Avoid this ER at all costs unless you are bleeding to death. You will wait for hours on end with absolutely zero care. After waiting for four hours and asking for nurse assistance for water several times over the last hour, I left to find care elsewhere.

Took my husband there for the second time for the same reason after what they gave him didn’t work. We were waiting 3 hours before we went in the back, then another 2 hours and no dr. Came in, so we got up to leave , and dr. Saw us leaving and came over to us and said he can see us now, but could be another 3 hours because they has to order lab work and testing . Place was so busy , not sure if under staffed but will never go back there again.

Been waiting in the er for a pelvic exam that is just preformed by a doctor for over 3 hours. I clicked the call button to ask what’s going on and she told me she would have my nurse tell me. That was an hour ago….

The nurses are the front desk of the ER are very rude and short with patients when they call on the phone. Get better staff who actually want to work and can be patient with people! The lady on the phone didn’t even let me finish my question before she interrupted me, you’re gonna lose a lot of people if you keep people like that at the front desk

When you come to this hospital and the doctor who is taking care of the children at that time, her name is (the fat woman with the long head), you better take your car and go home or go to another hospital because she is the most unpleasant person in the entire state of New Jersey, the other thing is that you come prepared to spend 4 or 5 hours waiting to be attended

Let me say the main hospital is excellent, I’ve had surgeries here and I had amazing care. The emergency room however is a disaster. This is the second occasion where I’ve needed to be seen and ended up leaving to go elsewhere after 8 hours of waiting.

The staff was so professional, quick and compassionate in the Pediatric ER We really had a great experience from check in to patient registration to the nurse, X-ray tech, & doctor Thankful they are close to TCNJ for my son

Well as far as emergencies I definitely recommend going to Capital then any of the other emergency rooms in bucks county. They are faster and more helpful and very friendly very clean and thorough.

Fever of 101.9 at 2pm. Show up at 220. Not seen until 630. Fever and 19 weeks pregnant. Forced to wait for 4 hours just to be seen. They didn't get me back there until I was on the floor in muscle pain (back, abdominal, kidneys, and sinuses). Told them I wanted a urine test for a UTI, covid test, and ultrasound to check on baby. They took me back to OB/GYN Triage. Didn't even get to see a Dr. They gave me a Midwife who seemed annoyed we were even there. She wouldn't let me speak, basically denied all my symptoms. She told me "I'm just sick and to go home. If it gets worse, go to Urgent Care to do a flu test." Oh..they used the fetal doppler for the heart rate. Took them forever to find it..mumbling "that's not good and it's faint...ohh there it is." Not exactly soothing nor professional. Didn't bother to check my ears..my throat..my breathing..nothing. Never again. My boyfriend and I are going to another urgent care tomorrow. If something happens to my baby or something is wrong..they will be receiving a letter and possible legal action. Not to mention, the front desk lady was rude. The woman who took my insurance was too busy discussing shopping with another coworker to even pay attention to me. Ridiculous. This place needs to be shut down or reevaluate the staff. Edit: went to a virtua urgent care in Mt. Holly. They tested for flu and covid and covid came back positive.

My mom was seen here for a surgery, everyone was so nice that I met and had a great conversation with a volunteer that walked around with a cart for people who were waiting.

Been here for 4 hours and still waiting, not a very patient friendly place no warmth. It's a job to them and that's it. Can't give you any information of how many more hours you will be waiting. No many choices, only here because Doctor said go to hospital EM
