First visit, and I’ll be back for sure! Our waitress, Nia, was super kind. The environment was incredibly chill. Loved the deocr. And the food….The food was so good! 10/10 Even better this is a locally owned establishment! If you’re looking for a nice spot to visit downtown Hopkinsville, look no further…The Local is for you!

Start with the Irish nachos! They are awesome! Blackberry Margarita!!!! Fish and chips (of course), Shepards pie, Summer salad are all fantastic. Ask for Bri for excellent service! Don’t forget the Guinness!

Absolutely perfect place for a delicious date night. Cute little candle light dinner with the BEST jalapeno margarita to accompany it all. The staff is amazing 🤩 customer service was amazing and the whole atmosphere was warm and welcoming! I will definitely be spending more date nights here. I highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience here. The bartender was awesome, and his recommendations were absolutely delicious. I would make a trip back just for the sausage rolls. The whiskey burger looked so good that I forgot to take a picture of it. And the blood orange margarita is one of the best margs I've ever had.

You can’t find many Irish pubs on St. Patty’s Day ☘️ like we had in the north, down south . This local restaurant was in Downtown Hopkinsville KY only 30 mins from Clarksville. The atmosphere and services didn’t disappoint ! Food was good, minus my Ruben Sandwich, which I was looking forward to. The Ruben wasn’t from a freshly bake corned beef with large slices. The meat appeared and tasted like a DELI cut corned beef, which was overcooked and tough. Which was disappointing. But my husband’s food, appetizers and drinks were on point. Will definitely give them another try.

Comfy, relaxed date night at the pub! The bartender, Dean, was attentive and we were very happy with his service. Highly recommend the hard cider, fish and chips, scotch eggs and Guiness mac and cheese.

This was probably the best Shepherd's Pie I've had. Generous portion and tasted so awesome. Came with Irish soda bread which is also good. Wife had the fish and chips which was excellent as well. Coleslaw was absolutely delicious! The staff were amazing! Can't wait to come back.

Cute and warm atmosphere. Great variety of menu items. For an app, we ordered the pretzle. We ordered bangers/mash, fish and chips, and a French dip. Bartender was phenomenal. Busy, but made sure we had everything we needed. Not too busy at 545 on a Thursday. Pretty sure it could easily be packed. I think the only thing that kept me from rating a 5 was the prices. Was completely satisfied with the price for 2 of the dinners. The fish and chips, for the portion size, seemed a little high.
