Love this gym… it is more expensive than PF but the main reason I made the switch was because they have childcare! it’s does get to capacity! But my kids love! The staff, and I love the fact I can watch them while I workout!

The turnaround rate is rough. I fell through the cracks it seems, and was too nice to this place. No resolve, just blown off. I wanted this to work so much, but now I'm just left with injuries and a ridiculous bill after getting a trainer. I'll stick to small gyms with real people, not corporations who don't know how to treat people and are more eager to get money than be personable and understanding. What do I want to raise my stars and feel better about this place? Compassion.

I PCSd roughly two months ago, and I contemplate driving to Fayetteville just to come here, lol. I love this gym! There’s nothing like a big gym. There have been so many times I pull up, and the parking lot is full, but it’s still pretty empty inside. And the culture of the gym is dope as well. Everyone is courteous and jovial. My only issue is with ‘Peak’ I guess they’re the parent company that handles their membership stuff. I hate them with a passion. Very difficult to deal with and slow to respond.

Tristan was very patient and exerted a lot of positive energy at the front desk. He is the reason me and my husband joined. Me and my husband would not have signed up if it wasn't for Tristan. Our experience was wonderful I recommend this gym to everyone. The staff is amazing, the equipment is awesome. My husband and I are taken by how personal the team is with me and my husband's goals. We are very proud with the decision we made!

Staff is Top Notch, Knowledgable, Experienced, friendly and Motivating. Workout machines and equipment are new, well kept and state of the art. I cannot leave out my Smoothie Bar Experts (Alexis), best tasting shakes ever, after a hard lift and/or workout. The nutrition shop is so convenient; shout out to Jacked Nutrition and the Team. The Personal Trainers are awesome, Jennifer worked me in regards to my goals and Alex does work. Fit 4 Life!!!!!

Make sure that if you wanna be a member with fit4life, 2820 Hope Mills Rd, Fayetteville, N.C. and fit4 life says they will commit something to you, have that commitment put in writing and signed by a manager or the owner. Somebody who’s going to be there the next year to validate their commitment. One of the excuses that the low level manager used for not honoring our verbal agreement was that the employee that signed me up for my membership was no longer an employee, so the verbal commitment wasn’t valid because of that. WOW! The verbal agreement from fit4life when I signed up was: I pay $468 for my membership for the first 12 months. Then $268 for the next 12-months totaling 24 months of membership. That offer is the reason I signed-up with fit4life. When I was being interviewed one of the things they bragged about was that they were going to install an Olympic size pool and an outdoor workout area. This was supposed to be a part of my membership. Well my first 12 months of membership is gone as of June 2, 2023 and there’s still no Olympic size swimming pool or outdoor work out area at fit4life in Hope Mills, NC. Another example of miss information miss guidance, and deception displayed by the fit4life company. I went to renew my membership recently. A few days before my current membership expired. The front desk employee was super nice and remembered that the deal ($468 initial sign up fee. Then $268 the following year) was something that fit4life had as an option for membership when they first opened. When the employee looked in the fit4life computer system so that I could pay $268, that payment option wasn’t available. The employee told me they needed to call the manager and have it approved. After a short time on the phone the employee asked me if I plan to exercise that day to give the employee time to get approval for payment. Then to see them before I left the gym. After my work out, I went up to the front desk and was greeted by one of the lower level supervisors. It was explained to me that fit4life was not going to honor their VERBAL agreement. We had a short discussion about the USELESS ways that the low level supervisor tried to help me and about my understanding that fit4life was not going to honor the VERBAL agreement they had made with me when I first signed up. The low level supervisor literally threw it back in my face asking me if I had it in writing, knowing that is something that I didn’t have. When fit4life knew exactly what they are doing to me, their customer. From my experience fit4life is dishonest and lacks credibility. This is NOT how local business should treat their customers. Unfortunately fit4life will get away with this in my case because it was a verbal agreement and not in writing. Thank you for the lesson fit4life. Your deception and dishonest behavior has made me smarter and more aware.

I don’t usually write bad reviews. But I’ve been jumping through hoops trying to get my membership canceled. The gyms are well taken care off and they have a lot off great equipment. Unfortunately, my father has been diagnosed with Caner and I had to move in with him to help during chemo. I’ve asked to speak with someone directly, but all I get is huge emails about their cancellation promise. They ask me to prove I moved, but I’m only in FL temporarily. My husband and family are still at Bragg and I’m not working, they have absolutely no sympathy. You’re definitely better off going to another gym.

