Our Rolex Sales Ambassador Nobu was excellent. Very patient with us and help us find what we were looking for. Beautiful elegant showroom that make you feel like royalty, yet at the same time make you feel so comfortable that you can be yourself. The Boutique manager Karen stopped in to say hello and check on us, to see how we're doing since she knows we live in Maui where we had a wild fire. The whole experience was excellent. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Walked in with zero expectations , just to look around the display models they had. The store was one of the nicest ones ive ever been to. Very clean and Hawaii vibe. Nobu was amazing! He kept the surprise (of getting a new Rolex) quiet…so it was a great experience when he told me that my sister paid for my watch. He was also so patient with our questions and never once gave me or my wife an impression that we were taking too much of his time. What a fantastic experience!

The Rolex boutique had an impressive variety of watches on display. I already knew which model I wanted, and I also had a good idea of which colors and styles that I was interested in. Hiroko showed me exactly what I asked for, and more importantly, she provided me with recommendations based upon my interests and their availability. She showed me one combination that I hadn't considered, and it quickly became my favorite. One week later, Hiroko called to inform me that one of my choices was available for purchase. I was happy to find out that it was my favorite, so I returned to the store and completed my purchase the same day. I own several Swiss watches, but this was my first Rolex purchase. I would recommend Ben Bridge Jewelers to anyone looking for a luxury watch, especially a Rolex, and I will be returning to their store for my next purchase.

I had the pleasure of having Nancy help me, educate me and meet my needs when it came to looking for a Rolex, and searching through countless criteria for engagement rings. When I entered Ben bridge as a customer for an engagement ring not knowing anything. Nancy calmed the storm, brought all of her training and experience to the table and showed me everything I needed to know. She wasn’t there to make a sale etc, she was honestly there to help and you can easily tell with how kind and welcoming she is. Not only did Nancy help me get the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée, she showed me what ever man fears and ways to handle it….. the budget lol, Nancy stayed within the budget and helped with ways to get the style ring and diamond without hurting the budget.
