This was my first time trying a reuben, and it was great. I went through the drive thur, which moved fairly quickly. Great customer service, friendly, and patient. Food was hot, fresh, made to order.

The lady that took our order was so nice! The menu is huge, and they have something for whatever you're craving. The atmosphere is so cozy! Our food was prepared beautifully, super fresh and crisp, and tasted extremely well! I look forward to visiting the salad bar upon our next visit. To top our awesome lunch off, we had ice cream! You guys are awesome!

This is my second time visiting a Jason's deli. First time in NC. Very good food. I wanted so many thing's. That salad bar was screaming out to me. I had to run with the Ruben though. Not disappointed! The staff was very informative . Clean restaurant even though we were slam in the middle of their lunch rush. I will most definitely be returning. 😊😋

Great quality place for a nice salad 🥗 or your preferred sandwich 🥪. The menu is excellent and various options available. Soups, salads, wraps, sandwiches popatos all made on the spot. The salad bar is very good 👍 .

This was my first time trying out Jason’s Deli on Freedom Parkway drive. I placed an online order for a chicken club salad. When I arrived there was no parking so I got into the drive thru lane. The gentleman that I was on the other end of the mic was short and not very friendly at all. He couldn’t find my order and told me to “pull up.” I was abruptly asked again my name at the window. And then handed a bag. My salad was not fresh. I’d give the quality a 3 and the value for the money a 2. Customer service…a 2. My salad was missing the avocado which is one of the main selling ingredients. My red bell pepper was limp and not fresh and crisp. The chicken was dry and I had literally 3 tiny pieces of bacon. I was completely spoiled by the Fried Turkey Shop’s salads that are much fresher and the portion size much larger for the same price. 😕

Blind trust report: 4 out of five star service. Dine in Friendly service, salad bar, and they even have ice cream. In my opinion all restaurants receive 3 stars at start in the blind trust report. Jason's Deli is one of my favorite restaurants. They are more health conscious. They use organic and non GMO ingredients in some things and much of their produce is organic. I usually get the salad bar. They have a great tasty variety for about $8 and this includes multiple trips. Free soft serve ice cream containing basic ingredients comes with any purchase, whether large or small. I added a few photos of the area around Jason's Deli to provide more info.

If you are going to charge me $12.00 for a basic turkey wrap, can you please not be so cheap since you charge so much. If not, just call it a lettuce wrap. Not cool, and won't do that again. Trying to add pics, hopefully they will come through.

I have never been to Jason's, heard of them though and was recommended yo try. I don't know why I didnt try them before but I can say by my experience, I will love to keep coming back. This is not yet another sandwich place. Believe me. I tried their #4 Reuben the Great and OMG 😲 the pile is serious, the flavors from the bread to the cheese is so scrumptious 😋. I also ordered their loaded bake potatoe and a strawberry cheesecake 😋 👍🏻Go for it! Stop by, order anything and I guarantee you will love it.

I ordered two nutty mixed up salads. The menu depicts a salad decorated with plenty of nuts, seeds, and fruit. Instead, what I received was two handfuls of grassy, bitter greens. Each “salad” had about 3 grapes, 2 walnuts, and 2 slices of apples. I feel like I was robbed. The quality of the salads are not comparable to the price. To add insult to injury the cashier was short and unfriendly. UPDATE: I have attempted to contact “Bobby” everyday since 05/24/22, and each time he is “unavailable”; therefore, this rating will remain the same. Update, August 26, 2023 : Today I ordered to modern Mediterranean balls when I received was two bowls that we’re half of the way or a quarter of the way full one lettuce, leaf 1 tablespoon of quinoa, 1 tablespoon of hummus and two pita chip corners for about $10 each. Does this seem like quality service to you? Does it seem like quality food to you? who on earth thinks that won’t let us leave would make a decent meal? Don’t bother try calling them because the phone is out of service.

Normally like the place but most likely won't return. Placed a to-go order and while the sandwich was good the soup was terrible and the answer I got when called I was worse. Ordered the broccoli and cheese soup and called back to ask about the ingredients and after an ackward pause was told they didn't know because it came out of a bag with no information on it. I asked was the soup supposed to be creamy and the guy said yes. I explained to him that my soup was not creamy and looked badly curdled. He further said well that's just how it turns out when it sits for a long time it coagulates. It was so curdled looked like small chunks of meat or bad milk. Got an oh well too bad kind of response.

