SCAM ALERT!! Guests Beware! Stayed one night to see if this was a decent hotel for out of town wedding guests. Was prepared to book 5 rooms until I had a $250 charge on my card the day after checkout. I called to inquire and was told it was for a smoking in the room fee. I did not smoke in the room. I was informed management would be in at 9 the next day. Went to the hotel in person to speak with management. Was told management was busy and would call me back. Never received a call. This hotel and their employee STOLE $250 out of my checking account. I have stayed at multiple hotels around the country and the world and have never had this happen. What a disgrace for this city and the Clarion hotel chain. Again, BUYER BEWARE!! Do not be the next victim.

Room and bathroom were very dated. Breakfast and a restaurant were supposed to be offered as services but neither was. Went down this AM at 0700 (breakfast is from 0600-0900) and no breakfast items or staff available. Shower rod in bathroom hanging on for its life. Room was warm with no way to adjust temperature in room (no Thermostat) and wall mounted A/C not turning on after ensuring it was plugged in.

This place is disgusting. The outside and lobby may make you think it's an old building freshly remodeled but that it far from it. 1.MOLD is an abundant accent to this location from top to bottom, hallways and even your sheets (see photos). 2. CLEANLINESS is not a priority as one may think walls of the shower and folded towel will provide a brief history of prior residents (see photos). I've also provided the photos of stains and tears on sheets. I arrived late Thursday and promptly asked to be moved from the bedroom with mold on it's sheets and just as fast found my towels and shower were not cleaned in the second room. From desk clerks are amazing and sweet.

Place is not only unclean, room inadequately supplied with normal furniture showcased in pictures, but the hotel manager and assistant manager refused to help remedy any concerns we had with our booking. When I asked for a refund since we didn’t use our reservation, the manager lied saying they had us on cct video checking out after said stay but would not give us that ‘proof’, even though we had actual proof we stayed at another hotel for those dates. We didn’t stay because the room was so gross.

The location was great because of how close we were able to stay to our scheduled attractions. The service was great! The room could have been cleaner for sure! The bedding wasn't super clean. The biggest disappointment was the pool and hot tub. The pool water looked absolutely disgusting. And the hot tub had been filled in with concrete. The hot tub was the sol reason I booked this hotel. So I was very disappointed in that.

Finding the place was pretty easy, check in was quick. Room was better than fair but…. Use some bleach when you was your bedding and towels, stains on them and just dinghy, the sheet on the bed was on top of the blanket so you need to teach o How to make a bed. The room was very quiet until 545 am when the people in room 407 decided to let the kids run up/down hall, scream cry and generally be a PITA to everyone else ( no fault of hotel staff) but it did make use get up early and find breakfast. Overall, okay place to stay, but not a first suggestion in any means.

This was a "lipstick on a pig" situation, but at least the pig was a prized one. They're renovating, so I'm giving some leeway on some of the things that were less than desirable looking. The breakfast though? Amazing! I was expecting much less than what was offered. I would stay here again.

Stay there because lost power during storms. I booked them through Expedia! The front desk attendant was really nice. Quick service. The rooms are a little older, but the bed slept great. The shower felt good. Hot water. They have a bar and restaurant inside. Also they are in a great location, walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. Checkout was fast and smooth. They are also pet and kid friendly.

Got a room here just to get away and had an awesome experience with customer service. Compared to the last time it seemed to be quite a mess. I heard they changed management finally and I absolutely love the new manager Heather. The room was decent but I do agree with updates needing to be made and that the housekeepers need to be more detail oriented in cleaning up the rooms. However, it was a pleasant experience overall regardless.

First and foremost Management, let me start by saying of course you have no one with my name that has stayed there because I was NOT the one who purchased the room therefore, you can not assume that I have no stayed in your hotel before. I have stayed here and so have a few people i know. I have a sister in law as well who has also purchased a room from you all and has proof of bedbugs as well as the carelessness you guys showed her and other things. I can upload any pictures you would like on here for everyone to see! So no thank you I would not like to come stay in your hotel AGAIN. You guys will get what you deserve for poor services and treating customers who spend money on your rooms the way you all do!

I recently stayed here and was pleased with my experience! The front desk worker… Diana was very welcoming, and talked to me like family. Very profession and clean environment. I would recommend to others to stay here.

Traveled from out of town and before I begin with what was wrong I will say the staff was kind, but the rooms.....YIKES. Cleanliness isn't a priority. There was literally hair all in the bathtub, carpet sticky and a bandaid in the vents. Y'all, I can't make this stuff up. When we travel again we will be choosing another place. I looked at the reviews before booking but thought...maybe it's different. It's not.
