So sweet cafe with a wide selection of desserts! The staff is very knowledgeable and is ready to help you to the select the right dessert! We decided to try three of them: Chocolate Piramid, Lychee Lime and Matron Glacé. We liked the most the Chocolate Piramid, it is like a variation of chocolate mousse, and it has a very rich chocolate taste. My expectation about Lychee Lime was that it would be more fruity but it has a mild taste. Matron Glacé has an interesting texture and ingredients (chestnut and rum) however it has a very strong rum taste, so it should be ordered by those who like to drink rum.

We were seated right after the lunch rush. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, cream of corn soup, Lamp Wellington, blue crab, a crying belly, and a mild curry and a spicy curry. Everything came out in a timely manner and we were informed at the time of our order that the Lamb Wellington would take 15 minutes. The food was delicious and had an array of flavors and spices. We saved room for dessert and were invited inside to have a look at the desserts available. We ordered a selection of desserts and tried to share them evenly. It was all great.

Amazing Laotian fusion cuisine, and an endless selection of beautiful (and delicious) French desserts! I had the 4-course dinner, and selected the crab and corn soup, baked lobster, lobster pad thai, and a chocolate mousse cake pyramid. They were all luscious! The service at this family-owned restaurant is also exceptional. The price for a meal and service of this quality was surprisingly reasonable, and represents a great value, especially here in Honolulu! One of our favorite cafes and dessert hangouts in Honolulu!

Wonderful spot tucked away in a larger office and business center. The staff is super friendly and the treats are absolutely delicious AND beautiful. Highly recommend this family-owned and operated small business.

Tried this place during lunch time. The food was pretty decent. I was able to taste different seafoods, but I’d like to come back one day and try their curry. For me however the food was not five stars. They had lots and lots of desert choices. We tried the framboise mouse and tiny pyramid which were great.

There were so many small cakes to chose from. The cakes were not too sweet to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients. All in all it was well balanced combinations that makes you want more. We enjoyed the take out. Banana Haupia was excellent! They had tasty food menu. We will go back shortly.

Excellent Food , Excellent Service, Excellent Pastries This place feels very nostalgic if you've ever been to JJ Bistro in Kaimuki. I actually prefer this location and menu more. Tiny Pyramid got its name because of the infamous tiny chocolate pyramid pastries they make. The Puff Pastry is to die for here. Really, you HAVE TO try it! Order anything with the philo pastry ~ I would highly recommend getting the course dinner selection that comes with your choice of appetizer, entree and dessert. The fresh bread loaf is amazing warm and perfect with the creamy butter they serve My favorite appetizers are the fresh bread loaf and the soft shell crab (lightly fried over salad) Outdoor seating inside the small "strip mall" Nā Lama Kukui Center The Tiny Pyramid table layout is spacious and feel very spread out Lots of parking in the Nā Lama Kukui lot. Enter from Nimitz Hwy West bound only

DIVINE 💗💗💗 I am absolutely in love with Tiny Pyramid. This is a must bistro + patisseries for all of Hawaii. We need to protect this piece of heaven at all costs. The desserts are divine. The menu is divine. You have to try everything. It’s my 2022 bucket list. Pâté is heaven. The desserts are magnificent, that you just don’t know which one you’ll want to try…i recommend Marron Glacé ,Black Currant Cassis , and Lilikoi Cheesecake . Oh and the Tiny Pyramid!! You’ll love this place. Staff are so friendly and I felt they really appreciate you. My sister and I have our Saturday Sister Day lunch, Bday lunch, and I ordered pastries for client events.

Our 5th and last visit here, I love! Menu is varied and delicious. The service tho, destroys all the good vibes you may come with. We invited our senior relatives for a lunch, since they also love their food. We arrived at noon sharp. They sat us and forgot about us for full 45 minutes. I could see newer patrons being tended to, we just had to sit and watch everyone else being served. I completely lost my appetite, and to no upset my guests I took it to go. We felt like we had to beg to get any attention from the one server available. I understand they had a big table and etc, etc. why not hire a second server? Cause like in most of places in Honolulu service is pretty much an after though. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Who can say no to these delectable treats? Such an ambitious menu! They even make their own salad dressing! A must try!!

Went to meet some friends to catch up over tea and patisserie. The desserts were delicious! We even got some to go. The staff is friendly and fairly attentive. However if you're eating in you must share a check, no splitting up the bill by them, so bring cash. Though if you're going inside to order dessert and a beverage (and the registers right there) you're still eating at the table, they'll insist the tab is together. Just an FYI! They will also offer a refill on hot water for same tea bag. Also be aware of the tables that are half on carpet and half on tile, my friends had a heart jump when sitting down on the edge of the two.

