I had the worst experience here. The staff was condescending, rude & impatient. The nurse (I heard them call her something like Dickson/Dixon) was very uncaring and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Also, it took forever to receive my results and no one answered the phones. The receptionist needs more training (I think her name was Mel something). She cut me off a lot and didn’t seem to want to answer any questions. Last, but not least, the doctor (Dr. Tafari) oh my gosh , was a nightmare. She didn’t listen to my concerns, was harsh, and seemed to brush off anything I was worried about. I also didn’t like how she treated her staff. She was rude, sarcastic and laughed at me as well. She would take personal calls during my appointment and spoke badly of her staff when they weren’t around. She was also 3 hours late to my appointment and didn’t apologize. She almost took other patients who came after me before seeing me. I didn’t get her full attention for my appointment. She was always in and out of the room. Persons also kept barging in and out of her office. It was chaotic and a mess. She’s very condescending as well. Do not go here. Save your money and go somewhere that is professional and knows what they’re doing. This place either needs to take a break and come again or shut down completely and spare us all the headache of having this waste of space when a more useful business could be in its place. -1000/10 stars (and even that’s too high)

I visited today and I was impressed. The environment was clean and relaxing. The staff was polite. I felt at home and not as how I would normally feel at a doctor’s office. Dr. Tafari is very patient and thorough. I will definitely be there again.

I’ve had to bring both my children to this center multiple times & I have to say they never disappoint. While I can’t speak for the other MDs, the pediatrician, Dr. McLean is amazing — she’s been my kids pediatrician since 2019. After their visits, she follows up on their well being, and always goes above and beyond for my kids & I appreciate that so much; her passion for her work definitely shows in every aspect. Admittedly, I have brought my children to other pediatricians & have wasted money and time because those doctors misdiagnosed or undermined my children’s symptoms. If you’re looking for a pediatrician for your little ones do consider her, you won’t regret it. Dr. McLean is definitely WELL-versed in children's health. I’ve also had the pleasure of dealing with Dr Tafari and she was great as well. I have to give credit where. because it’s so hard to find good doctors with good people skills in Jamaica! Thank you guys so much!!

One of the best medical facilities I have ever came across on the island of Jamaica. All staff are very friendly and have excellent customer service skills. The place is always clean and a very comfortable environment.

Best place to visit with your medical concerns. Doctors to cater to your needs. The staffs are friendly and quick to assist with your queries. The facility is clean and spacious. Ample parking space. Dr Tafari is the best providing fresh eyes into the medical field. The place to ease your mind from the medical concerns and leaving you relaxed. Kudos to this facility and its staffs.

Honestly, the most clean doctors office I have been to, and as you know appearance speaks. The nurse's mannerism was very polite and professional. Very friendly doctor, I felt very relaxed and at home there. And Dr tafari, I find to be quite knowledgeable in the field of medicine. She also gave me the time to ask all my questions, and that's important to any patient. Overall I was very impressed. I will honestly say it's a good place to go if you want to be taken care of.

Amazing doctor office. It is SO clean and stylish that you’ll forget your in a doctors office! I’ve been a few times now with my kids and each time has been great. No wait time. Friendly staff and amazing doctors. Dr. Williams and Dr. Tafari are thorough, friendly and explain everything in details I can understand. We will be back. :-)

Travelled to Jamaica with my GF and friend. As Canadians we required to get tested for Covid before returning to Canada. This clinic was responsive, clean, organized and very professional. Thank you for making what is otherwise an uncomfortable experience easier than expected.

This doctors office is incredible! Receptionist and doctors are kind and compassionate, with excellent communication skills. I love that they are so knowledgeable and makes sure I understand every step of my diagnosis and treatment. I always feel my concerns are heard and the doctors takes their time with appointments. Highly recommend this doctors medical center

Great service overall. The receptionists are welcoming and Dr. Tafari is friendly as well as attentive. I felt at home there.

I have always had good experiences at this facility. My daughter had a situation once and was referred to hospital. Dr. Tafari called me at home to check up on her. That was just awesome.

The staff here are super friendly and is willing to assist by going above and beyond! I should say you don't have to register in the open where others can hear your information. They take you in A private room to get you signed up. Great ambience!!

Love love love this place, I first came across it when either the owner or one of the medical professionals came on-site at a resort to give us a covid test. She was extremely friendly. Then I’ve gone to their location in Bogue at least twice, one for a covid test and the other for an eye irritation issue, both issues were looked at swiftly. My brother in law has also visited their bogue facilities several times and has had great experiences with the staff each time. It’s a clean and professional place with a great staff

Very professional environment and Dr. Tafari is great. For me it’s the fact that she listens and they provide holistic, full service care. Need tests done? It’s just a door away. Private, confidential and friendly staff. Go check them out.

I scheduled an appointment to see Dr McLean for my child and the person at the front desk with the nasty wig, big gut and disgusting attitude made the entire experience horrible. Additionally, they seem to have preference on their customers because they told me an appointment was available and then 5 mins later before calling to take it, they told me the doctor is no longer taking appointments. You need better staff.

Got the IV Cocktail and it was the best thing I could have done after extreme fatigue. Calming place.

I definitely want to visit the Doctor Tafari. Reading all the views , you most be a excellent. Visiting soon with my daughter . Giving a 5 stars

Wow...convenient, professional and just awesome.

This med center is absolutely breath taking warm and welcoming the lounging option is very comfortable and Doctor Tafari is just amazing. You may feel ill, but just the setting location and the employees makes you feel as though your at a hotel and not a doctors office. I say keep up the good work Jamaica need more of this setting
