Very badly organised. Impossible to find something in a reasonable time. Needs more staff to be able to help you. I was trying 10 minutes to find someone to ask a question.

Such bad customer service. Ordered a click-and-collect to avoid going into the store. Paid online. Went to do the pick up. 1. You have to enter the store to reach the pick up point. 2. No access without trolley 3. No trolley without jeton/coin, 4. Staff refuse to provide either. 5. Madness!!

Well arranged. Most DIY items at reasonable prices for small purchases. Of course, it is better to buy when there are offers or heavy discounts. Even then...., for larger quantities the builders' merchants often offer 40 to 50% discounts. Brico should wake up to this information.

You can find quite many things there, maybe more than in others. BUT it is quite expensive comparing to other. AND it lies. It happened to me two twice at least, when the so called promotion was not applied for my product. "Tout étagères -xx%" , but not the one which you try to buy :( Réduction avec la carte brico but not for your products Tricher - Cheating customers)+

Excellent service! Sarah from Paint shop was extremely helpful and professional. She went beyond just the paint advice to help us with advice about materials. Very different way of working then the colleagues at Brico Zaventem.

Incredible selection of pretty much everything and the staff that I have dealt with have always been cheerful and willing to assist. Will definitely be back!

This is a nice big brico store however, this is not the best brico store ! The place is huge and they seem to have a wide variety of items that are extremely well organised ! You can basically find all kind of things here.. However, the staff are not as friendly and flexible as in other brico stores i have been to. They are less accessible wich means you may stuggle a bit to find the product you’re looking for ! Prices are also on the high side.. but that is expected considering it’s a brico. Plenty of free parking space in front of the main entrance 👍🏻

Open. I queued for 10 minutes to get in. Everyone is given a trolley with a newly sprayed handle, and paper towel is available to hold it by. No queue to pay.

Great stock but unable to cut panels at an angle, disappointing 😢 Handicapped parking needs to be resurfaced, its not safe to exit the wheelchair from the car into a hole 🕳 One till open on a Saturday afternoon! Shop is a disgrace in terms of accessibility

Good choice of products and very nice and helpful employees. Specially the students employed in summer. They are kind and available to help with a good smile. I would prefer to make all my shopping in summer just to be always treated like that.

Looking for toilet seat, awful choce, Chinese quality...

In a large store in the Capital of Europe no one from the personnel speaks English and doesn't want to help an English speaking client...
