We drove almost an hour and a half to visit. We thought it would be a good place to eat and have some fun. There were 6 of us (3 couples). We got seated fast. We placed our orders, an appetizer for each couple and a few drinks. We ordered our food. After about 5-10 minutes, the waitress comes back and tells 2 of us that they are out of what we ordered so we ordered something different. Again,after about 5-10 minutes, she comes back and lets us know they are out of that too. So one of us decides not to order anything else and just eat the appetizers. I order again. She comes back again and they are out of that too and tells another one of us that they are out of what she ordered too. We decide to just eat appetizers too. Then she comes back and tells us that they now have the first thing 2 of us ordered. I get it and share. After we pay (outrageous amount for the quality of food) we go check out the games. $45 for each couple is what we decide to get but quickly see that we should have have gotten a cheaper chip package because this is basically a hyped up Chuckie Cheese. We wished we had gone to the casino instead. The prizes aren't worth anything and beer is $5. Mixed drinks, $10. We won't be back.

An easy one and done. It was a kid’s choice night so our expectations weren’t high. The service was slow & poor. My french dip along with the au jus were extremely salty. The fried pickles and its dip tasted just the same. Salty! The shrimp dip wasn’t anything special either. In addition, our food came out at random times. We didn’t receive our drinks until almost twenty minutes after being seated. No refills. Long waits in between placing our orders. The restaurant lacks structure. I would recommend the Backwood Blueberry Lemonade cocktail. Easily the best part of my experience.

Happy with my experience except 1 piece. I was quoted a 2 hour wait on my table so we went to the bar to eat while the teens and kids played and waited on our table. Well the table was ready 20 min later so they transfered our order to the table, waited 45 min for food because it was left sitting on the bar although steps for the transfer were completed correctly. Our waiter checked in several times to see what was happening with our food and notified kitchen staff.. still our food was left unattended and uncovered at the bar so it got cold. We didn't want to wait another hour for food so we ate the cold food.(it would have been a much better experience to have the hot food, despite that Food was delicious wait staff was professional and friendly took accountability for the error and problem even though they didn't cause it 😉 great customer service. The establishment is clean and very well maintained. Food is a little over priced so be prepared to spend good money if you're eating there but the quality its restaurant quality so I didn't mind. {We spent roughly $350 (paid gratuity to both bartender and table server) on food games and drinks 2 adults 5 kids ages 18, 16,16, 9, and 5} If you want a perfectly cooked WELL DONE burger 🍔 😋 ask for medium rare. 3 of the attractions we attempted to play took funds from the card but didn't let us play. We were told it would be put back on the card but we didn't see the refund before leaving so not sure if that takes a few days and we didn't go back to ask. A few games were down but there was still plenty to do. We stayed roughly 3 hours. With the time and money spent we all left full and the kids had a great time. Food quality has went down but other than that service was a little slow but still good..table touchers in abundance... fun games.. update 7/9/23 server Dalton was pretty good.. prompt service..sat down right away.. food choices very limiting and still not amazing

My husband and I came in to play some games since we usually enjoy ourselves at Dave and Busters. The people at the front desk were very friendly. We like the games with the tokens. It’s like slots but not. Pretty much every time we come in there are issues where the machine reboots and you lose chips or you don’t get the right amount of tokens to start play. Today was no different. On the token machine I had over 400 chips when the machine shut down to reboot. Very frustrating!!! Then my husband and I checked out some of the other machines where you swipe and just don’t get to play. I am giving 2 stars solely because we do have some fun during our visit. Now let’s get to the Women’s restroom. Most of the stall doors are broken. There are only a few that you can actually close the door but that’s after you move it around since the track doesn’t line up. Today a lady almost walked in on me because I couldn’t even close my door. The stalls are always filthy. I know it’s mainly the people visiting the bathroom and not so much the staff but half the toilets are always filled with waste. I’m not sure if employees check the bathroom through the day but having 1 or 2 stalls open and all the other ones filled with fecal matter is not okay. And for privacy reasons I wish the stall doors closed. I wish I could have a more positive review. I love half price Wednesdays and we do have fun on the games when they work so Dave and Busters please do better!!!

The service of Amanda W was excellent. We had an issue with our food due to kitchen burning what we ordered and she corrected it quickly. She was extremely prompt and kind and we will happily be back thanks to her. Also the strawberry shortcake was delicious!!

