On
March
14,
2019
my
birthday
I
might
add,
my
family
wanted
pizza.
We
will
grab
a
pizza
from
this
store
any
day
of
the
week
as
it
is
about
5
minutes
from
home.
I
got
there
and
there
was
a
line
at
the
registers,..
quite
long.
I
waited
at
the
area
to
order
pizza
in
which
no
one
acknowledged
me
while
the
line
was
long.
Finally,
the
kitchen
lady
came
from
the
back
and
went
straight
to
the
register
without
even
acknowledging
I
was
standing
there.
When
she
asked
can
she
help
who
was
next,
I
exclaimed
that
I’d
been
waiting
to
order.
She
shouted
from
the
register,
“what
do
you
want
to
order?”
I
thought
that
was
quite
rude,
but
gave
her
my
order.
She
put
the
pizzas
in
the
oven
and
went
back
to
the
registers
and
proceeded
to
help
the
next
customer
by
stating,
“I’m
sorry
bout
that.”
Again,
another
rude
way
of
conducting
customer
service
with
me
standing
in
earshot
of
the
comment
and
the
attitude
given.
She’d
only
helped
the
one
customer
and
returned
to
the
back
behind
the
door
off
the
kitchen.
Once
the
pizza
timers
went
off,
she
emerged
from
the
back,
put
her
gloves
on
and
cut
and
boxed
the
pizzas.
She
walked
them
to
me
and
I
said,
“Thank
you.”
No
response...
again
I
said,
“Thank
you.”
Again
no
response.
At
this
time
I
called
her
a
rude
(
the
B
word).
Now
she
acknowledges
me
and
said,
“Excuse
me!”
I
stated,
“You
heard
me!”
I
also
stated
to
her,
“if
you
don’t
want
to
work
today,
you
should
have
stayed
home!”
She
said
to
me
as
I
was
walking
toward
the
door,
“
I
bet
you
won’t
turn
around!”
I
turned
my
head
around
and
she
threw
her
hands
up
in
the
air,
suggesting
I
come
make
a
move.
I
put
my
pizzas
in
my
truck
and
went
back
inside
to
report
the
behavior
to
the
manager.
The
manager
took
my
statement
and
apologized
and
while
she
was
taking
my
statement
and
explaining
how
they
are
supposed
to
work
the
line
down,
the
kitchen
lady
was
in
the
background
smirking
and
shaking
her
head
in
disgust
at
me.
The
manager
assured
me
I’d
be
contacted
by
another
manager.
I’m
not
suggesting
they
fire
the
worker,
but
they
should
move
her
to
another
location
and
give
her
training
in
customer
service.
If
not,
I
feel
as
though
I’ll
have
to
go
out
of
the
way
to
go
to
another
Circle
K
for
my
family’s
pizza
needs.
We
spend
lots
of
money
there
and
eat
those
pizzas
frequently.
Thank
you
for
you
attention
in
this
matter.
