This was the worst customer service experience I ever had at a restaurant. I placed a to-go order and my hibachi meal was was burnt- and tasted burnt. After one bite, I called the restaurant for a refund and the man that answered the phone began yelling at me and said I wasn't getting a refund bc he never gets complaints. Eventually he said I could only get a refund if I brought the food back. Then he literally proceeded to hang up right in my face. When I took the food back there was still hesitation and resistance from a lady at the counter despite seeing the food was clearly burnt. She called someone (likely the man I had spoken to earlier) and finally gave my money back. However, as she was handing me my refund receipt, she told me to never come back there again - as if it were my fault that her restaurant had poorly prepared and provided me disgusting food. Absolutely unbelievable and would not recommend to anyone.

We arrived at the restaurant at 9 and had to wait until 2 other parties were sat. Server had an attitude and didn't offer great service. We waited an hour before they even started cooking our food. The yum yum sauce was very watered down and the soup was luke warm. I then had something on my shrimp and server nor owner wanted to do anything about it. We were charged gratuity for a party of 2 and was given the excuse that we were the last table but there were other tables still sitting. Addressed the manager and was told that us leaving at 1020 was actually decent even though I packed my food up and left and barely ate. I've been going here for years and it's safe to say they lost a customer.

If this was strictly based upon the food you’d have a five star rating. The food is very delicious and I crave it on a regular basis. The attitude of our server was poor. She seemed bothered when asked about the soup. Our chef was nice but the mandatory tip was hogwash. I do not like to be forced gallantry rather than choose mine. I also don’t appreciate paying $30 for a plate of food. It’s more appropriate to charge $14. Overall your establishment is tasty but your employees and prices have chased me out of the door.

Best decision for a large group of almost 40 people. Each section holds 20 people. The chef was hilarious and entertaining and cooked the best food! I had the Teriyaki Chicken & Shrimp. I had the Green Tea which come hat with a teapot. The sexy sauce was a little sweet which was different but delicious on the rice!

came in to eat tonight with my family and there were roaches crawling on the griddle next to ours while we were eating our food. we immediately stopped eating as well as the other people in the restaurant and was still left with the $150 bill for food that no one should be eating. they are also still serving people food that are picking up even after the owner squished the roach on the griddle and clearly knows there is an infestation here. the waitress said that the manager adjusted our bill and that also didn't happen even though we left full plates of food sitting there. a waste of $150.

Payed for 2 spider rolls and only received 1 when I called to get it sorted out whoever I talked to started yelling at me that I didnt trust them and told me he was blocking my number ! I will never eat here again .

Been going to this place for about 10 years and never really had an issue....tonight is the worst I have ever seen or had. I had a to go order of Hibachi Shrimp, majority of the shrimp were either baby shrimp or the tails only and the hibachi sauce tasted watered down. The quality and the quantity of the food over the past few years has been going downhill

Over-rated not what we anticipated. Chef was friendly. Waitress not so personable. Can't say we'll go back.

Service was fine, food was good, the atmosphere was very relaxing, the amount of food was a little less than a few similar places I've visited, however, I still recommend the place.

This was my first time here and will not be my last. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection. I had scallops and chicken. My boyfriend had just the chicken. Our meal came with a delicious onion soup, side salad, and various dressings. The chef was funny and very entertaining. He interacted very well with everyone. I definitely will be visiting again!

The salmon is fantastic; I get it everytime. They won't tell me how they make the ginger dressing for the salad tho

First and last time visiting. And it’s not because of the taste it’s because of the size. This is my plate BEFORE I have taken ONE bite! It is half way. We go to tons of Japanese steakhouses and this is the least amount of food I have ever gotten at one. Normally it’s enough to take home and have another meal. This was barely enough to call a dinner. The 6 year old next to me that got a kids meal got the same amount of food for crying out loud. This was just ridiculous.

Food was great. People were socially distanced!! Ordered takeout, speedy service. Will be returning

Get there the soup was good 1st cup of sweet tea good Salad ok. Get ready to open my fork it was very dirty appeared to be unwashed. Pictured is after I attempted to just wipe it off. Tea was very sour after the 1st cup. Time for chef to cook our food. Very unmotivated (for me part of going to hibachi is a chef that at least pretends to be happy and talks to you and is very animated) He just stood there barely moving not a lot of conversation. Food also lacked flavor. Price wasn't bad for the quantity of the food. I know hibachi is up there for prices but to me I go for the show.

The food was good, but the service was not. They served me the soup in a broken bowl. I ordered a Pepsi with my dinner, and it was nothing but sweet that was not carbonated, and when I raised the issue to the manager, she said that it was the machine, and she brought me another one that was not any better. They seriously need to look into management and pay attention to detail before one of those broken bowls cuts someone's mouth.

My two friends and I visited yesterday, this was my first time visiting, and probably will not visit Abby time soon. Our server was very kind, food was good, the problem was that they automatically added 25% gratuity to my total bill, plus a soon we finish our food we was ask to lieve thatvtgey had more people to sit. So if you want to go out for a nice dinner and conversation no a good place to visit. Prices $$$

I dont recoment this place at all. They don't serve a lot of food and you have to Pay for the person that cook your food plus you have to pay your food. They include gratuity in the check without asking you. Also the place is nasty.👎🏻It dont deserve a single star. The place is not Pleasant.

Hibachi style food that's over priced. Went for the 🍣 but they did not have it because they/ chefs were busy... This was per the American waitress, talk about DISAPPOINTMENT.

Amazing food, chef, and skills in cooking and showmanship! Such a wonderful experience. I recommend the Steak, lobster, and shrimp. Absolutely the best food in the area!

Chef was GREAT. He interacted with us. Food was Great. The waitress was very good keeping us in drinks.

The wait was crazy, but the food is always amazing. Chef was very friendly to my son who was rather chatty. 😆
