If I could give a zero I would. You can't check their prices until you become a member, which is after you pay a deposit. They don't tell you this deposit is non refundable. I called two days after signing up to cancel because I found cheaper rates then theirs elsewhere for FREE. Only to be told my deposit would be forfeited. Keep in mind they lock your device during the presentation so you can't check their prices. I would also like to mention during the presentation I asked what would happen if I found out the membership was not beneficial to me and was told "we don't have a cancelation it's like Costco if you don't want it you don't pay for it." So yea... they basically scammed out of 200 dollars lol.

Huge scam, do not entertain their call. Took all our personal information, made us sit though over 1 hour call with the false promise of no obligation 1 night stay in a hotel in Canada/USA and after the presentation they disappeared with all our personal information. The call center is in philippines and now they don't answer the phone and emails. Strangely, they are using Gmail id for their email account for such a big company. I just informed equifax in case there is any unusual activity

I was very skeptical about proceeding with my membership especially after reading all the negative reviews. Truthfully, what company doesn't have bad reviews? Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, I'm just so glad I trusted my instincts & gave this company a chance. I recently used my membership to book a hotel at Big Bear Lake, CA. Needless to say, this trip was nothing short of amazing. I compared prices between Expedia & Hotline, and was given the BEST prices from my WDP membership. Upon checkout, I automatically was given reward credits for my stay which I'm applying to future vacations with my family. This membership is perfect if you are computer savvy, if you are not? NO worries! There's a concierges number provided in your contract upon signing up. I was also given my gift within 3-5 days from purchasing my membership. Everything that was promised, was given. ✨ (Mentioning this only because I see everyone's reviews. The travel advisor said there was a glitch in the system which caused a delay in sending previously.) If you are a dad like me who truly lives by the quote: 'Money can always be made. Memories cannot.' Then I truly believe this is for you. I love that my membership grants me access to anywhere I would like to be, anytime I would like to be. (EVEN IN TIMESHARE LIKE RENTALS! 🤯) If you had joined, enjoy your membership ✨🙌🏼 Book a tutorial if needed with the concierges department like I did so I could learn how to use my membership & make the BEST of it! ⭐️

They are scam artists. Don't waste your time with these guys. Edit: I love how they don't let you reply to your own reviews, I'm sure you all can figure out why. Let me explain why it's a scam. I paid for a lifetime membership. I make monthly payments for said lifetime membership. Every year, you have to pay a renewal fee, the smallest amount being $200, that's on top of the $190 I pay monthly. As for the hotel rates, I travel for work, so the cheaper hotel rates were what attracted me. I have found that you get better rates just calling the hotels directly. Full disclosure: If you want to stay in an expensive hotel where you'll spend 2-4k a week, that's where you'll get a "deal." You'll get a couple hundred off, but nothing more. PS. To the comment, last we spoke, I wasn't happy do research before replying. I've had 2 negative calls and 1 negative experience. Overall I pay way too much for what you offer. The amount I saved in hotels I have paid double that to you all, which not only cancels the savings but puts me in the hole thousands of dollars a year.

First when we call we are on hold for twenty at least if not more. We made a reservation a month ago for a cruise and it’s was never confirmed by the cruise line also when called again the support person said he didn’t understand what happen so he would get it done. Now two weeks we check again no confirmation so we called again after three hours on hold waiting the support person he said he would us back and never did so called again still no answer on our confirmation and he couldn’t get an answer just a lot of trouble and time to get this done it’s not worth what we paid. We will not renew. We are on a fix income and to struggle to get a reservation and take hours when we can just call the cruise line and set it up with in minutes.

Bobo is fantastic and would haven't wanted to have met anybody else at World Discovered Pacific ! This man is fantastic and had some of the best laughs and the most positivity even if you don't purchase anything. I offered him a job in Colorado. Very enticing and good program! I believe in you Bobo!

Do not do business with these people. The prices shown in the presentation are false. They do not compare to other travel sites that you don’t have to pay a membership to. They use high pressure sales tactics and promises of free vacations to get you to sign a contract and won’t cancel it. Customer service is awful. The manger just says everything is legit and stops communicating with you. They just want your money. Why they want unhappy customers is beyond me. I’d give them negative stars if I could.

I paid a life membership in full. Worst money I have ever spent. I asked for a refund a month later got denied. It’s all lies even the “free” gives they give to attend are a scam. Best scam ever. I have never found anything cheap or even use it.

