I was really greatful to Nui urgent care that they resolved my problem with my ear itching and ear ringing.I have this problem for almost a year and I’ve been with 3 doctors already. And really I’m so glad I went to their clinic at Downtown near Ross. Problem solved with my ears. Thankyou So much to them esp. to my lady Provider .so sorry I was not able to memorize her name.she’s so nice and makes you so comfortable. I would travel hundreds of miles just to go to this clinic. The entire staff here has been so helpful and friendly that this will probably be my go to place for my medical needs. I recently visited for a rapid Covid test (which has been difficult to find) and walking in was easy and quick. They are located in 88 supermarket downtown, in the executive center building. Parking is SUPER easy since you can park in the building AND they validate parking for 2 hours. If you have medical needs, I would highly recommend this clinic!

Went in for a visit for my other half. Prior to arrival, due to change of location (Previously Ala Moana - Now in Executive Building Downtown), we notified them that we were going to arrive later than our scheduled time. Danny was assisting at the front and Kwon was the only practitioner present. This was the only Urgent Care open and they were great!! Thank you for taking care of Us!!

I like their service. They are very quick to assist you and give you attention right away. Their staff is very friendly, especially Doctor Kwon. She's super nice and very approachable. The urgent care is located inside @88 mart store in the downtown area.🩵

4 stars due to price issue: My husband and I had to sign up for this plan temporarily because we lost our health benefits. It didn't have much information about the details of the price range. Today I needed to get a TB test from my new job so I can submit my result by Wednesday.. therefore I decide to go to this clinic thinking my lab test will be discounted (states on the website) so I could afford it instead of waiting longer time to receive results from the free clinics in town. I started off with doing a telehealth visit with Dr. it was really quick, I didn't wait long and got a same-day appointment so I was very excited to get it done right away! When I got there I was checked in within five minutes (super fast service), the nurse or assistant who is very nice took my vitals, asked some basic health information questions and started the process with taking my blood for the TB test. When everything was done, they gave me a cost of $121 including tax for this TB test so I was very shocked it was this expensive then the nurse explained to me that it's easier for me to pay Niu Health right away instead of waiting for the bill by the laboratory (Clinical Labs I believe). I mentioned to her that's really expensive (in my head, I thought it was gonna be cheaper than the regular lab test because I read on the website saying members would get discounted lab tests). If this only applies to members with insurance then it should be clarified on the website because as a "discounted lab test", it's not affordable at all. I think this can improve if the doctors explain estimate prices in tele-visit or in person informing the patient before going to the test appointment or take the test as a walk in. It's like going to the store, there's a price tag before purchasing anything so I think the clinic should be clear about the price or at least an estimate before doing any of the services. I was excited at first to get it done so quick and very disappointed at the end due to the shocking price. My advise to anybody is to ask questions instead of getting a surprise like I did because I was not informed and made a mistake not asking questions.

Niu Clinic is located at the very back of the former Long’s Drugs at Bishop and Hotel streets in a Asian Grocery Store. Free validated parking at the Executive Center. Parking entrance is on Bishop Street in an easy to navigate lot. Dr. Kwon is first rate, addressing my concerns and taking time to listen to me. She patiently explained what was going on and addressed the medications prescribed. I’m so thankful! On my way out the door, I noticed her framed diploma; she’s a Harvard graduate!

The facility was clean, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. I had an excellent experience at NIU Health recently. Despite not having an appointment, they were able to accommodate me right away. I was feeling unwell, with a high fever and body aches. The medical staff promptly tested me for the flu and provided immediate results confirming that I indeed had the flu. They wasted no time in prescribing the necessary medications to alleviate my symptoms. Their quick and efficient service was greatly appreciated, and I would highly recommend NIU Health to anyone in need of prompt and effective medical care.

Best urgent care. I was treated for my flu with in 15min. I walked in with out a appointment and was seen by doctor right away. If you need to be seen by a doctor fast niu health is the best medical clinic

Been here a few times in the past for checkups, great staff, friendly and very quick, kind of an in and out deal, but very, very professional. They got my good "medical keeping" seal, will definitely recommend anyone to go here for medical treatment/checkups. :-)

I went to NIU health for the first time yesterday! I love what they’re doing. It is revolutionary!! Finally an affordable clinic that is open on weekends and close at 11pm!! I’ve had a cold/fever for 5 days, negative covid pcr test. I was able to get antibiotics on a Saturday instead of wait till Monday! And it was only $5 for the prescription, the visit was FREE with health insurance. Such a godsend thank you!!