My family visited this Dave and Busters this week as we were in town for a car show and we were taken care of by the entire staff. It’s definitely an exciting and fun atmosphere that our entire family enjoyed. The service was great and our food was even better. I had the chimichurri bowl (pictured) and it was incredible, my husband had a burger, kids had chicken nuggets, wings, and fries and there was hardly any food left in our to go boxes! Our waitress, SJ, was training another waitress and their service was perfect. The manager, Melissa stopped by our table to make sure everything was ok and also the kitchen manager, Ryan came to check to ensure we were satisfied with our food, and we were more than pleased. We will definitely return anytime we are passing thru the area!

Had a blast. We took my son and some of his friends for his birthday to enjoy the arcade. It was not super crowded. The food was great. The server was awesome but they lacked enough staff for the size of the restaurant. However, I won't knock them for that since every restaurant is having that trouble. I would have done a 5 star but some of the games were down and the four person air hockey was missing the pucks. Other than that I will be bringing my family back for food and fun.

Wonderful place to take the grandbaby! -She Always wants to go every visit to see Grandaddy & Grandma. ( " Can we go to Dave & Busters?") Good food & Great Fun !

Plenty to play and plenty of TVs to watch the game. Great service and food was pretty decent. Good drink menu with a few different types of drinks.

We booked a party for my daughter’s 8th birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paula, Sarah, and Taylor were very attentive and made sure the parents and children in attendance had a great time! The food was also hot and delicious.

We took our oldest for his birthday while little brother was in the hospital. I ordered the fish and fries, she ordered the chicken tenders, and he ordered the cheeseburger. The fish was almost too greasy to eat and it was on top of the fries which made them soggy. Her chicken tenders were cooked to perfection, however, there was no flavor. The cheeseburger was just an average burger. The tarter sauce was great. The waiters were phenomenal and very prompt. We even had an issue loading the play card and they handeld it perfectly. I would recommend this place to go watch the game and have a beer and play some games, but I'd recommend eating before or afterwards.

The service was extremely slow. I know that hiring restaurant employees is difficult these days but there were hardly any customers. It took a long time to get a drink and when I got my food, it was not what I ordered. My family said their food was not hot and the taste was just so-so! I will probably not go back. The only thing that saved this place was playing some arcade games.

Overall, this place is fairly clean and the employees are nice. However, ordering any food/drinks takes FOREVER. We have been here 4 times, and each time it has taken longer than 10-15 min for someone to even acknowledge that we are waiting to order. There needs to be a better system, more employees or better training.

The burger was so dry, I only ate what I did because I was starving from waiting over an hour & it was hardly warm. Could have got a better burger at Wendy's. Disappointed. It's definitely not worth the cost.

This was our 2nd time here. We didn't eat either time, just played games. A $60 card lasted longer than I wanted to be there. Overall we had a good time.

Positive part: What a fun place. Even with the crowd we managed to get to everything. Lines were well managed. Food area was clean and neat. There was an abundance of employees walking are working the floor. We purchased a card that was on special and earned a gift card for later use We enjoyed being able to get something to eat while there and relax for a few minutes. Food was surprisingly top rate! Usually the quality in a game facility isn't to this level..kudos for this! Negative part: Several of the games took double the posted charge. Multiple games took money off the card and when we questioned the employee at desk we were told that it was our loss, no refund and nothing could be done. We probably lost $10 of our $60 card- this didn't ruin our night but was a little frustrating. For the most part it was a wonderful night and we look forward to coming back again and having a birthday party there. They have so many options available. It's a super fun place from age 9-99

I recently visited this restaurant with high hopes of catching a game while enjoying some good food. However, my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, as a sports fan, I was disappointed with the setup for watching games. The restaurant lacked sufficient screens, and the ones they had were poorly positioned. Unless you are sitting at the bar, it is challenging to get a clear view, and the overall ambiance did not create an engaging sports-watching atmosphere. Moving on to the food, I found it to be below average. On a positive note, the service was good. The staff was courteous and attentive, which helped salvage the overall experience. Despite the shortcomings in other areas, the service was one aspect that didn't disappoint.

We had fun. The wait was a little long for food but they were extremely busy. I do suggest reserving a table before you go or else you may not get a table or may have to wait over 2 hrs. Some of the games were out of order but other than that we had a blast

Very fun place for family and friends. Drinks were nice but seating was difficult. I couldn't sit at a table unless i was seated. When i got seated a waitress had so many rules about me buying from the bar and not from her table . So i moved to the bar . You can order from the table or the bar .
