    I never thought I'd write a bad review about a firehouse cause I've never had a bad experience ordered a grilled chicken sub barely got any meat on my sandwich. Nor did I get any Mayo or mustard on it. Had more lettuce than I did meat.

    Food is great, customer service is a ZERO. The first person to answer the phone got annoyed because I asked if they were taking online orders today (since the website won’t let me) and the person was abrupt and said they didn’t know and los of people have been asking. I wanted to order over the phone and I was placed on hold (no problem) but another person picked up. Took my order and had a terrible attitude when I told her the time I wanted to pick it up. I said, never mind cancel the order. I’m not having some rude employee spit in my food because I inconvenienced her!! No thanks! I’ll take my money elsewhere.

    I had such a terrible experience tonight. Specifically with the supervisor/manager on duty. He has a terrible attitude and even worse customer service skills. In the end I got what I needed but not after three calls one being to corporate, and getting an attitude from said supervisor. I'll go to jersey mikes which is much closer with friendlier staff and where I always get the correct order over dealing with the staff on duty tonight.

    Terrible new Management!!!! Everyone is leaving because of how poorly they treat their employees!! I don't recommend anyone to work here!! Change the management and appreciate your employees more!!

    This is the second time I ordered pickup the food was not made correctly. I custom ordered subs and they ignored it and just put generic stuff on the subs. I even did a “build your own sub” and they still just made what they wanted and not what I ordered. It’s really aggravating. I spent $40 on 3 subs and 2 of them were made completely wrong with condiments missing and replaced with condiments NOT wanted that were specifically asked to NOT add on the receipt. Someone who states her name is Sharon (she originally refused to provide her name and then said it was Sharon) she claims she’s the manager but she is incredibly rude and unwilling to fix the mistakes she made. When I arrived the order was not ready. As I waited I did note Sharon’s loud conversation to her coworker while making my order. She was more interested in talking about the “horrible kids she babysits” (yeah we all heard her rant to her coworker). Guessing her frustration added to her not paying attention to the orders she was making. Ms Sharon also says they are not allowed to provide contact information to anyone higher to resolve the issue. Mistakes happen. My biggest issue is the carelessness and the behavior that I encountered.

    I worked at this location for about 3 years and I can say that this location is an exceptional establishment where the owners are very caring, they have a skilled head manager, delicious food, and there is valuable learning opportunities. Whether you are looking for a fantastic place to work or a great place to eat this Firehouse Subs is where to go.

    It's Firehouse, so you expect any less? They could mess up my order but it wouldn't matter cause they don't, if they did they would fix it. Never had a issue here

    Great place, fast service and very clean. Only drawback was their pickles are never fresh. I understand they buy in bulk, but the pickle shouldn't be squishy or smell funny. I knew right away their pickles are trash, and that's sad for me to say because I love pickles. I understand they have garlic in their pickles but this place just has the worst pickles. Their sandwiches on the other hand are great.

    We ordered the platter from this particular Firehouse because I finally ate 🤫enough Subs well my husband and I 😌both ate enough Subs to get this platter and it was every bit amazing! And the staff was nice. Keep up the good work!

    Firehouse is hands down my favorite sub place. The staff at this location always greets you and makes you feel welcome (even when they are slammed during lunch rush). I've never had any issues with my orders. Great place!