We bought 4 meals me and my wife yesterday: soup for dinner and sandwiches today for lunch from the Fayetteville Jason’s Deli. I opened my sandwich up because it tasted fatty ( this was a corn beef sandwich). I called up there today to tell the manager the product they were giving to good paying customers who comes there twice a month, and buys 4 meals at a time .The manager didn’t care at all, he said you should have called yesterday, nothing I can do about it. I’ll find somewhere else to eat. This never happened to this extreme before. I understand some fat will be on cornbeef but not to this degree. Nevertheless I tossed it in the 🗑 turned my stomach 🤮looks like raw bacon and it tastes raw. I tried to give them a chance, to redeem their self but didn’t work that way. It actually seemed to be my fault according to the manager I tried to address this matter with.

Once again a success! I love eating here. I want to thank Robbie for his great personality and customer service. Someone took the last of the strawberry shortcakes and he made two just for me and my family. He made our day!!

I placed an order for 2 salad bar salads for my son who absolutely loves the salads from this place and to say I was disappointed in the quality and the lack of customer service I received tried to call back to the store is an understatement. The salads looked like side salads there was hardly any salad in the containers. I called the restaurant to speak to someone and the phone just rang and rang. Then someone finally answered the phone and just set it down. I could hear him taking orders and when he picked it up I said hello several times… he hung up on me. My son was calling from his phone and I could hear is ringing in the background.

Sandwiches are always delicious, but considering the price, I think they are a bit pricey compared to the size of a sandwich. Still, it's nice to be able to eat ice cream for free. The ice cream here is so delicious and it reminds me of my childhood, which makes it even more delicious. I understand inflation, but this place has always been a bit expensive compared to other places. The salad bar doesn't always have fresh vegetables, so sometimes I hesitated to try it. Anyway, the food tastes great! Also, Baked potatoes are so delicious! Be sure to order one! You won't regret it if you order more butter, cheese and bacon as extras!

There potatoes are amazing…they have an ice cream machine and a full salad bar the service was great as well

Chose 1/2 sandwich & salad bar. (It's a 1 time trip). They keep it clean. A little pricey, but food has always been good.

Marcus the manager worked the register and he was so wonderful and pleasant. The staff working under his leadership today were also polite and keeping the salad bar stocked and clean. Food was the freshest I’ve had from a Jason’s Deli. Two thumbs up.

The drive thru didn’t work so when I get to window she gave me chicken noodle soup wit no noodles. The soup does not taste the way it usually supposed to taste and quite frankly I am upset. Had I known I was getting chicken and broth I would have went somewhere else the. Once I got home and realize what a poor excuse for chicken noodle soup I have I call and no one picks up the phone

I ordered chefs salad and a cup of chili. The chilli was horrible and plain. The salad was good but it's a salad nothing wow about it.

This is one of those places you either like or you don't. I think everyone will have a place they like better. I enjoyed the food & it was really good, but I've had better. Don't get me wrong this place is good but just not the best.

Dined in today and my food was horrible ! Ordered the kids Mac and Cheese and it was ice cold. Asked for fresh salad for the bar due to brown lettuce, she never replaced it just looked at me and didn’t never bothered to answer me!! Our broccoli cheese soup was OLD!!! It was brown looking with no broccoli Terrible experience !!!!

First time here. 4 of us (in a party of 6) ordered the Reuben platter. Platter was supposed to include a pickle. They didn't include a pickle for any of the 4 Reubens we ordered. Platter was supposed to have chips. They only put a small handful on each of our plates. The sandwich itself wasn't too bad, though. At the end of our meal, I ordered a Reuben Platter to go. I explained the missing pickles. They asked if i wanted the pickles to go. I said, "No, just letting you know so you can make sure the people making the platters make them correctly." I mean, why would I want them at that point? She should have taken a percentage off my to-go-meal for the inconvenience. For the price paid, I am very disappointed.

Quiet, clean, diner. Service was fast. The sandwich was good. Hubs had turkey wrap. Said it was great and low calorie.The salad bar was excellent. Great price for all the food we had. Will go back again.

I have eaten here several times and never have a complaint. They offer not only a wide variety of sandwiches, but good soups and a very nice salad bar. I especially enjoy their spicy shrimp gumbo. It has just the right blend of spices. Prices are comparable with other restraunts. They also offer takeout, delivery, and curbside service.
