Been here multiple times in the past and had an enjoyable experience. Not this time. No more hibachi or sushi and the price stayed the same. Restaurant was noticeable smaller. A new mirror wall and only 4 or 5 food stations, with one being full of dirty dishes. The salad bar looked like the food left over in a rabbits bowl. The lettuce had the tongs laying in the middle. As other reviews have mentioned, they watch you eat. When handed the check, we questioned why the price had stayed the same and was met with hostility. The employee walked away cussing at us in Chinese. We asked again while we were paying and met with more hostility. I don't know about anyone else but we work hard for our money and really hate wasting it on horrific food and service. Too many other places to spend the same amount and feel like I got what I paid for.

If you're crazy for good sweet tea, tasty ice cream and grilled steak on the buffet, this is the place for you. The other buffet selections are good too. Table service is a bit lacking. Don't expect sweet tea refills or a smile from the restaurant staff. Still, a very good dinner experience. .

I don't mean to sound ungrateful, but as me and my son were sitting there after paying for the buffet, I had to tell myself to eat the one plate I had ordered. The food was cold, and there was a couple items I wondered if my dog would it eat if I took it to her. I'm sorry, but I've had better food out of a gas station that had been sitting all day.

The place is outdated but the foods that we normally get are amazing. The general tso is so good and it’s actually spicy, the green beans actually have flavor, and the buttered shrimp is flavorful too. This last time we went they put out pieces of steak which was good. I also like the spring rolls and egg rolls. I absolutely love the hot and sour soup! It’s the best one I’ve ever tasted at any buffet. It’s full of ingredients and it’s actually spicy. My husband and I have been 3 times and we love this place. They seat you down quickly and refill and pick up plates promptly and don’t hover. However, you can tell they get overwhelmed when it’s super busy and make mistakes, but who is perfect during a rush hour?

This was our first time coming here in 5 years because our friends said it was much better now. We went for the lunch buffet and found that it was okay. The honey chicken and honey BBQ chicken was good. However, the sweet & sour chicken was bland, the General Tso chicken tasted funny and other popular dishes were just okay. The service was so so if you wanted a refill for a paid drink but they managed to be attentive if all you had was a water. This is a place we would only go to if with a group of friends otherwise we will be okay never going back.

We tried this place for the first time @ dinner this evening. Definitely not what we expected. The place looks old, dirty, and the variety of foods offered was minimal. A lot of items were lukewarm. They had 2 kids seating people as well as running the register.... and when I say kids I mean kids! Not even close to legally work in any restaraunt setting. We won't be back. This was probably one of the worst "China Buffet-style" restaraunts we have ever eaten at. Not worth the price or drive from Clarksville that's for sure.

32 for 2 take out??? Hmmm. This place over charges and it's a basic very small buffet, the food looked very old and dried out . the shrimp had a very ammonia strong smell. Their were kids and parent hacking all over the food area!!! The placement of food was in other food; talk about cross contamination. Ugh. It is sad how these owners of some restraunts just do not care anymore... Oh and the older son at register is a very rude snotty young man. Rude!!!!

For those who see the photos on google maps, their is a big mirror in the photo, so the actual size is only half of what you see. Food and services are good, especially for the low price.

They legit stared the entire time. I felt as if they were just standing there talking about everyone and everything they had on their plates!! Kids working can't be more than 10 years old. Food was ok but if you don't clean your plate they charge you for it. Better enjoy everything you grab. Sushi was nasty!!!! 50 bucks for 1 adult and 3 kids!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! Do not even waste your money. The food is awful, the shrimp was deep fried whole with head legs and all. I normally tip good anywhere I eat bcuz I know I've waitressed before terrible terrible service. It was like we was bothering them. I will NEVER go back. We should have thrown the $75 out the window.

No Hibachi or sushi. Small selection at buffet, mostly fried stuff. Salad bar was dreadful. For 2 adults and a 12 year old $50. I asked why so expensive when there isn’t any hibachi and the waitress became irate and started screaming in Chinese, I’m pretty sure I got cussed out. It was just an honest question since you claim to be hibachi, it’s in your name after all.

As far as Chinese buffets go, I was i.pressed with this restaurant. The food quality was good and authentic. We did dine late in the evening so the food wasn't being placed on the buffet regularly which means some of the food was not as hot. The customer service was mediocre and the atmosphere was quiet. If you like frog legs theybwere great here.

