The Kahala Mall Taco Bell location is the best on the island. They take great care to uphold the standards of both the mall and the company. This location is staffed by mindful and intelligent individuals who give excellent service: no missing items, no messy wrappings, no wrong orders. I only trust this location to give me quality fast food. After all, fast doesn't mean half-a$$'d!

Always magic. little turnover with employees. Rumors have come to me Saying Taco Bell in Hawaii is part of some of the Best Investors in all the world. They are Rebranding or Updating all their locations. My son worked at Taco Bell in Long Beach and said he really liked working there. and... I doubt he would be alive if it wasn't for Taco Bell... Thank you for that.

Tacos bell that are people is mind there own business and not to talk to stranger at all time and they the cashier help u and to get what you need and they that why they not talked to stranger they can't trust them at all time it becarefull out there okay. In side too go where in a safe place ok is stay safe thank you !

I love me some Taco. Bell. Placed an order totaling $40. We had asked for 7 Fire and 3 Hot sauces. When we got there we asked for a couple extra Fire. You would think the staff thought we were robbing them. Needles to say we left without the 3 “extra” fire sauces. I would have paid for those 3 packets…

Kahala Mall location. My Go To. Always lighting fast! Even with a line. Cool location and friendly!! 🤙✌️ 7/30/23 Bryce is always friendly and helpful at the counter. There's another employee I've seen and listened to on more than one occasion that is not the ideal person to have in back of the counter and I've sent Taco Bell a private message about this person. As for the food and service, good and fast.

Don't use the APP to order your food as it mis most likely more expensive than ordering at the register - Especially the Chicken Chalupa Supreme. Don't get ripped off!

A worker told my daughter they don't accept CASH any longer !!!!! He told her they Only accept Cards so my daughter left Hungry !!!!

1 beefy burrito and 3 crunchy tacos. Waiting on 20 min so far...so sad....

Beware of ordering at this location. Ask them BEFORE you place an order if there will be an extended wait. I was told after waiting 10 minutes AFTER PAYING for my order that i would have to wait an additional 1/2 hour for my #1 combo.

I think this is the best Taco Bell on the island. They make the food very well. the crunchy taco is my favorite. Its really crunchy. The service is nice too, especially the asian cashier kid with the glasses. He's real cool. Baja blast is real yummy too. Can't get that at mcdonalds.

Like a hollow Taco Bell is interesting, they have the pizza inside too. Convenient to get the crunchwrap supreme which is my favorite. They know of self-service kiosk, but I still order the counter

This is my favorite taco bell. Everyone is friendly and they remember their regular customers and greet us by name. No robotic like order taker. Also quick and easy take out with the taco bell app.

Most workers are friendly and nice but one older guy is uptight and gives off feelings of hating where he works. He isn’t nice to customers and messes up orders.

taco bell is great but this one worker messed up my order many times and he got mad at me because he couldn’t understand what i wanted. he was mid 30s with black hair. made me pay for more than what i wanted.

Food came out fast and hot liked using the kiosk and doing a lot for covid so thats good
