Well I can’t complain that much but it a Friday night on Veterans Day it was packed, not much of a wait. 15 minutes is very short but while we were sat it’s took about an hour to get our food delivered. Not even that, before my dad and mom had ordered a salad and we didn’t get checked up on for 20 minutes. And yes I know there are plenty of other customers but our waitress could’ve at least took our bowl. The bathrooms on the other hand were absolutely awful and just uncomfortable in general. Costumer problem but no janitor or cleaner. The only stall was unusable due to the amount of trash and waste thrown on the ground, unbelievable. But on the good side the food was a 10/10. Steak, corn, cinnamon apples. Amazing, making this a 4 star visit.

Asked for a ribeye and was served a sirloin. When we asked about having the price adjusted to accommodate the less valuable cut, the manager argued with us and insisted it was not a sirloin, but was a ribeye. Then proceed to accuse us of trying to cause complaints and issues, and yelled at us. The staff were polite. The store manager was a total jerk.

Everything about this place was great. I went to visit my parents and they took me to Logan's Roadhouse. We were seated immediately, and the waitress was extremely friendly. She joked around with us and checked on us frequently. There were so many items on the menu, I was worried the food would taste frozen. WRONG! THE FOOD AND ADULT BEVERAGES WERE SO GOOD, I CAME TWICE DURING MY STAY! If you are looking for a lively place to eat, with friendly faces, this is a must!

Ordered online so review might not be for everyone. Ordered at 4 for a 5:30 pick-up. Got there and 6-8 people were just hanging out talking, gave them my name and no one even went to go see if it was done. Ordered a steak medium rare and got something in the color range of purple inside, physical had to cook it more once I got home. This isn’t the first time I had issues, always have one thing or more missing or wrong within my order.

Great place for Thursday date night, not too crowded. They prepare one of the best Ribeye steaks I have ever had.

The rolls are what I go for. Never disappointed. The first review was 5 stars. The second review I have to give 2 maybe 3 stars. I go for the rolls, but when you order 12 and find out when you get home that the six people eating dinner at your house won't all get 2 rolls. I took 1 and so did the wife so there would be plenty to go around.

Visited our son who was stationed at Ft. Campbell last month. Took him for a steak dinner at Logan's. My wife has her service dog with her and got several discerning looks from the host staff. After being seated, we were asked to move to another much smaller table. We assumed it was because they meant to seat a larger party, but the new table was at the far end of the aisle. We quickly realized we were relocated because of the service animal. The table we were moved from had only 2 people seated in it.

The food was EXCELLENT, once we GOT IT! It wasn't busy when we got there, right at 6. I suppose that should've been a red flag. I've never been to a Logan's without a waiting time, at 6 PM. We were shorted an appetizer, waited 45 minutes for refills and salads, then the food arrived right after the salads were delivered. This is the second time we've had this waiter. He messed us up the last time, as well. The manager finally came to the table, after another waitress saw we were getting frustrated. The waitress even told one of our party members that he was not a great waiter, at all. We all received 25% off of our meals, but I'd rather have had good service.

Hostess did not even look up or acknowledge us with a hello, she picked up a couple of menus and without looking at us said"follow me". Waitress was very nice and helpful. Food was average. Not cooked quite right, but still good. Overall, not an experience worth spending money. Probably won't visit this particular location again.

Got the 2 grilled pork chops, baked beans, and salad. The pork chops were juicy and not over cooked. We were seated very promptly. Our sever was very nice. The hostess was okay. She was a little cross because we asked about a corner booth because there wasn't a server for that area.

Waited at least 15 minutes for a waitress whom never came. Once seated, never even acknowledged. We got up and left. I've been a waitress before. I'm patient. If we were acknowledged, I wouldn't of mind waiting. Too bad. I'm a big tipper.

I waited all day for this loaded potato soup and peach cobbler. Literally. I’ve made potato soup from scratch for years and have never seen it look like this. Not the best thing to receive after a long day 😭 and the peach cobbler was disappointing. And I don’t even have very particular tastebuds. </3

We have been here a few times and sadly much other locations the tables are gross and sticky , the floors are quite dirty and sticky as well. We tried the onion rings (because they looked pretty good on the menu) however when they came out they were nothing like the advertisement, they were all grease and half cooked batter. They were sent back promptly. Our food took quite a long time and when we got it we had been there for such a long time we had them just bring to go boxes so we could head home. All in all this was not a great experience and as we all work hard for our money I would suggest spending it elsewhere for food.

the burger I got barely had any toppings on it. ordered medium rare and got well done. the kids meal was mediocre my kid ain't even wanna eat it.

Me and my family came in for dinner and was seated. The waitress was very nice we placed our order and once it came out I notice my ribs wasn’t warm at all which made me think they were undercooked after just listening to another customer and waitress talking about the cook not cooking an item all the way finish. Then my chicken was also hard and overcooked, my Mac and cheese was cold . My daughter spaghetti sauce smelt horrible and as if it was just poured out of a can. My wife bread to go with her Alfredo was burnt and hard. We then had the manager which was Karen to come over and explain to her how the food was and she could care less, didn’t bother to do anything about it not even offer to warm my plate up or even have it remade, when I showed her my wife bread all she said was oh I’ll bring you fresh bread out. That’s when I had it with her attitude cause she showed she didn’t even care what we had to say about anything and I then asked for my to go boxes cause I didn’t even won’t to be there anymore. As long as that manger is there Karen I will not be going back there and I will be sure to tell everyone I work with as well to go elsewhere cause that was ridiculous how we were treated. The only part that was enjoyed was the waitress. Logan you guys need better management that knows how to actually take care of the customers and not be rude to them and act like they don’t matter. Also need to do better with the cooks and actual have cooks that know how to prepare the food better. If I could have I would have left a negative star.

