Super place! Staff is friendly and honest. Maintenance stays on it and communcatesback to resident everytime they close a work order or if there's a pending part that needs ordering.The property is clean and quiet. Service is what you pay for and it's a piece of mind that your taken care of. Most places don't have that, however they will give you a complete renovated unit with headaches that won't be resolved in timely manner or not at all! Believe me I see it all the time and hear about it.

This is a wonderful community to live in! I can’t say enough good things about it. This place checks all the boxes for me and my family. They provide excellent customer service with their fabulous community team of Vince, John, and Crystal. Maintenance issues are resolved by Vince and John in a very timely manner and they do it with a smile. It’s a pleasure dealing with them! Crystal will go above and beyond for the residents as she tries to make this community a great place for all. I appreciate all three of them! They have a very nice pool, pool area, playground, and exercise room. Honestly, it’s just a bonus that our neighbors in this complex are nice as well. I can be a tough critic when reviewing things, but have nothing bad to say here. If you need an apartment in the Hoover area, this is your place!!

Moved in a couple of months ago Crystal was amazing doing are paper work . Vince and John have been amazing with maintenance . They have made my move easy and comfortable!!! I love living here !!!

This is a great community to live in! Crystal, the manager, is the best! She's friendly and professional and you can tell she really cares about the residents. The maintenance staff is wonderful and addresses work orders immediately. Clean, pretty, and quiet. Definitely a step above your typical apartment experience! 5 stars PLUS!

I love Crystal and how friendly, compassionate, and helpful she is. She's such a good listener and will do anything she can to help. I remember my son's battery went out and she and a neighbor came to jump him off. She didn't have to do that but her huge heart led her to. My apartment home has a house feel to it and my son and I love it. I want to give a shout-out to Vince and John for always working so hard. They are always so professional, friendly and knowledgeable in what they are do. Keep up the good work guy👏🏾👏🏾

Wonderful apartment complex. Crystal, John and Vince are friendly and go above and beyond to help out. Between the staff and the neighbors, this complex is a sweet community. Well maintained property and pool area, comfortable living, and a great location with easy accessibility to all you need in Birmingham! I’m very thankful for our time at 700 Riverchase!

I went to tour the apartments today the grounds are well kept . The property looks like a neighborly community . The resident manager Crystal is very friendly she goes beyond her job title . I can’t wait to make this my home .
