Very bad service... all the employees just running like chickens without head... availability not updated. Ordered and then they just make wait for nothing. Plenty items from the showcase not available as well but been offered... they might not have a manager o person who takes care of all of this.... 2/28/21 Gave them a second try... same thing... always out of plenty items and even worst this time.. completely out of pastries. This place should be close down...

Fast and friendly service. Always enjoyable

Went for the fall drinks (bogo in September) and they were busy, even on a Thursday, late afternoon! I felt bad since they just kept having to pump out drinks constantly; poor baristas! The pink drinks with cold foam (so fancy!) were a delight for my kids, and the pumpkin flavored chai and coffee was okay for me.

I haven't stopped at this Starbucks in a very long time but wanted my iced coffee to take on my way up the valley. I mobile ordered and parked. When I entered the store there was no line, just 3 people waiting on drinks so my wait was short. Team that was working was very courteous and polite. The inside area was clean and tidy.

Got venti , poured some to fill up one drink because how am I going to bring back a drink that looks like I took a big sip of and was left with less than a tall , and also where’s the $1.00 chocolate cold foam I paid for

An excellent location to stop by if you’re not in a hurry! Staff is extremely friendly and kind. Plus the drinks they make are delicious! Limited seating, but still spacious.

Used to love it but lately they've just always been forgetting an ingredient in my drink. New crew maybe?

This location is generally good. The staff are all very nice and friendly and helpful when asking questions about the new seasonal drinks. However, they consistently put too much milk in their lattes and when you ask them about it they are very dismissive and reply with a snarky answer of “uh, it’s a latte.. it’s supposed to have a lot of milk.” I am an avid coffee drinker. I drink a lot of lattes and I know what to expect. In fact, I ordered this exact same drink yesterday at a different location and had a much better latte. I’m not sure if it is a store wide issue, or just one or two baristas. But I have had this experience more than once. I May just stop going to this location all together, which is a bummer as it is very conveniently located for me.

Most of the baristas are super friendly and helpful. I'm not a regular here so I'm not sure if customers are supposed to reach over the entire counter and pick up drinks that have been made. There was one tall, male barista that kept making drinks and lining up the edge of the counter by their work space. And then he wouldn't call out names of people whose orders were completed. This behavior is not helpful. I'm just saying because I ended up waiting for a drink that was already made. All of tags on the drinks he completed were still facing him--away from customers.

Love the location for emails and work stuff. Eclectic clientele.

Starbucks with code-locked bathrooms are in bad, dangerous neighborhoods. It's the only places they do it. Thanks for telling me to never come here again.

I really enjoy the service, food, and People at this store... It might be my favorite Starbucks on island.

What coffee place runs out of mocha? Very disappointed. Love the location and very friendly staff however, I took my business elsewhere to get a mocha Frappuccino

It's a good Starbucks with good service, and drinks are made well. They are pretty efficient, and they are in a busy shopping complex right next to a Jamba Juice. The downside is parking, which can be taken up by patrons of neighboring businesses. It is conveniently located right next to H1 freeway, but getting out of that Plaza can be the pits.

The staff at this Starbucks is very respectful and nice and they do the public the courtesy of leaving the bathroom open and I hope the public will return the favor and keep the bathroom meet. The only reason I don’t give them five stars is because I think Starbucks is very expensive and they impact peoples budgets more than people realize. But if you want to go to a Starbucks where they treat you with respect you should try the one at Kam shopping center.

No other Starbucks have been to so far has anything on this Starbucks my partner thinks so as well. I'm not sure what happened with our drinks are always order the same thing but it came out tasting so much better Ben has at any of the Starbucks from Texas to Portland Washington Hawaii included that particular one Knocks all the other ones out of the box

Always have loved Starbucks and they have never let me down accept in the prices.

I usually mobile order so I'm in and out in no time. Staff is friendly and my drink has been correct everytime I've ordered.

Everyone was friendly the place was clean the service was fast and efficient. Oh yeah, and try the pistachio latte is delicious.. 😁

The girls there at Starbucks they are very helpful and patient they always smiling and asking if you need help and anything. It is pretty fast in and out I like that.

I've been to this location a few times when passing through the area, and the coffee crew has never let me down. My drink always tastes great, and the service is top notch- friendly and professional.
