This was the worst Marriott stay I have ever had. I reserved over a month in advance for a room on the upper floor for two nights and I checked in the day before to make sure I got the mobile key since I was arriving late, and it doesn’t help this hotel is far from Fort Campbell to begin with. Not only did they not give me the mobile key, I arrived to find out that they were apparently fully booked and I had to stay in a second floor handicap room, and they just laughed at me when I said I reserved ahead of time. Now the room itself was absolutely filthy, with hair and gunk on the tables and the shower was coated in yellow slime and was a nightmare to use. The bathroom ceiling also had a massive crack running straight through the middle into the fire sprinkler, with apparent water damage on the walls. The next day the morning staff moved me to the top floor with a mostly better room, even though the shower curtain was filthy with stains and gunk. I would avoid this hotel if possible and stay elsewhere. The other Marriotts are probably better, as well as the Hiltons.

Nice newer hotel. Clean & spacious room. No hot water at check in. We were told to wait because demand was high. Tried again at 8pm - still no hot water. Tried shower in the morning, still no hot water. Freeway noise was noticeable. Breakfast was good- not excellent. There was powdered eggs, bacon, bagels, hot oatmeal & waffles. Lots of toppings including sugar free.

WORST MARRIOTT EVER. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION. The problems began with the checkin experience and didn’t get much better. The lady at the front was rude, nasty and failed to take any accountability when my Amex Bonvoy card was charged more than once, claiming not to know how of why it happened. She wouldn’t identify herself and her name tag was not visible. My frustration only caused her to laugh at me in a demeaning manner she informed me that the hotel does have a general manager and she didn’t know if the GM would actually be working that day and didn’t give me a way to get a hold of that person. I should have left right there, but I had just driven over 500 miles and wanted to sleep. I called Marriott customer service on this one and I suggest that anyone reading this do the same if you have a bad experience here. THEY MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. The property had numerous problems with the upkeep and maintenance. The pool did not work and was closed. They advised guests to go next door and swim at the Hampton Inn. One of the elevators was broken. The entrance to the lobby was filthy. Very weak public wifi and no password was given to me on a secure network. (My room was two doors down from the IT closet and the signal was still weak). One guest had a major grease fire on the grill in the front area (please see pics). There was an abundance of trash all over the property and for a property that’s only a few years old, it’s really sad the condition that it was in. There was no soap in the restroom in my room, to wash my hands. Even the television menu channels did not match what was actually on the tv. Supposed there is a GM of the property named LouAnn, but again, she was unavailable and I received no help at all in contacting her. Please see my pictures and God help you if you stay here

We had to stay from Dec 27—March 21st because or pipes busted on Christmas Day and this is where the insurance sent us. The staff is so nice. The breakfast lady Kathy ( she doesn’t work there anymore ) was amazing, so nice and went around checking on people eating. The front desk people are so great Stephenie & Leslie and all are very very nice and helpful. Everybody loved our pup Angel. The manager is really on top of things and the maintenance man is so very nice. House keeping staff well….. we had a few that was hateful and lazy, our favorite one was the managers daughter she was really nice and cleaned the room very good every time. The hotel is very nice. They made our stay feel like home. We really felt safe there. Thank you Townplace oh and I noticed on here there was a low rating because their room was in the back next to the freeway, ours was as well and it never bothered us at all.

Housekeepers will talk about you then attempt to give a weak apology just to save their tales (the little light skin black girl with blue wig) she's the other housekeepers daughter, HA go figure! anyway water never got hot until 4 days of me being there. Dishes were missing. Everyday I heard loud banging from am to pm where the housekeepers would use the latch in order to get back n forth in the rooms. Nice hotel just a lot of issues nobody speaks on. THANK ME LATER =)

Worst marriott stay ever, aircondition is extremely loud and it shakes the whole room. I was here only for one night and wasn't able to get any sleep as this ac turned on in middle of the night with a loud noise and it woke me up several times. I complained to front desk and didn't get any solution to the problem.

