Newly renovated Location! Love the beautiful, bright signage and the wide drive through lane. Service here was friendly, fast and efficient. I really appreciate the vegetarian options at taco bell. The veggie crunchwrap is AMAZING - consistently delicious!! Very recently tried the " fiesta veggie burrito" and although I wasnt a fan, I appreciate the option to order a vegetarian "fast" meal The Fiesta Veggie Burrito comes with Seasoned Rice, Black Beans, Red Strips, Creamy Chipotle Sauce, Reduced-Fat Sour Cream, a Three-Cheese Blend.

After ordering on the app while I was walking to this restaurant, I expected to go inside, pick up my food and be on my way. But I was surprised to find that they were closed due to staffing shortage. Drive-thru was open but I was on foot and wasn't going to try to go to the drive-thru because I know they would not serve me there. I did send all the specific information to the corporate email address on the receipt along with evidence of this incident and they can't be bothered with replying to let me know that they'll fix this issue. You may want to avoid this restaurant since can't correct a simple problem. $11 is not enough for me to get excited about, but I won't be coming back to Taco Bell anytime soon, recommend you consider finding another place as well.

Not a very long line. Staff was friendly and helpful. I love me some Taco Bell - and this did NOT disappoint.

This used to be a great Taco Bell. Since they’ve reopened that’s changed. Lines are incredibly long for drive through. I’ve tried to avoid the drive through and gone inside only to be told that they aren’t taking in person orders (I was half way through making my order and there were people in the building waiting on orders they had just placed). Most recently I tried to go drive through in the morning. I sat by the ordering menu for 5 minutes. No one came on to take my order. I finally gave up. When I drove by the window all the lights were on etc. but the place looked abandoned. Good quality has also gone way down hill. I’ll be driving out of my way to go to a different Taco Bell.

Service is always great here when I pick up lunch from there. Joy always greets me and asks about my mom. I look forward to seeing Joy when I go to this Taco Bell

Friendly and quick. The food looked like the pictures on the menu. My mind was blown! I've been to some they mess up my order or it's all crazy looking but this TacoBell's food looked good and taste good.

I've been here twice at the lunch hour and the service seems to crawl at a snails pace. But, the service people are very helpful and kind. If you are planning on coming here during lunch note there is very little parking and the drive-thru space is very cramped. It's not uncommon to have your car hanging out or waiting in line on the rather busy street.

I'm originally from Cali. I was craving tacos... the little ones. But I normally don't eat at Taco Bell in Cali. But after having a quick taco fix, I've been going there ever since. Clean,on the inside & fast service when ordering thru drive-thru.

For customers ordering delivery, PLEASE STOP!! Taco Bell is probably the worst place to deliver from! ALL LOCATIONS!! The lines are crazy long and slow during lunch and dinner! And they frequently close the dining rooms early for random reasons and so delivery drivers are forced to wait in the even longer and slower drive thru lines. And the few that times I actually waited in line, the food bag seems cold like they made it a long time ago. And this location on Waiakamilo NEVER answers the phone so there’s help or assistance from the staff whatsoever! And the same goes for all the delivery apps, anytime there is any problem the support line does little to nothing to help solve the problem!

So slow. I generally avoid delivery pick ups once the dining room is closed because they move at a snails pace. Drive through is ridiculously slow. I've stood inside and watched and even at the slow pace they still just throw the "food" together.

Crunchwrap supreme more like crunchwrap nothing inside it. Like fill em up please. I do my duty at McDonald's in filling tf up those fries so what's different in putting a little more effort in actually putting meat in my crunchwrap

This review is based on the drive thru. The service here is much better than the Beretania location, plus the lines are not as long as the Beretania location, and they actually have what I want to order unlike the Beretania location. We have not had any problems with our order being wrong but that doesn''t stop us from checking every time before we leave. The customer service is also much more friendlier than the other locations that we've been to.

Worst customer service. I’m dissatisfied with my visit today. Cashier name Chanel who took our order wasn’t paying attention and smiling.. I understand that you guys are short of staff but still be nice to your customer. I ordered first before my husband and it was very clear and loud that I want a grande burrito breakfast with steak and 1 hash brown then after me my husband placed his order. Then when we got our order my husband got his, but mine nothing. What am I supposed to eat?? she (chanel) didn’t punch my order. I was so disappointed,. instead I placed my order in the kiosk, then the male crew call my order (steak breakfast burrito was good, but the hash brown was COLD and oily) it seems like it’s been sitting in the warmer for an hour..This taco bell wasn’t that busy so as the drive thru. I don’t understand why their people aren’t nice, poor customer service. It’s better to close the store. I would never come in this location.

this location someone should sue them they don’t open the hours it says in their sign & we came at 9 PM well exactly at 8:55 PM & the guy shut off their lights & locked their doors right when we were about to walk to their doors & we kept waiting knocking he would come whenever we looked away or walked away from the door. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

A quick drive-through run. Opened up my burrito supreme and found it to be tightly wrapped and full. You don't see that too much nowadays with this franchise. Great quality and care were taken to make my order 👌

They finally fixed the drive through at this tacobell after the renovation. Usually do drive through and the service is always fast no matter how long the line is. Update as of 10/16/23 It seems that no one works at this place at night. The stated hours of operation say that they close at midnight but after 9pm no one is there. Had multiple times where i’ve ordered on the app just to have no one there. At least put cones to block the drive through lane. And they should pay their employees more.

We can not make sure when their door open or closed. So you don't know when you can go in to pick up or order. It may open one hour and close the next. Sometimes when you go to pick up takeout, the door is locked, so you have to queue up on the drive way for a long long long time. So that the meal delivery driver can't pick up and deliver meals on time .Can a specific timetable be announced? From what time to what time the gate is open and from what time to what time the gate is closed.

This is a phenomenal place I love eating at Taco Bell best customer service ever each and every time that I order hour to about 3 times a week or more I love this place

This store is always busy. I don't think the workers catch a break much. The down side is that they lock there doors 15 to 10 mins before the dine-in room is supposed to close which is actually 10pm.

Ordered 2 number 6 and 2 number 7 both with the hard tacos made supreme. Only 1 taco was supreme. Kids were disappointed. Food was decent.

Normal taco bell experience, staff average friendliness. But the put a sign saying they are closing at midnight right over the digital screen at the drive thru so you can't see if the order is input correctly. (It was 4 in the afternoon).

Terrible service. Bad attitude from workers. They always forget my order and they over charge. Do not go there.

I order a beef burtito Supreme with no beans and it was the size of a small taco so disappointing!! And expensive $5.02 wasn't worth it!!

Our kids love Taco Bell 🔔 they always get cheese quesadillas and I get nachos. The only thing I wish is that they put a little more cheese on the nachos. Other than that the food is always good 👍

They made the food slot faster than I thought 😂 and with my size family that's what I need

Used to only eat crunchy tacos, but wow soft tacos Supreme is better to me.
