I went to this and one other in town, both state they closed at 9:30 .. but both had doors locked and everything was put away before 9 pm .. Why have hrs of operation if your not open?

A verry Unprofessional work enviroment bacilly no training and find out in the morning with a u messed up text, all the staff are high on the job comming from a former coworker, more than likley we have pretzels and pizza we just did not like making them for people bc they are time consumming and out of the way. in conclusion I personaly would not recommend.

Went in for 50 or so dollars worth of subs after a second of walking over the threshold from walmart i was told they close at 6... website and store says 7. Worker was very rude. Her friends were hanging with her. She was also was providing them free subs as i watched her make them and hand them to them without charging them. She turned away 4 customers as well before me. I am thoroughly in belief she did not want to work the rest of the shift and intended to close early to hang with her buddies. This location needs restructuring of staff.

HUGE shout out to Rhonda and Chris who were filling in from other stores today. Not only did they cook more meatballs to fill my online order close to closing time, they served other customers past closing time while the meatballs were still cooking. And threw in cookies to make up for the wait!! BTW, the website is wrong, they close at 6pm, not 7pm. I'm very grateful for their willingness to serve, even at the end of a long day!

This is a horrible subway! 12 bucks for this questionable Chicken Ceaser sub that looks like a mayo bottle exploded on a plate topped with pickles. When I went to try and pick the sandwich up it fell apart in my hands. The toppings are not remotely fresh and the chicken tastes like tuna! They claim the bread is freshed baked however it tastes like machine cardboard with little give. Hardly fitting to hold sandwich toppings. This location did not have any napkins or folks available till you asked. The prices were also high for the quality of food. The services was meh nothing special or awesome. Just get in and get out. No attention to detail in food prep at all. I'm only eating here because I have a gift card! Now I know why Subway is closing stores left and right! You're better off buying a pre made sub in the Walmart and eating it. The quality is better and the sub does not fall apart. I've eaten at other Subways with better prices and quality. 0-10 scale Food quality: 1 Food appeal: 0 Cleanness: 8 Value: 4 Service: 4 If you want a good sub consider D'Angelos, Jimmy John's or anywhere else. Subway is clearly on borrowed time as a chain.

I came in for a meatball marinara originally and the girl didn’t tell me they were out till she grabbed the bread. I then asked for a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich. The girl first didn’t cook the chicken separate from toasting the bread doused it all in sauce didn’t tell me that they were out of onions till the end. The yellow peppers are old and have red liquid on them. She kept complaining about the staffing issues. I took a bite and the chicken is cold.. Wonder why and I don’t feel well. I would love a refund and for someone to reach out I have family that owns several subways and this is not how you run a subway or staff one.

Probably the worst subway I've been to so far. Made an online order and they did not add half the toppings I requested. They also did not add any sauces to the sandwich. The remaining added ingredients felt stale and questionable. Avoid.

I'm going to be gentle with this because I know everyone is hurting for employees right now. I finally FINALLY was able to try this location after several months of visiting. We frequent the Walmart here roughly twice a month and we have visited during different days and different hours and this subway would never ever be open. One month ago we were here around 5pm and the gates to the Subway were closed but with an employee inside. That was the most open I had witnessed until this week when they were finally open. So my food was fine and made great but I hope to see this establishment have some normal business hours once again. I don't/ love/ this chain but it's a convenience because of the location and I just hope they are able to improve with staffing.

I went into this store to get lunch. The store is filthy!! I’m waiting an waiting . Finally the manager comes an is very rude! Throwing food on the bread obviously in a bad mood! Mumbling curse worded under her breath! I was so horrified when she got done making my sandwich I paid for an threw it away!!! Subway needs to get its act together. I’m talking about the subway in Walmart in hooksett . Very unprofessional!

Honestly, will never go again, I live near this store and sometimes drop by for a meatball sub. Most of the time they either dont have them or make a big fuss about doing what they are literly paied to do. The last time I whent I had to wait in the lobby for a unreasonable amount of time because the female worker was bacily hiding in the back, I was determend to get my meatball sub so I waited until she came out, only to be cussed out because they have none. The experince was out of pocket and uncalled for, especially for the work enviroment.

it’s hit or miss. if the manager makes your food it will be good, if the regular employees make it you will have ripped bread and they’ll sprinkle your sandwich in the bottom-of-the-bottle condiment farts :(
