairness and transparency.

Bed customer service .when you buying the service is good.. after you bought is a different. I bought a new watch, but I think they are a used.only use a week just has some problems. Please be careful if you want to buy in this location.......

I would like to share an interesting experience here: We came to this retail store to look for a watch and we knew how exactly Rolex’s policy for selling. Unfortunately, the sales seems very impatient and disrespectful about my consultation. When I asked:”could we fly to Hawaii to pick up when it is available, the sales gave a very weird answer that they only sell the watches to Hawaii local people” There was a kind of feeling ‘You are not able to afford the watches here, just don’t waste my time’. LMAO, the kind of hungry sales will finally push the potential new consumers away, which they don’t care about.

The biggest of the Rolex boutiques on the island. I didn't buy my Rolex from them, but Young was very kind to resize the watch for me and take my name down for a future Rolex purchase. I found her to be very friendly along with the other staff in the store. I wouldn't hesitate to see Young if you're interested in a Rolex watch.

I visited Ben Bridge to see if I can take a look at a watch that I have been looking to get acquire the past 4yrs. Luckily they have it for display and was able to check out the time piece, as everyone know it is very difficult to get a watch at this market especially if youre a no body. But today I am glad Mike was the one who greeted me. I am 100% not expecting any good service at all, maybe a good small talk, even so Mike showed me exceptional service. I didnt show of it much but I was impress, he even showed me his own time watch and told me the story of how he got it, deep down the guy is genuine, respectful and love what he does. I was not able to buy anything today, but I hope we can do business someday. Cheers!

I agree with other low star ratings of this boutique. Rude staff, absolutely not interested in any sense of customer service. We ALL know how Rolex works, we were there because we are on multiple lists in multiple counties with the money to purchase, as we own several Rolex watches already. This Rolex are not interested, don’t waste your time and take your money to another Rolex store. 🙄

Unbelievably rude and says they only cater to local people who live in Hawaii. I purchased several Rolex watches in Waikiki even if I’m visiting, I just let them know I’m coming in to island and keep a look out. The sales person didn’t even want to take my info or build a relationship to make a new customer. What poor customer service and should be trained better to cater to all customers…. Not only locals. Sales person was a lady with Japanese name. She looked us up and down as if to size us up on status. People with money can wear comfort clothing too. Again, piss poor customer service. Rolex should be ashamed.

We sat down and spoke with Neville for about 30 minutes to discuss repair of my wife's Rolex she inherited from her grandfather. Neville was not only a wealth of information but he was so kind to describe in detail our options to repair the watch. Great experience and we really appreciated his Aloha spirit. Much mahalos 🤙🏼

Friendly, knowledgeable staff willing to fulfill your Rolex purchase. Delivery of your timepiece in the meanwhile is questionable, not at the fault of your AD, but at the manufacturer due to the current world events.

First time visiting Hawaii and I came in looking for a birthday gift for myself and my girlfriend. Jim helped us and he was extremely informative, professional and friendly. I will definitely come back and visit every time I’m in the area. This place is great!

Well let’s start A huge thank you to Jim That works at that location he really was an awesome sale person he definitely know how to take care of his clientele he was very helpful throughout the whole process even though I give Jim a headache at times lol because this is one of the largest Rolex purchase I’ve ever made buying a $49,000 watch but Jim made it real easy was very helpful and I will be doing business with him for years to come he is also just A great guy all around thank you Jim for all your help can’t wait to see on the next one and thanks again for helping me by my dream watch

Probably one of the most friendly to a watch store—a lot of stores won’t give you the time or day to talk watches but Jim is especially kind even though I wasn’t necessarily buying anything. Definitely would drop by again while in Honolulu

The absolute worst experience. Their pompous staff was discourteous to say the least. Rolex boutique staff are typically snobbish but this location takes the cake. The watch community knows exactly why we loath Rolex boutiques in general and rightfully so.