Big John is the man. I had an issue with my membership when trying to renew it and he definitely took care of me because I for sure was about to try another gym. I like fit for life because of the number of locations so I feel better with the possibility of moving soon.

This is exactly what I was looking for in a gym! The staff is nice, equipment is more than sufficient and the facility is clean. The Kid’s Zone has been the biggest reason for joining. All 3 of my kids love going and have been well taken care of—there are screens of the kid’s zone throughout the gym so I can always see what they are up to while I’m working out! So happy I joined!

Been a Fit4Life member for at least 6yrs. I been paying $20 for one person or $40 for me & my husband for YEARS. When I signed up I was told I had the multi-club access which was important to me because of where I live vs. where I worked. Today after 6+yrs I’m told I have to pay an extra $10 a month. I ended up leaving. As a new mom, I finally had some time to get a workout in, and I couldn’t. Highly disappointed.

Lots of space and lots of equipment. Free weight area is okay but the squat / deadlift makes up for what the freeway area is lacking. There are more than enough machines to work any muscle group you would like. There are also plenty of cardio machines. The locker room is a bit lacking due to its layout but they are enough lockers to safely accommodate everyone that comes in. They're just may not be enough seats to get dressed and undressed. The steam room is also very tiny and May fit three people if you guys sit very close. I like that they have an app that allows you access to the gym since no one really ever forgets their phone however it would be nice to have a key fob option for when I want to leave my phone in the car to avoid distractions or when I don't want to go in a locker room during the crowded mornings. I would give 4.4 out of 5 stars.

Decent place to work out at. The best quality is location and open 24 hours. I think the fitness training prices are probably reasonable, though I didn't actively shop around for comparison. My biggest wish is that they stop having a high fitness trainer turnover.

We love this gym for multiple reasons. Location, what the gym has to offer and the employees. Specifically, in the kidszone area. My kids adore Ms. Danielle and Ms. Ki. Fit4life made a great decision when hiring them, for sure! Thank you for all you do. ❤️

Ms. Shawnee was so kind, quick, and efficient. With my work schedule I do not have a lot of free time through the day but she managed to squeeze me in for a tour, explained each area thoroughly, and reviewed my personal fitness goals and options available through fit4life to meet them in less than an hour (during my lunch break). I did not go in with the intentions of enrolling same day but I did and am happy with my decision thus far. Thank you so much for your help Shawnee I'll be sure to send some folks your way since I'll need some workout buddies now! ;)

Excellent and clean gym. All equipment appears to be in lime new conditioned and well maintained. They Have a kids zone for your kiddos during the day. They have a sauna and showers In the back and a smoothie bar up front. Also they have a nice jacked nutrition store inside. Best feature is they're 24 hours but seem to be crowded at all hours. Staff is friendly and helpful.

When leaving the gym I dropped and spilled my smoothie 😢 Tristan was amazing and cleaned up my mess while I loaded my twins into the car. He was so nice and I appreciated him for helping with my mess. All three ladies from the kids zone helped me get situated and stayed with me while the Fit4Life family made my replacement smoothie. They all made sure I didn’t feel bad and really made my day. Thank you so much!! 😊😊

We joined Fit 4 Life about a week ago and absolutely love it! The staff members are always friendly. The music is great. There are a handful of racks and a large selection of quality machines. Everything is clean. The memberships are extremely reasonable. Fit 4 Life is our first “corporate gym” membership and we are extremely pleased. Because of the staff and environment, it has the same kind of training atmosphere that my husband and I look for in a gym.

Honest Review Alert!! This gym is great. All the equipment you need! Downside, it's packed during those peak hours. Upside, everyone in there is fitness minded. No lingering on equipment on their phones. They are there to get a workout in and will let you work in between sets so you can get your workout in as well. Staff is great and motivated to help you get you what you need to reach your goals. I've been to all kinds of gyms, some I've loved, some I've hated. So far I'm really enjoying my experience at Fit4Life.

😠 The gym equipment is pretty outdated tbh. You'd be better off getting a membership at fitness connection. Nicer gym and cheaper. I was paying 29.99 a month and I barely went because the other gym offered better equipment. I finally called to cancel this month as I'm moving due to the military. I cal...