Quite the selection of decadent desserts. This is not your average bakery but a classy little cafe tucked away with much to offer. I only tried a few deserts but everything was amazing. I purchased the treats inside at the counter and decided to sit outside in the restaurant seating area and eat them. The service was friendly and extremely helpful in pointing out what to sample. So many choices with creative and local flavors. For Honolulu the parking won't get easier. One of the worst deterrents in trying new places if parking availability. You won't find that problem here. A large lot is outside and free of charge.

We have been here many times. The food is French Asian fusion and excellent. The pre fixe dinners are the most economical choice that gets you choice of appetizers, entrepreneurs and one of their amazing desserts. There are probably 20 different patisserie options. All displayed beautifully in the shop. The chocolate pyramid is their signature dessert.

One of the best places to have coffee and cake on the island. Good food too. I am only giving them four stars because I have been to Tokyo, Paris, Rome, New York, and Bangkok. The sponges in their cake are too dry and firm, but other than that, it is excellent. We tried their soup, curry, and Thai noodles, which were all delicious.

  • 5/5 Christopher C. 1 year ago on Google
So delicious!! You can not go wrong with the four course menu, such a deal. The cream of corn soup with blue crab meat is bomb and so is the soft shell crab!

Hidden gem!!! This place is so precious and special. The food is inspired and the mini deserts are perfectly darling and look like jewelry in the show case. First of all they serve Brooklyn coffee which my boyfriend fell in love with - very unique flavor profile. We had the baked lobster bites app which was a laughably minuscule portion size but very tasty and cute. The guava cheese cake and signature chocolate pyramid were gorgeous and delicious. The pyramid stole the show. Dining setting is humble but clean and comfy and chill music sets a vibe despite the fact you’re sitting in the hallway of a mall. This place is absolutely worth a visit. The women working were warm, quick, and patient with all our questions. Come visit this spot before they get found by food critics and relocate to kakaako and triple their prices and have a 2 month wait list. And guys - this is a very romantic thing to do for your girl - bring her a mini dessert from here! ;-)

Tucked away in the most inconspicuous of places, is the BEST bistro with the BEST pastries and the BEST food. It's good to make a reservation, and I've yet to experience one dish that was sub par. I usually only give places 4 stars when I think it's perfect, but this place is above and beyond and deserves 5 hands down. Not too pricey either!

Had a really good dinner at little pyramid. We didn't have a reservation and they were able to eat us around 6pm. Service was great. Really enjoyed everything.

Well after hearing about this place, I was looking forward to stopping by. I got a strawberry tart, and a mango and peach tart and they both were very good. The mango and peach is something I could eat multiple times a day and be very happy. Compared to a few other bakeries on the island, the pricing is a bit much for the quality of pastry.

Loved it. Our Waiter was super friendly and had great suggestions. Being our first time, I am glad we put our trust in him. When it was time for dessert, the staff member behind the case greeted us warmly. She had full knowledge of the delightful treats she was tempting us with. Iced latte, hit the spot and was the perfect pairing with my Tiramisu. We left happy and decided Tiny Pyramids, was the perfect place for our weekly Girls Luncheon. A must try

What a fantastic meal. We enjoyed the lamb Wellington, and the Asian classic lobster and various seafood in a better cream sauce over rice noodles. Actually had dessert first, could not wait! We were mesmerized by all the lovely little cakes . The citrus tart was particularly delicious. This place is a rare gem , it's so good you almost want to keep it a secret all to yourself.

This place is Amazing!!! From food, dessert, staff’s and the owner. We will tell all our friends and family about this place. Every time we get to visit Hawaii again we will definitely stop by again and again. Thank you to all your staffs and owners for the great service and hospitality.

Got a gift certificate from a friend which put this place on the map for me. Just off Nimitz inside of a business center which you wouldn't know as there's no outside signs. And there it is as soon as you walk in. There's no indoor sitting due to covid but there's hardly any foot traffic nearby so it was still nice and quiet. I had the four course meal with soup, escargot and poached lobster tail. Soup was on the sweeter side which i didn't care for. The escargot was excellent, great flavors. The lobster tail was just ok. The noodles weren't cooked perfectly and it was hard on one side soft on the other. Service was fast and attentive. Water cups were filled very quickly and everybody was friendly.

Located INSIDE the business center. You can't see it from the outside. The desserts and meals remind me of France. Light and delicate. Catering to flavour and taste rather than your typical lunch plate hunger. The volume/weight to price ratio isn't that great but the place provides something different. I thought the fish pie was terribly described, as it's certainly not even remotely close to anything resembling fish pie but a light soup with a side of super flaky light pastry. The consistency and flavour profile was similar to white Laotian/Thai coconut curry. I was told their best seller is the Tuna sandwich. It was okay. I got it take away but it's obviously not made to order. The desserts I picked up were the chocolate pyramid, lilikoi cheese cake, and strawberry shortcake, all high quality decent flavour, but nothing that blew my mind.
