    On 8/14/23, I witnessed teenage workers at CFA stand in 96 degree heat and also remained outside during a raining thunderstorm for an entire shift. CFA has always has amazing customer services, but I find it disheartening that sandwhiches are prioritized more than worker comfort. I do not know regulations surrounding duration of outdoor services, but do better CFA.

    Worst Chik-fil-a I’ve ever been to. Consistently slow service. They always, and I mean ALWAYS mess up the orders. They forget straws or condiments, give you less nuggets than you are supposed to get etc. It’s always something. I give up. I just won’t go here anymore. It’s not worth the hassle. Check the photo. They count that as a nugget…..

    This restaurant have the more nasty service they not make fries earlier because they said the new owner put the new rules other restaurant yes like lumberto Raleigh is nice and good customer service but this restaurant IS NOT CLEAN AND I SEE ONE THIS EMPLOYER PLAY TO THE FOOD AND SNATCH THE BOX IN THE FLOOR AND KIT REALLY IS NOT PROFESSIONAL THIS PLACE AND NASTY THE MANAGER LOOK LIKE SHE NOT TAKE SHOWER IN DAYS

    The only thing this place does great at is saying my pleasure. I am always missing something mostly sauce, the fries are never full and the last time I went they gave my son a kids meal with no nuggets just a side and drink ! They told me they would put the nuggets on my app as a reward and here it is like 2 weeks later it’s not on my app. I’ve called spoken to different managers who said they’ll let the person who run the app in the store know . Never offered a I’ll call you back and let you know nothing !

    I have never had an issue or bad experience at any chick fil a until today. The drinks and carrier were dripping soda and leaking everywhere in my car. I said something to the lady but she didn't respond or apologize or offer napkins. No one wiped off cups and the cardboard of the carrier was wet. The fries were not fresh and without salt. I asked for more fries with salt and they asked me if I asked for salt? I said don't your fries come with salt. No response a she walks away. She brings me packets of salt. I ask for a manager and he acts like I am bothering him with this issue when I explain the all that has happened with the drinks and the salt packets. I ask him can I get some hot fries with salt please because he wasn't going to offer. He didn't apologize or say have a nice day he just handed us the bag of fries and walked away seeming annoyed. I felt unappreciated as a customer. Then when we eat the sandwich the tomato on the deluxe was water, old, and little thin slices. Unacceptable for chick fil a quality in my experiences. Disappointing experience. Chick Fil A never has let me done in decades until today in Hope Mills NC

    I came 10-24-23 and ordered at 7:16 pm. I ordered a number 7 everything with regular but add pickles. They made it wrong multiple times because they didn’t add the bacon. First time, it was cold so I asked for it to be remake. Second time it was no bacon and your manager(s) in different red clothes shirts got attitudes about it. If it was made right, the first time they wouldn’t have to do it again. These are your managers and crew they aren’t doing they’re job on their end and getting mad at the customers. I was calm the first time times but your managers got mouths on them.

    Nice dining experience at lunchtime. Ordering inside too a little longer than should have for the amount of people in line. Otherwise after ordering staff working the dining room section made frequent rounds checking if anything was needed like refills or sauces. Food came to the table pretty quickly. The only negative food wise was the grilled chicken sandwich. The bread was very crumbly like it was dry. Everything else was great though and the dining room was clean.

    Soooo tired of this location. Third time in a row ordering door dash and the dasher gets handed a bag with half the order. Tonight’s order didn’t even have chicken !!! Just a couple of containers of toppings. What on earth?? Get it together hope mills. You all never understand gluten free orders. This location gets our order wrong every time

    Any other chick fil a location will not give me the honey roasted bbq sauce for my grilled chicken sandwich, whether I put a note or not. Finally. Finally I have found the one.

    Absolutely unprofessional , unorganized and rude.! My order was made incorrectly although the instructions were very clear when sent to be made to their kitchen . I didn’t even receive a straw for my frosted lemonade which lost all consistency. I attempted to change my order before my I order was remade which cost less than my salad “the employee stated I will still give you your salad for free “. As I went to order the same employee told me I needed to pay so i was confused . I told her I didn’t understand why did I need to pay If I am changing my order . I could have understood paying the difference but paying for a whole new meal is insane. To avoid frustration I told the employee that I would just take the Sald because at this point all of this is inconvenience and waste of my time and gas.! Why did she tell the shirt manager and this young white lady bursted very loudly “Girllllllll”!! As if I am inconveniencing them , you all made the mistake to begin with not me .! This is an inconveniene to me .! I STOP SUPPORTING CHICK FIL A for years and I will never spend another penny here . The quality has degraded so much anyways .!

    Chic fil A is one of the best restaurants of our times. Organized, fast service, friendly staff, inside and food delivery is on point. Of course there will be a few mistakes.. but chic fil a has the least. I’m been saying for a while..other good places need to take notes from this place.

    Great place. However, 2 employees were arguing about something right by the counter. When I sat down there was some foul language spoken. I know that is not very chik-fil-a type behavior

    This is about the 5th time I’ve come to o this chick fil a and they are out of something!! This time they had no chicken noodle soup. It wouldn’t be an issue, but my daughter was sick and the only reason I came here was to get soup! How can they be out of a regular item on the menu?

    I waited in the drive thru for 37 minutes for a #1 combo... there were 2 cars ahead of me in my lane and 2 cars in the other lane. You can't get out of the line once you are in it! It took 22 minutes for them to take my order, and finally when someone did start taking orders the runners were delivering food to cars behind me and the other 2 in front. It was unorganized and obviously a manager was not supervising! This is the second time I've had a bad experience at this location and I won't be back. Previous to this, I had to go inside at 840pm to get an order to go because the drive thru was already closed. The milkshake I ordered was terrible because they had already turned off the ice cream machine. When I finally got the 2 shakes I ordered, both of them had something black on them, appeared to be mold/ slime from the machine. The young woman who "appeared" to be in charge, was sarcastic and pretty much blew off my concern and told me it was oreos in my shake. Well, I didn't order anything with oreos, and I know mold/slime when I see it. She made no effort to correct my order and simply told me I should have come earlier, that they close at 9pm. Well, I took my nasty shakes, and had no issue with paying for them, and threw them in the trash on my way out the door. This is what happens when you let kids run your business. Don't waste your time at this location. This franchise is known for efficiency, however, the Hope Mills store is not within that model.

    Offered a #6 with no bacon. The girl repeated “only egg and cheese”. I said yes. I waited for my food while the people behind me got their food. Received my food and once I got to work I noticed I got a sausage and cheese biscuit. I had to rush back to return it and got my refund because I didn’t have time to wait anymore. Now I don’t get to eat breakfast. Thank you.
