Friendliest Starbucks location I’ve been at for a while!! The store was a little busy when I went in but the line moved really fast. The employee running the front(I think her name was autumn?) was so helpful and funny, She helped me pick out the perfect fall drink without rushing me. Best latte I’ve had in a while! Really lifted my spirits, 10/10!!

Line is usually long in the morning but the staff is always so sweet. Never have an issue with my order and always leave with a smile and a good cup of coffee.

Their breakfast is trash! & their drinks are hit and miss. It’s very over rated for sure! Don’t go often and get disappointed everytime I do. First time I got breakfast though & it’ll be the last!

I have been to this Starbucks before and everything was fine but on this day they were out of chocolate and hazelnut. They sold my husband a peppermint white chocolate mocha instead of hot chocolate. I cannot have coffee. They told him white chocolate was just sweeter than real chocolate.

The service was amazing. They made the drinks perfect, and they staff was so kind and pleasant.

Starbucks is Starbucks no matter where you go. The ladies working this morning did a great job dealing with the rush both in drive thru and inside. I got my drink and egg bites quickly and they tasted just as they should.

Had a bad experience at the Hopkinsville, KY Starbucks today. I ordered 3 items: a warmed blueberry scone, a regular coffee with sweetener and cream, and a medium decaf iced coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup. Simple. When I asked after I ordered to make sure the iced coffee was decaf, I was told the don't have decaf coffee but could do a decaf Americano. I said ok. I paid. It was busy but I received the warm scone right away. Then I waited 20 minutes and then asked about my order. The barista said I was next, but I only received one drink and did not receive the regular coffee. When Iasked about it I was told there was no ticket for it, so I went back to the person who placed the order. She argued with me that was not what I ordered. I was informed the iced coffee I had was not decaf. I repeated my drink order about 10 times and when I received my 2 drinks it was still not right. Not going back to that Starbucks again. Every time I go they forget the regular coffee. How difficult is that? The other coffee I received was a decaf Americano, but with sweetener and cream. No sugar free syrup and not iced. Very poor.

Unfortunately, this is one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to, the staff are extremely inexperienced, do not recognize or knowledge customers when entering the lobby, and the drive-thru I've waited 20 minutes for

Order a couple of drinks a few days ago other then a long wait line the coffee came out amazing probably was one of the best cups of coffee I had from Starbucks if you are need of some coffee I definitely recommend going there

Love this Starbucks! Good coffee and friendly staff! However, If you think the drive-thru line is long.. you'll wait even longer ordering inside. They get bombarded with online orders. Stick to the drive)-thru ! 🙂

Drinks were perfect this time. Consistency rules and it really is upon the server to make it that way. The gentlemen made the green tea Frappuccino quickly, accurately and to perfection. Just the right amount of what was ordered from the almond milk, less sweetner and BLENDED the right way, completely and the right amount of Matcha. Superb. Job well done and appreciated. I will always return and hopefully it's consistent, but it does mean a whole lot getting a good drink to order. Starbucks is great quality and products and their employees 95% of time.

I come to this location daily. They always get the drink correct and are friendly. If you tell them to make you something they like it’s always super good. They also always happily greet my German shepherd. 5 stars from me!

Ive been coming here for almost 3 years and my experience has usually been 5 stars. The baristas there are all so kind and attentive. I recall recently one of the baristas and i chatted briefly about final exams and when i came back several days later she had remembered and asked me how i did. And for my birthday everyone was so kind and chatted briefly ! I love how the baristas are personable people not just annoyed people doing another job (which by the way, doing their job is honestly a super power) Anyways love you starbucks ❤️

Today I spent 20 mins for latte and cappuccino, you will be waiting for drive thru people like forever. Deaf employees did not hear us in empty cafe. Surprised how bad Starbucks in Kentucky. No offense guys but you could be a way better.

Idk with a little time and effort I think most of you reading this could make the same quality drinks and not pay to feel good for your humble brag on spending more money on yet another big name brand that really wants to get rich and control you by letting you feel like you have a choice. Then again, I am on the newest phone.

Just another Starbucks, same quality food/drink as any other. Personnel really come through though as I've never had a less than positive encounter with anyone working there.

Honest reviewer: Went through drive thru with husband , ordered whip cream on top of both drinks. We drove off headed back home and noticed that there was no whip cream... for over a dollar more and no whip cream 😕. Check your drinks at the window. I'm sure it was an accident, they were busy. The drinks were still good so I gave 4 stars.

Not bad standard pricing for Starbucks. Clean mostly, some chunks in my coffee not sure how to feel about that. Ordered the toasted white chocolate mocha

It's a starbucks. I'm rating the people...excellent staff. Everyone here was exceptionally nice, especially the young man at the window. Just wanted to give some recognition! Also, thank you for actually making my drink right! I have ordered this drink at many different locations over the past few months and you are the only location that has made it correctly!