Food and service was excellent! Wait staff and management are very attentive to the customer needs and provided service with a smile. Couldn't ask for anything better! Food was hot, fresh and delicious 😋

Had dinner here on November 10, 2021. Staff were very nice. Service was great and served quickly. I had the crispy twisted chicken tenders with a loaded baked potato and house salad. The chicken tenders were the best I believe I have ever eaten. They were so tender it was like your folk melted right thru them. Absolutely great flavor. Great dipped in honey mustard. My garden salad was also excellent and they also bring your dressing in a larger cup that’s actually enough to cover your salad unlike most places where you have to ask for more. I paid .99 cents extra for a loaded baked potato. I mean it was loaded and running out and huge. Super hot and delicious! We were brought rolls twice and they were piping hot. It was a great supper! We had gotten to the point of not going out much because lots of places are not serving quality food or service and top it with an excuse, but I can tell you this meal, service, and atmosphere was all superb! Thank you for a great meal.

We went for Sunday brunch with my family. They were friendly. The salad and rolls was good. That was about it. We waited for our food for over an hour and our drinks weren't refilled often. No communication. Manager tried to make it right. They were short handed he stated.

A great server can make a dining experience. Thanks Alex for taking such care. My steak was cooked to perfection, as was the salmon. The salad was fresh with assorted greens. I'm just not fond of the potato preparation, seemed more steamed than baked. Otherwise, great meal, great server.

Great atmosphere. Quick and friendly service. I had the delicious Salmon Ceasars Salad. Hubby had the 6oz. sirloin. He said it was excellent.

Great food! The staff is great! The prices are pretty steep. My family was eating 20 minutes before my rack of ribs finally showed up. Otherwise, it's normally not an issue like that. It was this time only that it happened. We will go back in the near future.

Restaurant was not busy. Multiple servers standing around (not necessarily their fault). Server started out on point, but quickly fell off when she forgot to put in order for appetizer. Baked potato and ribs were barely warm and ribs tasted like multiple reheats hidden by sauce. No, I didn't complain because we all know how that works out. And we wonder why they weren't busy. Are the days of expectation and pride in great service over?

Loaded baked sweet potato was not loaded. Both mine and my husband's steaks were almost impossible to cut or chew, and we ordered medium. They appeared to be cooked to the proper temp, but we could barely cut them with a steak knife. We ordered the onions, pickles, and jalapeno bucket appetizer. The pickles and jalapenos were good, but the onions were way overcooked. The rolls were delicious as always. The service was good. Overall, a very disappointing birthday dinner.

Order the chicken club sandwich with loaded waffle fries. I'm not entirely sure what I actually got. The sandwich was hard as a rock and all the filling was thrown around. The loaded fries were just regular fries with cheese and the cheese was so hard I actually broke a tooth!! This is by far the worst Logans meal I've ever had.

Our order was suppose to be ready at 7:15pm, we received it at 7:45. As the photo shows the country fried chicken was burnt, in fact it looks more like country fried burnt steak. We didn’t check our order and unfortunately, didn’t receive the ribs we paid for. Every restaurant that we visited in this city has been horrible.

I gave it 3 stars across the board because I went there twice and once was horrible and the second was amazing. Pics are from second visit. If you are going to get a steak I would recommend only going Monday-Thursday between open and 3. The rest of the time the grill person is not very good at cooking steaks.

Wonderful time at Logan's. Excellent steak. Yummy potatoes cheesy and delicious. Husband had Nashville hot chicken. It was spicy and delicious. Ribs were tasty too. Server was tremendous. She was on point. Overall, great experience.

This restaurant is terrific. Great food good prices. Friendly service. What more can you ask for?

Waited 15 mins before the Bartender acknowledge us sitting there. 5 more mins before she got to us. Another 8 mins before she got our drinks. She was attentive to everyone but us at first. Once she got her cigarette break she became attentive. The brisket potato skins were good. The sirloin mw was dry and the longer it took for me to eat the drier it got. So it was what it was.

This is one of the worst ribs I have ever had!! The ribs are dryers than the Sahara desert!!! The waitress unfriendly and cold!! Typically the ribs are served in half (6 ribs) or full rack (12 ribs). Now they have jacked up the price and serve then by weight. So a full rack is now only 7 ribs!! I think that quality is definitely not the Logan’s slogan!! If I could give them a negative rating I would!!

Started with a 25 minutes wait. Seems there is one server and no bus staff. Tables all around us are customer-free but the cups and dishes remained. The table was mildy tacky, but it wasnt saturated with liquids like a previous visit. A printer in the back broke, making it a 90 minutes wait for some steaks and ribs, found out too late to change our minds. My daughters filet was mealy, like it had been improperly frozen then chemically tenderized. My wifes ribs- look at the picture and decide. My wife described them as "crunchy". Would have been nice if my remade steak came on a plate appropriately sized. Luckily my wife saved a roll plate for me to split my steak up. An improvement over the last visit, but still a no-go.
