    I really hate doing reviews but I am so very disappointed with the place I been coming here for years I like doing business with some people like Randy Francis so I brought my car to have a oil change in the morning then after that I went to do errands on my way home on the freeway my car started acting up I mean acting up that I needed to turn my hazard lights on Thank God I was able to make it at least to the salt lake blvd which is like 1/2 mile from Good year I called them up Randy and a mechanic came to the rescue my car was totally dead can’t be the battery cause a week ago I got a new battery and it’s also from them They where able to have my car run till the shop but when I get there they told me they will check it out I never heard from them at all they stated they tried calling me but it’s impossible cause I never received any call. Yesterday I called I check on the condition of my car they stated it will cost me $1334 for a alternator and Ivan pick my car I told them what then the lady called me again stating I can pay over the phone and pick up my car when I can I stayed NO I am so disappointed imagine $1334 for alternator I found out from some people that it doesn’t cost that much Seriously Goodyear disappointed me freaking reap me off I never APPROVE for them to fixed it for that price NEVER NEVER again this place will take my money I hope & pray to God karma will hit this place so bad

    Called a week in advance to schedule an appointment with the lady who works there. She assured we were scheduled for today at 3:00pm, but when we arrived they said no appointment was made and we could not get in today. We took off work to get our tires put on. Never had a good experience here. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

    Had an appointment at 9am for a tire patch just for them to tell me two hours later (I was sitting in the lobby the entire time) that it’s sliced and they don’t have the tire I need. If they respected the time of my appointment and looked within the first 30 minutes I could’ve been on my way to another shop for a replacement 1.5 hours earlier and had it changed. Don’t go here.

    My wife made an appointment for 8 am for a safety check. At 8 am I was told they don't do safety checks untill 9 am and I would have to wait. Why do you let people make an appointment for a time you do not do safety checks.

    Booked my appointment to get my safety inspection done. I get a call a few hours later telling me they only do appointment only inspections and that my appointment has been cancelled (which makes no sense as I booked the appointment via their website)...then i got told they dont handle the website...which seems stupid to me. why have the option online if you dont even check? waste of my time. do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually uses the tools available to them.

    Bought my tires online with Goodyear and got a great deal. Set up my appointment and prepared to get new tires put on my black wheels, I called ahead to make sure they had black wheel weights and found out they didn't. Kind of odd being that almost every manufacturer today puts out black wheels and I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't want silver stick on weights on my black wheels. So strike one for them that I had to buy wheel weights for myself. I arrived on time and they took me right away which was great, they did the job fast and efficiently and that was great. Now here is the other strike, because I was taking my tires and they charged me the disposal fee online the wouldn't refund it there! You'd think it's all good year but NO , so again more money lost and it really wasn't enough to make it a super big deal but it's annoying. Overall if the price was right I would once again do the same thing but try and get the price changed up front knowing what I know now.

    Big shoutout to the braddahs that helped me with my deflating tire issue as i was on my way to work. They pumped those tires with no hesitation and charge. I will now be a regular degular here. Wonderful staff.

    Do NOT recommend. I’m having a baby soon and wanted to make sure my car was safe and ready for her arrival. I brought my car in to get the brake pads checked. They assured me they had 80% life and didn’t need to be changed. They did, however, convince me that I needed a fuel injection flush and something else. Within days my car started making a lot of noise on the freeway, and I had to pull over. I brought my car into another mechanic. He said that my pads were so paper thin that they had snapped and broke off. Don’t know what they even did to my car. Do not trust them and will never go there again.

    Went in for a safety check, got a call after two hrs saying my truck was ready for pickup. Technicians and front desk workers were extremely rude and unprofessional, had to ask twice to get any updates and it took and additional 50 minutes until they brought my car out. Come here if you enjoy wasting your time.

    I would recommend avoiding this place for service. Battery replacement cost me over $400 and added labor of $80 for it being under the seat. Which was not discussed prior to dropping my car off even though I mentioned it specifically. Additional labor always seems to be added even my prior visit to patch a tire.

    I would love to but been trying for 3 days to get someone on the phone for an appointment. At one point I sat my phone down an let it ring for 35 minutes NO ANSWER. I’m thinking they really don’t need my business again, I will find somewhere else to go.

    I selected this location based on the feedback I received from a co-worker and family member who were both females. The service provided was polite quick, complete and honest. Polite because the service provider was busy but had a nice demeanor and not pressured or overwhelmed. He was kind and helpful. Quick because it took only an hour and 30 minutes for a oil change, safety check and tire rotation. This was the first time I came. I had to come back a second time because they noticed that one of the things holding my lug nut was stripped because a previous company, damaged that and did not repair it correctly. DO NOT go to JL at pearl kai...I had gone back 4 times to fix what they did. My oil was leaking, the tire was scraping and they just did an overall poor job. I will never return there because of their poor care/ service. Goodyear completed the job and even said the price was actually less than what he quoted. I will return to Goodyear on Salt Lake Blvd and tell my friends and family about them. Also in that area, you can get a pedicure at Judy Nails & Beauty Salon, and you can eat lunch at Stadium Pho...so yummy.

    I went in because my inspection had expired and the police kindly suggested I fix it immediately. They are ALWAYS slammed! I explained myself to the cute girl working at the counter and she helped me out big time. She had them do my inspection and I made an appointment for later in the week to do my 100k service. I can't say this is typical but if she called me up I would take her to lunch for sure! ;)

    After reading prior reviews for this store, I can only conclude they have improved significantly or I got lucky. Life hack: I picked Goodyear because they allow you to bring your own parts. Other stores like Lex Brodie don't allow this, and there is a significant markup in price, or possibly a delay if they have to order whatever. The store opened at 0800 as advertised, I was checked in with no wait, and the tech started work. The work was finished in a timely manner, and I was back on the road.

    I brought my car in for a scheduled safety check on 8-17-21 at 10:00 A.M. I got a call from the service center about 45 minutes later telling me that the license plate lamp was inoperative and the lamp needed to be replaced in order for my car to pass the inspection. I told the person to replace the lamp. When I picked up my car and paid the bill, I was charged $16.15 to replace the lamp; however, the lamp was never replaced. I noticed this when I returned home. When I opened the trunk to check/access the light I found one of the plastic retainer buttons that secures the access panel missing. I looked around the trunk and found it on the floor. When I removed the access panel I found the license plate lamp and lamp socket removed from the lamp housing and left hanging. The existing inoperative lamp was still installed. I replaced the lamp and reinstalled the access panel and "all" plastic retainer buttons. I was disappointed that this very simple lamp replacement was not properly done and no one checked to see if the light was working before the car was passed. If the Service Center wants to confirm this, just ask your technicians Alastair and Randy if they replaced the lamp on my car. Work and charges where done on Invoice No. 336535. Follow Up: Received a telephone call from Salt Lake Shop Manager Scott. He apologized for the situation and offered to refund the amount of the lamp and labor charges. Appreciate he responded promptly and courteously to correct this problem. Thank you!

    Nobody knows what they’re doing when it comes to safety check’s. Went to another station and got safety no problem. DO NOT GO FOR SAFETY CHECK !!!! They WILL waste your time!!
