Today was my first time ordering the breakfast pizza from Circle K this morning. The lady in the hot food area was very nice and took my to go order. I paid for the pizzas, gas and other items. I waited inside and did not notice the chairs and table by the door. The lady that rang me up told me about it which I thanked her for. While, I was waiting, the lady which made my pizzas came and apologized for the wait. She explained she had to make the gravy and eggs. I told her thank you for letting me know and not to worry. Once, the pizzas were done she brought them out to me and asked if, I needed anything else. I told her no, thank you and to have a good day. My family loved the fresh hot breakfast pizzas. We will be ordering again soon.

On March 14, 2019 my birthday I might add, my family wanted pizza. We will grab a pizza from this store any day of the week as it is about 5 minutes from home. I got there and there was a line at the registers,.. quite long. I waited at the area to order pizza in which no one acknowledged me while the line was long. Finally, the kitchen lady came from the back and went straight to the register without even acknowledging I was standing there. When she asked can she help who was next, I exclaimed that I’d been waiting to order. She shouted from the register, “what do you want to order?” I thought that was quite rude, but gave her my order. She put the pizzas in the oven and went back to the registers and proceeded to help the next customer by stating, “I’m sorry bout that.” Again, another rude way of conducting customer service with me standing in earshot of the comment and the attitude given. She’d only helped the one customer and returned to the back behind the door off the kitchen. Once the pizza timers went off, she emerged from the back, put her gloves on and cut and boxed the pizzas. She walked them to me and I said, “Thank you.” No response... again I said, “Thank you.” Again no response. At this time I called her a rude ( the B word). Now she acknowledges me and said, “Excuse me!” I stated, “You heard me!” I also stated to her, “if you don’t want to work today, you should have stayed home!” She said to me as I was walking toward the door, “ I bet you won’t turn around!” I turned my head around and she threw her hands up in the air, suggesting I come make a move. I put my pizzas in my truck and went back inside to report the behavior to the manager. The manager took my statement and apologized and while she was taking my statement and explaining how they are supposed to work the line down, the kitchen lady was in the background smirking and shaking her head in disgust at me. The manager assured me I’d be contacted by another manager. I’m not suggesting they fire the worker, but they should move her to another location and give her training in customer service. If not, I feel as though I’ll have to go out of the way to go to another Circle K for my family’s pizza needs. We spend lots of money there and eat those pizzas frequently. Thank you for you attention in this matter.

Like the new circle k because of the pizza slices they sell -- not bad for gas station pizza. If it's lunchtime and your're nearby, good place to stop for a quick bite. They also have chicken wings, etc.

Horrible service!! It was my first visit and definitely will be my last!!! I handed a winning lottery ticket and the girl was like "what you want?". And I explained what she needs to do and she told me I had to wait to run it or something. And the other lady yelled me to come to the other register and asked me what I need and I said waiting for the lottery machine. But apparently my ticket was sat and waited there. I'm so ready for the other gas station cross the street to be open. It will be bigger and hopefully they will have better employees.

Hands-down one of the worst gas stations in Fayetteville. Unfortunately, this one is close to my work so I frequent it pretty often. I always have to play a game of musical gas pumps to find one that works today. I went to three pumps. One the card would not go in all the way so I pulled up to the next pump which had an error screen so the third time is a charm and I was finally able to fill my work vehicle up. Unfortunately, it is like this on most days and usually the pumps are out of receipt paper. It helps that the employees inside are usually pretty nice, but something really needs to be done about the faulty gas pumps, some just don’t work, and the others that are facing the sun. On the end you can barely see the screen. Get it together!

Dear Mr. Kangaroo Manager, you should pull your head out of your Kangaroo pouch when you have 15 people in line and two cashiers, one who was having problems with the lottery machine and all your doing is walking around acting busy. You had two people walk out, and you looked like an incompetent leader.

This gas station is great I go here every morning there is always 30-40% of the pumps down I like playing Merry go around there is never any ice the cold vanilla creamer is always empty the bathrooms smell like bums on corners I think that is a new popular scent out toilet paper dispenser always broke so toilet paper roll is either on the floor half wet or whole thing is in the toilet (experience may vary )

Horrible customer service and I will be filing a complaint and sharing the video of Lisa and the customer who decided to down talk the homeless guy who didn’t have exact change which was .12. Lisa was suppose to be working and she was cursing and all. I simply asked for a refund for my purchase because like any other customer I can choose where I spend my money. If we as people don’t call people out like Lisa who suppose to be providing customer service which is her job then who will.

The male cashier that works am doesn't put in the amount you pay for gas plus the gas doesn't actually start pumping into you car until after a 1$ runs on the pump cash counter. That and the wait is awful for service.over 3 times I've paid for gas and not getvwhat you paying for.seeking legal advice

Id leave no stars if i could they dint even deserve 1! Stopped pumping gas at 30.00 and the numbers kept going. Went inside to get help and resolution. All I got was attitude. Once I got attitude I fired it right back and they were not happy about receiving it. Asked to speak to the manager and was told NO. Don't want attitude from customers don't dish it out and provide some customer service! Esoecially when uts your equipment that didnt work! How many times has this happened at the Hope Mills, NC location before?

I don't understand why every Circle K in the Fayetteville area is hit-or-miss when it comes to there being soap in the bathroom

The cashier was very helpful, she didn't rush me and she was very knowledgeable.
