The woman that works in the drive thru window in the mornings is rude when shes not too busy messing around with her co-workers to even pretend to listen to you or speak back in anything but a disrespectful and demeaning attitude. I won't go back here in the mornings anymore because of her.

Eeeew... it keeps getting worse (cleanliness, including the overflowing trash cans outside) ! But the good side is service got better by the CSRs!

These guys are great! Very friendly and helpful! I order on the mobile app (currently a 30% discount if you do it this way), and they always call me by name. My favorite breakfast place!

I went inside to order because the one and only car in drive-thru sat there forever talking to little girl at the window. Once inside I waited forever before anyone came out from the back. They didn't even acknowledge I was there. Neither did the second person. I finally yelled for someone. A hateful lady came up to register, very annoyed having to do so, and asked me what I wanted. Just like that. I told her I had been waiting for 15 minutes and wanted to place an order. She very rudely told me they were busy and I would have to wait my turn like everyone else. I would not have even ordered anything from there except the fact it was getting late and my 5yr old was hungry. I waited for 17 minutes to get my food and it was terrible. My order was wrong. I didn't bother to try and get them to correct it. I did call after I left and asked who the manager was and a good time to call was. The boy informed me they have no manager and hung up on me. The place is horrible and I will not be back.

Day shift service seems to be so much better than night shift. Iced caramel coffee is my usual and I still have to be pulled for that. I gave two stars because I haven’t learned to just not go

Ordered sweet tea received unsweetened tea employee was not friendly. This has happened alot of times From now on I'm going to check my tea before I pull away from the window. New some new items on the menu. Same old boring food.

A small issue with the order, but they caught it and also gave me a coupon for a return visit. Perfect customer service!

My go to place for lunch, especially if you eating on a budget or you want something quick! I add mayo to my mcdouble burger and the fries be hot. I get a large Coke or Sweet Tea. I use the drive thru and the workers are nice!

The people who work there are a bunch of kids goofing off but if you. Anger passed that and waiting forever for your food then the food is great if they get the order right... The manager is amazing.. 😀

I very rarely give 5 stars but Xavion, hope I'm not butchering your name, provided excellent service! He made sure my order was priority and as I was leaving, he stopped me because there was missing items that I was unaware of but he took care of it all. So thank you and continue the great work!

My husband went through the drive thru and as the girl was handing out the bag she read the order back and then shut the window. Once my husband got home ( 20 min drive ) they shorted us 3 burgers, so he had to go all the way back into town to get the 3 burgers and the 3 fries we had at home was cold ( because he had to go get the missing burgers ) they refused to give 3 new fries to go with the burger’s. This isn’t the first time this has happen. Now these fast food workers are the ones that think they are worth $15 an hour. This McDonald’s so rude. The manager was the worse. We will never go back to this one again.

The food and staff has always been pleasant. There is a lot of bums around this place asking for money

If I could give them no stars I would my family and I r homeless can get back into the shelter till 430 pm so we sit at McDonald's yes and we do order food and drink but now we can't sit in there anymore that is bad I see how they r when it comes to homeless people
