Well stocked. Best jcpenney I've been in. Even have good sales and clearance for people who don't want to spend a lot of money.

I’ve had interactions with 4 different employees in here today. All have been terrible. No one has been helpful or nice at all. All rude and hateful sounding. Horrible customer service. We will not return

They got my makeup done for free at the place inside Penny’s. I bought 3 different makeup items for really good prices.

This is a two story store. They have a hair salon. This place is great, but they mostly have private brands. The bathroom cleanliness could be better. It was very hot in there it was so hot I had to leave because I was sweating. overall ok.

Friendly service well stocked differently will be back.

This is my first time out shopping since COVID 19. Jc Penney has been around a long time. There you can find many good sales. There are 3 issues I have...coupons, sale signs and pricing First of all when your product is on a sign that says buy one get one half off with more of tbe same merchandise, the customer should be granted the sale. Secondly, if coupons online says you can use them in store, but doesn't specify that they can't be used for name brand, again, there should be at least tryingto use it instead of just saying no, its name brand...????. Thirdly, if your pricing says one price and rings up more, that's not the customers fault. When the cashier called the lady with a scanner and it showed the price in the computer and they still didnt know how to handle the transaction. Why does the manager have to tell the cashier that whatever is on the tag, is what they have to sell it for? That's cashier training 101. Although the manager showed her how to ring it up, not one time was there an apology given. If you're gonna honor your customers, do it properly and with understanding. If the workers were customers, I am sure they would feel the same.

Absolutely pathetic… they refuse to anwser the phone and they have also jacked up their prices in comparison to other stores!!!!!!!!!!!

Spotless store, well stocked, less than average Customer Service, would not stop me from returning.
