WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR ANYONE IN THIS TOWN TO DO THEIR FREAKING JOB? IF YOU HATE YOUR LIFE AND YOUR JOB SO MUCH THEN GO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT. STOP MESSING IT UP FOR EVERYONE ELSE. It is fast food services for goodness sake! No one is perfect, but this is completely ridiculous. It's why people don't want to move here and open any new businesses or help with the education. If you can't even put a freaking taco together then what makes you think anyone can trust you to do something more cost worthy?

Drive thru here has the rudest cashier and service crew named Kashira. She won't even give sauce and napkins for our orders. Will not come back to this stink of a place. Total Bad experience.

Order food in drive through and Night time crew was horrible. In a bad mood. Didn't even fill up my chicken quesadilla. Left 2 parts with nothing in it. The taco had no meat. Highly don't recommend goin at night thats for sure.

Always given the wrong order, and when you do get ahold of someone to get the correct order its old, cinnamon twist taste like they are a few days old and taco shells are horrible 😫 very old and nasty! Need better service and food!!!

This is the most shameful example of any Taco Bell franchise I've ever experienced. I don't know where to start. First, the owner is the worst. They've never had a "value menu"--when you hear "at participating locations" this is NOT one of them, everything is overpriced. Second, the dining room has been closed since Covid and is never going to reopen, an old taped sign on the door says "closed for renovations". Yeah, right. The drive thru can't get an order right to save their lives (which I'd like to see implemented). This place has been terrible for years. If you're expecting the usual Taco Bell, don't go here, you'll be very disappointed.

Rude and emotionless manager- also involved, was told I’d have to be up charged for what I wanted as my alternative since they didn’t have what was originally in my meal. Overall poor experience.

Almost all of the time the beans taste like they are old and at different times you get more shell than meat

Had a Burrito Grande; fed my wife & myself. Really filling & satisfying. The taste was authentic 😋. Combinations inside Burrito 🌯 very tasty.

Bring the fries back! 😁 Loved them and I'm already craving them. But this location has a very helpful and friendly staff. My son was given a slush drink and the girl was nice enough to confirm with me that it was ok to give him one. Love the respect and the free slush!

If you eat here, I suggest you do so during the day. The food is not only good during the day, it is exceptional. at night on the other hand, now that's a different story. And you'd do good if they don't screw up your order. But even at their worst, this taco bell is still the best one in hopkinsville by a landslide. They care about the customer experience a lot more than most.

Didn't care for the attitude coming from the guy taking orders in drive thru. Food was meh. Best thing from my bag was the syrup for my french toast sticks(which were, oddly, mushy in the middle). I'll stick with my normal Wendy's from now on.

Last night I ordered a grilled cheese burrito with chicken instead of beef and a Mexican pizza no tomatoes the order was wrong, the pizza had chicken on the top of it and was covered with tomatoes and we had a regular burrito! So tonight we stopped and all I was doing was explaining that our order was all wrong not asking for a replacement or money back just to be sure we got the right food. She said we don’t give refunds without a receipt and why didn’t you call! Number 1 you don’t answer the phone Number 2 I was not asking for my food for free I didn’t not wanted it right. Just rude but nobody cares and nothing would ever be done so there’s that!

What you would expect from a taco bell and it's probably the better taco bell in town. But, trying to order my food was a pain. I had to yell at the speaker for them to hear me. Prices were also very high. You can dine in at a Mexican restaurant for cheaper.

Multiple times now, we've ordered several different kinds of burritos to later discover they are all wrapped the same (all beefy 5 layer or all special) tired of having to unwrap up bite into to them to figure out whats what.

This taco bell always makes their food great. Best one in hoptown and clarksville.

So I was looking for some food, I had a late night craving and all I could think of was Taco Bell. So, with my craving in mind, I ventured off into the world of cheese and tacos. Tacos. When I arrived at the Taco Bell, I had no idea what I would like to have. Have. Upon asking the seasoned veterans of Taco Bell, what they would most like to eat, a brave soul stepped up and showed themselves from the abyss of nothing to become a legend in and of themselves! Themselves! This person gave me the best meal I have ever had in my 26 years of ordering from Taco Bell. It is always the ones that work within the confines of the business that know the best things to procrue from said business. I put my faith in the employee's hands and my faith was not misplaced 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!.

Would give 0 stars if I could, Ordered 2 things tonight, both with NO jalepeno sauce, not that hard right? Apparently it is, so I try to call them and let them know, and have them remake it and I’d come get it, so I call, not once or twice but 17 times, and everytime it just rang. Terrible service for as many people working there. I understand it’s fast food and mistakes happen, but that’s just ridiculous.

Always enjoy Mexican food! There's never no surprises which I prefer. Service is good & Customer service is friendly and courteous.

You can totally tell its franchise owned and not corporate. Literally the oldest tortillas I've ever eaten at a fast food restaurant. Even beyond the quality the food just isnt right, extra doesnt mean extra, and the staff seems untrained about how to make uncommon food such as the Quesarito. It's not what you would expect at any other TBell.

I tried a new menu item & it was delicious!! The drive thru was wrapped around the building so I went inside. There was a wait on the food but other than that overall good experience. **It was National Taco Day & they were the only Taco Bell that wasn't offering free tacos.

Polite staff, order was (mostly*) right, and the food was delicious. 😋 *misheard the number of cinnamon twists, but it was an easy mistake to fix.

Didn't get the order right. Wouldn't answer the phone. Wouldn't answer the door. Had to walk up to the drive through window to correct the order. The team that worked Saturday night wasn't giving two craps about orders. The food tasted old, and it was stale. Is this what we are paying for in today's America?

Person working drive thru was nice. For was ready rather quick. But my 14 yr old grandson definitely noticed the difference in size of the crunch wraps. They are much smaller than they used to be.

SERIOUSLY... this is what is given to customers??? im only giving 2 stars due to the politness and sweetness of Jemerra, who took my order. The customer service is fast. Almost every time I order here, something of the food is terrible. This time is the beans. How can they even put this in the bowl, much less pass to customers. Not only is it not much more than a 1.5 tablespoons of beans, but they are hard and inedible!! The dent is where i pushed the beans with my finger to show how hard they are. I live 3 min from the store. The beans were given to me this way.

I always get my order right and fresh. The staff is very friendly and the new dining room is great!!

I went thru drive thru. Staff was exceptional friendly. Its been a while since my last visit, like over a year. I felt like the food preparation needed some work. With my last visit, I still believe it could be better. Like hoter, for $9...I should be full, this area could use some improvements.