I signed up in 10/2016 while on vacation. My payments were automatically drafted. I was unaware that my payments were not going through, due to receiving an updated credit card #. When I was made aware I asked to pay my back payments and keep the account. That was denied. I've heard nothing from this company since 2017. Recently, I started receiving calls. I had no clue what for to be honest. It had been so long and this company was out of site and out of mind. Cut to today. I go into my bank for a small loan and was denied. There is an $11,000 default on my account! Seeing how ZERO other accounts showed any defaults, I was shocked to say the least. My banker couldn't even tell me the debtor, other than discover something. I poured through emails. Finally finding an email reminding me of this company, dated 2017! This company has done nothing but screw over the people that tried to support them. Now, after an almost fatal car accident, I am disabled and unable to work. They are ruining my life over a clerical error that happened when my fiancé died years ago. The last thing on my mind was updating all of my accounts. Now that I'm reading reviews and BBB complaints, I know I have been scammed. I wish I could access my original paperwork, but it was destroyed during storm damage to my home. They are robbing people even after they've paid thousands. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Near September 2021, I attended the online webinar. Once the webinar finished, I was immediately transferred to speak with a female salesperson. Essentially, she offered me two trips, “You get one vacation to any country in Europe, flights, and hotel stays paid for 4 people (WDP European Vacation). Also, a Hawaii trip for 6 people, flights, and, hotel stays paid ( Hawaii Ultimate Adventure Package). All you have to do is purchase the membership today for $4,540, and you will receive these gifts.” I absolutely purchased it. They took a loan out from Monterey Financial Services. Now including annual renewal fees, which total approximately $5,000. Guess what? Several months later, I attempted booking the trips. I spoke with the customer service manager, Kate. I tell her I'm ready to book my trips. We would like to redeem the Hawaii Ultimate Package, at the time of the initial sales phone call, voice recording, female salesperson said, “The Hawaii package consisted of 6 person travel to HAWAII (flights, hotels, and activity certificate included), in which enrolled and paid 4540.36.” I responded in this manner because I recently saw the BBB ratings online. I did not want to lose my money. Kate responded, “Your gifts include the Europe week (accommodations) and the Hawaii Ultimate Adventure package. The Hawaii Ultimate Adventure package is $1,000 in credit for activity in Oahu and Maui (this is credit for activities only). The female salesperson lied to me and said, ‘Unlimited Hawaii Package includes a 6-person trip in Honolulu, 2 condos, and flights included.’ I knew this was sketchy. Especially, when I realized it’s a certificate all of sudden. You guys record phone conversations for quality assurance, and accuracy purposes. That being said, go listen to what your salesperson said to me that day to get a commission, it’s cool though. I saw your BBB ratings online. I guess everyone is onto something, correct?” Basically, I was completely bamboozled for the b.s. Hawaii trip. Next i'm thinking at least I know for sure I’m getting a Europe vacation because I paid on 09/2021, $4,540.36. Guess What? Kate say’s the only thing included with this is the stays (studios, apartments, etc..). She then proceeds to send $60 a night stays for a total of 7 days, which would equal 420 with fess, maybe 445. No flights included. Ok, and a b.s. Hawaii certificate, which is useless because I was expecting a paid full family trip, as promised by the salesperson. So if you do the math i'm all in at $4,540.36 + 2 year worth of annual fees ($200) = $4,940.36 So $4,940.36 - ($445 Greece Studio) - ($1,000 Hawaii Activity Voucher)= 3,495.36 What happens to the $3,495.36 straight to their pocket as profit for doing absolutely nothing. It’s a sales scheme. Think about it, if they can do this to 100 people a week after each webinar. That’s more than 30K profit for lying to people. If we get together, this company will have to pay everyone for damages. The WDP’S owners should be held personally liable for allowing these manipulative tactics. It’s common sense with $4,940.36 in my own hands, I could book a full Euro trip for my family, flights paid, hotel paid, private pool, hot tub, and breakfast buffet included. I’m extremely pissed. I want my Europe Vacation trip as promised, and I demand they listen back to the phone interaction between me and the female salesperson. Another thing is such a large company, and there’s one customer service manager (Kate). Her line is completely cut off. She will not answer the phone. You will not be able to speak to her. Unless you're being sold a contract and forced to take a loan out. That’s the only time she comes around for her commission. The entire company is terrible. Many false hopes, and they definitely have their sales team and workers lure you in with lies. It’s not even negotiation tactics, it's pure dishonesty at its finest. This company is no different than credit card scammers. But let's see if I actually get my "Europe trip" set in stone. My fiancé and I are disappointed as of now.

We purchased a membership 6 years ago for over $8k. They never lived up to their contract. We travel extensively and saw this as an opportunity to dave money. We search the WDP website regularly with no success. The entire system was down for 2 years during the Pandemic. Waist of money. I don't give a 1 star review unless they deserve it. $8k mistake. They have a concierge service to book a special request. I put in my request 4 months ago and finally called another service and booked the trip. Happy travels.

First off I see people are upset about hotel prices but this is probably for local. Its not places like Japan and Dubai! If you were paying attention during the webinar that was told! Also I got both my cruise and 7 day stay in Mexico. The 7day even got extended due to Covid You just can’t have them both on Tne same email so you have to sign up With two emails. 😁 they have done me too right. Although the cruise line! Will make you pay that booking fee’ over all please don’t buy if you think your getting cheap rooms in the next town! That’s not what they offer and never has been! But if you’re going on vacation somewhere for an out of the United States this is a great thing to invest in.

THIS IS A SCAM OPERATION! They encourage a quick online enrollment and they never tell you that it’s a NO CANCELLATION contract. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

They do not update inventory and allow you to book hotels that do not have space and very frequently says a deal is no longer active after trying to submit payment. I will not be renewing anything with them. The prices are sometimes higher too. I rather book elsewhere.

Worst Customer Service EVER. They took the full payment but did not give access to the service until the contract was agreed upon. I called them for several times and sent them an email as well to fix the issue but they call me back after a while with new promotions only and never resolved the issue. They were supposed to refund me some money after they charged me over at a hotel and they called me back several times saying that they have sent me a check but I have never received that check. Stay away from them. They keep on saying that they offer the lowest price and they give you price match and all but when I approached them for price match, they came up with different sets of rules which are pure hassles. They also have a very small selection of hotels that offer the saving. It was a total loss for me to be associated with them. Stay away from them.