The food was delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection, couldn't have asked for anything better. Will definitely be bringing people back with me to eat. The staff was courteous and polite and on top of cleaning the tables and making sure that we felt welcomed to be there.

I love this place. I have been here before and will come back because their food has a great flavor and so much variety. I took one star off because of food temperature this time. It was warm losing temperature. I do not know if the steam table wasn't working properly this time.

Jasmine's used to be the best Asian buffet to go to here in Hopkinsville but the last couple of times I went there everything's changed. They have signs around the buffet stating that they will charge more if you don't eat everything on your plate which is hard to do if the food is cold and nasty. The General Tso's was tough,dry and cold, sushi tastes like nothing and yet I get charged $30 for two people. Not worth it.

The food is great and fresh. Like the waitress, always polite and keep the table clean, refill your drinks promptly. Great place to eat.

It was really good food, perfect little place to enjoy a meal with your family and not break the bank.

The food is ok. They have a small selection of food. It's not my go to place.

This place is just okay. They have some sushi on the buffet, which is why I go here, but it's not really great sushi. They have some good selections and some that are just meh. I'm not really impressed with this place but buffets in Hopkinsville that offer sushi are limited.... and I mean limited to this one.

We love this place eat there at least twice a month. Food is always fresh and hot. Everyone in nice and friendly.

Yum! Best Chinese in Hopkinsville! The food was very tasty and they had plenty of options that included all of the favorites. The crunchy cheese wontons are so good.

The food here was really delicious! Lunch time was busy but extremely affordable. It's not really updated inside but the food makes up for that.

We got there shortly before closing so I understand the buffet wasn't going to be full of food. But the staff had half of the serving utensils cleared off already and gave us "dirty" looks when we asked for one. I'm sorry but if you're wanting to have everything cleaned up by close time you shouldn't of let us in 15 minutes before close.

They didn't have some of the normal things that you usually find. The flavors of some things didn't seem up to par. The Green beans are my favorite thing but they want cooked enough of been freezer burnt. The price for take out was pretty reasonable.

This is a great buffet ! The people were friendly and down to business at the same time.. My drink was refilled while I was refilling my plate . There was no delay , I was in and out within my lunch time break ! I would recommend this restaurant to everyone ! Thank you !

The atmosphere is out of the late 90's. Some of the sushi looked old so choose wisely. Drinks were kept full.

This Restaurant is Okay but I must say they have a extremely huge amount of different Varieties of food to Choose from;;; And let me mention that if you possibly leave hungry, then it's all on you; Let me give you a 101 On my Favorite Foods; they have absolutely the best sushi I've ever had & everthing on the buffet most of the time, is still good 👍 You should stop & give it a try!! There's nothing here that differentiates them from other Chinese food restaurants, however , they are extremely consistent when it comes to their food. That in itself is more important than having more variety. The food is always hot, always fresh and that's why I am giving 4 stars. I would give 5 stars if they had wonton soup for lunch.

It's always a satisfying visit. Very clean, buffet stays well stocked with many freshly made options. Food is great. I don't remember tasting a single thing that wasn't good.

I really enjoy this buffet. Every time I hear the food is always fresh I haven't had a bad experience yet. The staff is friendly and they do a good job of keeping the area clean.

Jasmine buffet USE to be a great place to have a family meal. My wife is not able to eat fast food, deep fried foods. She has never liked Chinese food, anyway. She still wanted to go out as a family. She has autoimmune issues that also involve her not being able to eat much of anything. My son, daughter and I happen to love Chinese food. We told them when we're being seated, that she will only have a drink, that's all she had. They hounded us the entire time to ensure my wife would not eat from there skimpy buffet. The Hibachi Grill isn't functioning, but is advertised outside to bring you in. The sushi that most people love is hardly available on the bar. I had to ask for it. When the worker brought the sushi out, there was only like 12 pieces, and was gone in no time. The thin short female waitress has absolutely no hospitality skills along with the young boy that was running the cash register. They still tried to charge us a meal for her. I scratched it out and put a 3 in place of the four. This is the 2nd time frequenting this place. There will NOT be a 3rd. My wife was embarrassed over there antics. There are much better places to choose from, than this hole. Oh ya, the bathrooms are just as nasty as the restaurant. They smell horribly, dirty and crusty! Bye! Bye!

Nice people own and run the place. The food is great. The value is spot on. You can't beat the place for a change without spending very much. You feel like you are getting more than you payed for. Try it and you will find yourself going back often.
