I was on my way in to get a latte and saw protesters outside saying they wanted equal access to plant based milks from Starbucks and other shops. They said Starbucks charges 80 cents every time you choose almond milk and that’s what I always get in my coffee because I’m lactose intolerant. I went in and sure enough there was an 80 cent charge tacked on to my drink. I won’t be going back. Not cool.

Close to the beach and our hotel, prices are definitely higher compared to mainland and this is where the star redemption shines! Drinks were ready a bit later than anticipated but definitely welcoming to quench our thirsts!

Good location across from the beach but, for some reason, this location really doesn't want you to recharge your phone whileyou'rethere- all 3 electrical outlets have been plated over. Strange.

This place opens at 4:30 AM. My wife and I had breakfast there every morning while we were staying in Waikiki. The staff, coffee, and food were all great. Restaurant was clean. I would recommend this location.

Aloha Everyone, I want to share my thoughts and my review on why this is the best Starbucks on O'ahu. I've been going to this specific Starbucks for a year now. I work at one of the nearby hotels and given the job I do, I sometimes need caffeine to function at work. Some days after working multiple shifts. I'll walk into the cafe and be greeted by the baristas working those very shifts, Grant, Alex, Jr, Maya, Alyssa, Kharis and many other wonderful workers. I've been to many other Starbucks here on the Island but I've never been to a Starbucks that genuinely cares about their customers and Employees like this one. They are a whole Ohana and really enjoy putting smiles on many customers' faces. On days when they have morning/midday rushes, even dealing with complex customers, l've seen first hand that they would make sure that they will do what's necessary to give the best customer service. It's really irritating when sometimes I see customers take advantage of them. Like come on guys. Even though you're on vacation, it doesn't mean you should treat people differently. Show some respect.. At the end of the day, They'll make your Coffee orders faster than expected. I love that their shop is right next to the beach, where you can sit down and enjoy your hot cup of joe in the morning and night. It’s a small cafe best for in and out service. Right off Waikiki beach and steps away from your Twin fin hotel room. Came in every morning for the week we stayed. Staff is friendly!

As a customer and former partner myself, Starbucks will always be my number one coffee shop. Park Shore hands down reminds me of the welcoming environment of my previous store. The baristas and above are not only inviting and positive, but they’re helpful, fun and truly all have great auras. This is a busy location, and they are all hard workers and stay consistent which I really appreciate. Shout out to Gracie! She’s the best! ☺ -Dels ❀

I went to buy a mug to take home from my vacation, and the lady wasn’t very friendly!

I have stopped by 3 mornings in a row. Shortest line I’ve seen anywhere. Staff has always been very friendly but I have ordered the same thing 3 times and it’s tasted different each time. I’d suggest grabbing your coffee and walk across the street to the pier if you have time

Go to Starbucks while visiting Honolulu. Two minute walk from hotel. Indoor seating. No outdoor seating but close to the beach. Clean store. Friendly staff. Got orders quickly and made really well.

We’ve been in staying in a hotel nearby this location since the beginning of November waiting on our home. We get Starbucks almost daily. At first they were great but the last 2 months they’ve constantly been out of everything my husband and I drink. We walk to the Marriott location instead now.

Only Starbucks I've ever been in where they increase the music volume based on the overall noise customers making. As it gets busier the music get louder and louder. They do not use the music for ambience like everywhere else.

You'd think the staff would put their best foot forward on the King Kamehameha Day Parade, considering it runs right in front of this Starbucks. Instead, I got rude, rushing employees making multiple mistakes, then not owning up to them. Worst Starbucks experience I've ever had, and that's saying something

Next to Kihio beach, and this pier, it is in a great location to grab some caffeine while enjoying the beach, doing shopping, or off to the zoo. Staff friendly and efficient.

One of those things where you don’t necessarily want to always be buying something from a chain establishment when away from home, but the fact that they’re open so early is extremely helpful with jet lag

Truth be told... Starbucks is not my first choice for coffee as I find their coffee to be bitter... but I do enjoy Starbucks frappuccinos which is what I had on this visit

Went here twice in two days. Both times got the order wrong and the coffee was room temperature and not hot. They are inadequately trained and very slow. Bad for the brand.

The best Starbucks staff around! They get my drink right every time, remember my name, and are extremely friendly and welcoming. I will miss the Parkshore Starbucks now that I’m moving out of the area!
