I order 2 chicken supreme salads but I had to wait but the manager came brought my food to me and apologize for the wait but it was worth it. My salads was awesome with plenty of tops. The manager was very nice and help me with all my order.she asked me to come back again and yes I will be back.

I walked in to store. No one recognized I was there. Two minutes later looking in the back a lady said we will be with you shortly. I waited another minute. Ordered plain gravy, Senior coffee and Bojangles biscuit. They brought out sausage gravy. I said that is not what I ordered. The girl said that is all we have. The gravy didn’t even looked appetizing. It looked like clear jelly with a little color. The only reason why I gave a 3 on service because a young man came from lobby and immediate refunded my money and asked if there was anything else he could get me. I said no but at least he acted professional.

I ordered a 2pc with slaw. However you could tell it was not fresh. People don't care anymore. Now it's all about the money. Maybe it's because most places are short of Staff.

I ordered and paid for my food at the drive through and was asked to pull around to the parking lot. 24 minutes later I had to go inside to ask for my food that had not yet been prepared. No one offered an explanation or an apology for what happened nor did they thank me for my business.

Had a Great Breakfast Visit Today !!!!! Tried the new pork chop Griller biscuit combo with Bo-Rounds,,, very spicy,,, tasty and flavorful. Glad to see the Ice Tea Self Serve dispenser back in the dining room !!! I had a pleasant experience today,,, a much improvement from past months 👍👍 2-Thumbs Up.

Sunday evening. Arrival 6pm. Order in at 6:21. Received order at 7:03. With not one bit of apology for waiting almost an hour for an 8 piece family pack. No wonder only a 3 rating. Be driving to different Bo for now on.

It was ok. Ordered 2 piece all white meat but the gave me a thigh and leg. No big deal. It was still good, just not exactly what I ordered.

People are friendly and the food doesn't taste bad, however, I paid for the 20 pc. dinner. 50 dollars and the sides were not enough for my family of 3 to eat. 4 tiny scoops of mashed potatoes didn't even fill up half the container. The coleslaw and dirty rice were only 3/4s the way to the top. For 50 dollars?? They didn't even give me my fourth side. The sweet tea was barely sweet and it was watery. Yes, I got 20 pcs of chicken, should feed a family of 8 to 10, but the sides were only enough for 2 people and wasnt even all the sides. I didn't go back up there because I was tired and lived too far away.