Just got out of my appointment with my new PCP at Niu Health. I've used their Urgent Care in the past and had good experiences, so when I found out the also provided primary care I decided to check it out. The Doctor, Youngbean Keon definitely exceeded my expectations. I learned more from her in one meeting than I ever did with my old PCP who I was with for 14 years. She obviously cares for her patients. If you're looking for new Primary Care look no further. You will not be disappointed.

First time I came in here and was greeted with really friendly staff. The doctor Kwon was very professional and helped me with the issues I had. They accepted my insurance and got me in/out of the clinic within 30 minutes. Super lucky I went to this clinic, I will definitely be back!

I was a walk in at NIU and they were very quick to help, all staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. Doctor took her time taking my health concern seriously and throughly explained everything to me. No waiting hours to be seen, only to be quickly brushed off like other clinics. Best experience I’ve had at an Urgent Care! I highly recommend.

My mom had something stuck in her ear and we brought her here and the doctor was able to get it out without any trouble. It was quick and easy and so much better than going to an emergency room and wait for 6+ hours.

Honesty the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Super fast, from waiting room to walking out the front door within an hour and a half or less. Which if you know anything about urgent care or ER, that’s usually really fast. Most of my time waiting was for rapid test results to come back. Otherwise no complaints. Everyone was super friendly and nice! Definitely will come back here for all mine and my husbands urgent care needs.

They welcomed me in on a Sunday, but they lacked expertise. If you have a topical infection on your foot, I would recommend the ER.

My visit to this urgent care has traumatized me. They should really have a MD at all times and not a NP as the NP did not know what she was doing. The MA and NP were both unprofessional and ruined my life. I reached out to the owner and he didn’t care either. I would not recommend this place.

CAme in at 5:45 they close at 6 pm. They didn’t accept me and said they were already closed.. i had already paid for 12 Months subscription. They should have accepted me. I am a very busy businessman.

Alohalani and Michelle are rude and Unprofessional My wife went there and Michelle and Alohalani kept her there for 2 hours while she was attempting to get birth control. She told them when the last records were obtained and They sent her on a wild goose chase to get those records and when she got them (May 2022) Alohalani told her that her records were too old and so was she to get birth control. That is age discrimination.

Exceptional health care with an ease of service. We walked in unable to order medications from our home state. We were able to be seen as well as transfer our records to here. Great streamline of services and information. They asked us our pharmacy of preference as well. We picked Walgreens in the same Building area. Our prescriptions were ready very quickly. They were also able to do a Covid test (negative results) which was a nice verification of what we anticipated. They were also able to make over the counter recommendations which made our cost go down even more. Very professional and courteous team. I will not hesitate to return or bring any family member who is not feeling well to this location. #RockFromRI

Indian doctor refused and walked away while asking for life saving medication. Did not clearly explain PCP referral. Gave me incorrect information on first visit so waste of time. Would not recommend this place for any sort of medical attention.

I visited Niu clinic in July due to a Insury. I had a pleasant experience. My follow ups were equally pleasant. Would definitely refer patients to this clinic.

Called them on 10/23 at 7 PM. The staff here has zero empathy and willingness to help even when a very sick 3yo is in question. Completely disappointing. 10/24 Update - Reply to the owner Please note that I was not asking for "detailed medical advice", do check your transcripts before making false claims. It is not unreasonable to expect some form of useful or actionable advice when you call a medical facility. Perhaps you should consider training your staff better, because if they are unable to provide an answer to a simple question of if a child should be brought in or not then you’re better off replacing your personnel with a chatbot. I had a completely different and much better experience when I called Straub Medical Center and Kapiʻolani Medical Center for Women & Children.

The service was fast and friendly. And, if you don’t have insurance you pay only $8 plus medication which is usually very cheap. They open almost to midnight. Highly recommended

I wounded my foot while I'm surfing and I neglected it as like usual but somehow it started being swollen with uncomfortable feeling. It was Saturday and I tried to see a doctor near my hotel but couldn't find any opened. Since I had an appointment to take Antigen Covid-19 test at Ala Moana Center, I have decided to visit NIU HEALTH where located very close to Nomi Health. Their service and price were perfect and I would like to highly speak to their great skill. I got an ointment and Cephalexin(Antibacterial) from NIU HEALTH. (sign-up fee + others = approx. 20 USD) Because my foot condition was not good to be cured quickly, I had to take a antibiotic shot in Korea. But, I believe that the treatment from NIU HEALTH helped not the injury get worse. Thank you!

Everyone was so friendly and professional! They all made me feel at ease. Thank you! Plus, they took my med Quest United healthcare health insurance so the Covid test and visit was free and I didn’t need to pay anything! Definitely recommend! By the way, this is my first review on Google.. that’s how much I liked this place. I also was debating whether to even seek medical attention or not because I never have before when I caught a cold but I’m glad I did.