Disturbing Manger parking practice and non-sensitivity to guest .. On July 5th at approximately 5:20 pm, as I and my party was coming back to the hotel Town center Hopkinsville during a powerful thunderstorm and pouring down rain I needed to use the unload/ load overhang to let my party out. The vehicle that was in the overhang and the driver( white male) didn't return to vehicle for , so we had to get out in the pouring rain while a vehicle was parked in the hotel overhang roundabout. As I was very disturbed, I then attempted to discuss the issue of his parked car in the overhang with the driver of the vehicle in the lobby after we got super wet, when I was verbally attacked by the manager Lou Ann. She accused me of disrespecting her guest, by just asking a guestion. As I am a guest also. Additionally, she told me when I asked " Is this policy in increment weather like this, that someone can just park in the overhang for 15 to 20 minutes while they go up to their rooms etc?" She abruptly answered, " It is what it is!" As a African American Army Veteran I hope this is not racially motivated and just poor management and interpersonal communication skills at that specicfic moment. She never attempted to apologize for her unprofessional bias behavior. I always stay at Marriotts hotels all around the country and I have never had this happen to me.

Nice staff. Easy access. Awesome breakfast. Room seemed clean enough. Loud road noise. AC was also fairly loud. Shower head was either gentle sprinkle or pierce your skin. I need a medium water pressure. Also full length mirror right across from the shower. Nobody needs to see that. Overall decent stay. Would probably use again

It was really great! We stopped last minute in route to Colorado from Florida and it was probably the comfiest town place suites we stayed in. Only thing I would say is there is some highway noise - we slept with a sound machine on so no problem. Bed was comfy and clean, very accommodating of our German pup, and showers were great. Town was safe feeling and we left our stuff in our car overnight in the well lit lot - had no issues. If you are traveling through I would highly recommend!

I hate Marriott's pillows. I bring my own pillows, but I think they should do better with the pillows. The room was not a suite in any sense.

To all loyal Marriott Elites, I've stayed all over the country with Marriott, and have remained a Titanium Elite for many consecutive years now. I have to say, I've never been treated so poorly and stayed in such a poor excuse for a Marriott. 1) The room was absolutely filthy with old worn socks and underwear along with trash underneath my bed 2) The shampoo bottle was empty along with an 80% used toilet paper roll as the only roll 3) One of the perks of being a Titanium Elite is the guaranteed room. They lady at the front desk along with a very young girl informed me that they do not care about status and will not honor that perk. (Of course no thank you either for being a Titanium Elite) 4) The breakfast was pathetic for a Marriott 5) The shower is completely open. Yes, you read that correctly. Water spills all over the floor and good luck staying warm. 6) The showerhead is either on jet mode, or mist mode. I hope you enjoy being scalped or becoming moist at best for your shower 7)The price was ridiculously high for the state of KY for what you get 8) Did I mention how disgusting the rooms were?

Outstanding! Thank you for such a pleasant stay. SUPER CLEAN!!! My work crew travels around the country for weeks at a time, and it means so much to find a nice hotel to stay in. Absolutely the best staff, from the breakfast lady, to the cleaning service. Not to mention everybody at the front desk! trust worthy, and oh so friendly... Thanks again, you guys are the best!

Decent pick. Hotel was clean and fairly quiet. Good breakfast for a freebie. Gluten free options were available. Staff, (even the breakfast attendant) were great. Hotel seemed a bit dated though and aways off the main freeway if just passing through.

We stayed here for a one night trip. The bed was AMAZING. It was extremely comfortable and exactly what I needed after a long day of driving. The interstate made our room a little noisy, but I was overall very impressed with our stay. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff were all very friendly. Best hotel I have stayed at to date.

Our room was located at the back of the hotel next to the freeway. The noise from the freeway was intolerable. It was the worst Marriott experience I have ever had. When I called the front desk to complain I was told there was nothing they could do. I would never consider staying at this location again.

Highly recommend this hotel! We stayed for 2 weeks and the staff made us feel right at home. The location is so close to everything. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Something I found different about this location is the GM is super involved and you can tell how much the hotel and guest mean to them. In my opinion this is what stood out to us. If you’re coming for a night or moving to the area I highly recommend staying here. Definitely will be back in the future!
