Make
sure
that
if
you
wanna
be
a
member
with
fit4life,
2820
Hope
Mills
Rd,
Fayetteville,
N.C.
and
fit4
life
says
they
will
commit
something
to
you,
have
that
commitment
put
in
writing
and
signed
by
a
manager
or
the
owner.
Somebody
who’s
going
to
be
there
the
next
year
to
validate
their
commitment.
One
of
the
excuses
that
the
low
level
manager
used
for
not
honoring
our
verbal
agreement
was
that
the
employee
that
signed
me
up
for
my
membership
was
no
longer
an
employee,
so
the
verbal
commitment
wasn’t
valid
because
of
that.
WOW!
The
verbal
agreement
from
fit4life
when
I
signed
up
was:
I
pay
$468
for
my
membership
for
the
first
12
months.
Then
$268
for
the
next
12-months
totaling
24
months
of
membership.
That
offer
is
the
reason
I
signed-up
with
fit4life.
When
I
was
being
interviewed
one
of
the
things
they
bragged
about
was
that
they
were
going
to
install
an
Olympic
size
pool
and
an
outdoor
workout
area.
This
was
supposed
to
be
a
part
of
my
membership.
Well
my
first
12
months
of
membership
is
gone
as
of
June
2,
2023
and
there’s
still
no
Olympic
size
swimming
pool
or
outdoor
work
out
area
at
fit4life
in
Hope
Mills,
NC.
Another
example
of
miss
information
miss
guidance,
and
deception
displayed
by
the
fit4life
company.
I
went
to
renew
my
membership
recently.
A
few
days
before
my
current
membership
expired.
The
front
desk
employee
was
super
nice
and
remembered
that
the
deal
($468
initial
sign
up
fee.
Then
$268
the
following
year)
was
something
that
fit4life
had
as
an
option
for
membership
when
they
first
opened.
When
the
employee
looked
in
the
fit4life
computer
system
so
that
I
could
pay
$268,
that
payment
option
wasn’t
available.
The
employee
told
me
they
needed
to
call
the
manager
and
have
it
approved.
After
a
short
time
on
the
phone
the
employee
asked
me
if
I
plan
to
exercise
that
day
to
give
the
employee
time
to
get
approval
for
payment.
Then
to
see
them
before
I
left
the
gym.
After
my
work
out,
I
went
up
to
the
front
desk
and
was
greeted
by
one
of
the
lower
level
supervisors.
It
was
explained
to
me
that
fit4life
was
not
going
to
honor
their
VERBAL
agreement.
We
had
a
short
discussion
about
the
USELESS
ways
that
the
low
level
supervisor
tried
to
help
me
and
about
my
understanding
that
fit4life
was
not
going
to
honor
the
VERBAL
agreement
they
had
made
with
me
when
I
first
signed
up.
The
low
level
supervisor
literally
threw
it
back
in
my
face
asking
me
if
I
had
it
in
writing,
knowing
that
is
something
that
I
didn’t
have.
When
fit4life
knew
exactly
what
they
are
doing
to
me,
their
customer.
From
my
experience
fit4life
is
dishonest
and
lacks
credibility.
This
is
NOT
how
local
business
should
treat
their
customers.
Unfortunately
fit4life
will
get
away
with
this
in
my
case
because
it
was
a
verbal
agreement
and
not
in
writing.
Thank
you
for
the
lesson
fit4life.
Your
deception
and
dishonest
behavior
has
made
me
smarter
and
more
aware.
