Even though I literally brought the "manager" 8 bedbugs in a cup that came out of room 106 the room I paid for he still seemed to not care. The parking lot was just as nasty as the rooms are. Idk how their still able to run a business in that condition but it's absolutely ridiculous! I'll never go to the slum hole again and I strongly suggest no one else does either.

Booked through TravelUp & was told on arrival that their credit card was declined. Took about 1/2 hour to clear it up. Then found the room had no soap, shampoo, phone to reach reception, clock. Hotel had no ice machine & no breakfast even though it is still advertised on the website. The room had a coffee pot but no coffee or creamer/sugar. Thinnest toilet paper I've ever seen. What a ripoff.

I would give this place 0 stars we stayed here because we were down on luck they barge In your room demanding to clean even if you say not today! they charge you per child also have roaches no simple hotel amenities such as coffee machine phone or an iron staff was not pleasant either over all bad stay would not recommend to anyone even a dope head deserves better treatment!

If I could give this motel 0 stars, I would! Room was dirty, visible stains on pillow cases, sheets and all of the towels. Burn holes in the blankets, and burn marks all over the bathtub. Everything that was “white” in the room had been stained from cigarette smoke so it was a dingy yellow instead. Poorly painted walls. The “peep hole” was an actual hole all the way through the door. The curtains were broken so they didn’t close all the way. There is supposed to be a dead bolt on the door but the actual locking part is missing from inside the door. Definitely a cheap place to stay-but it being cheap doesn’t mean it should be filthy. The pictures posted on booking sites and posted by rodeway inn themselves are very deceiving. They claim to offer breakfast but that is a lie as they won’t even allow people in the lobby. Would not recommend to anyone and will definitely not stay here again. If I would have been able to get a refund for the room my husband and I wouldn’t have stayed here after we saw the room.

Worst worst worst place I have ever stayed. Found a used condom on the floor and my 6 year old son almost grabbed it. The room was not clean all they did was move us rooms and the 2nd room was not clean either. They refused to comp us the room or give me any kind of discount it was absolutely disgusting motel the place should be shut down. If I could give negative starts I would.

Floor was decent, no air upon entry, bathroom was in horrible condition with low ceiling and multiple broken ceiling tiles. Top cover on bed had stains & used own sheet without uncovering bed out of fear of what rest was like. Non smoking room but had musky smoke residue. No ice. No customer service, zero hospitality. Would not recommend room to anyone ever.

The only thing that would have made the whole 10 minutes we were in the room tolerable is if it was permanently shut down. The room was beyond nasty, cigarette burns all over the bathroom. The shower was so nasty there was no way you could take a shower. Microwave was nasty and damaged, lock broken on the door, pillows were no where near usable. To even get to your room you had to walk through people drinking and doing drugs. Staff was very rude and refuse to refund our money. There was no ice machine or coffee maker even though that was stated as included in the reservation confirmation.

I stayed there for 2-3 months. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole place was very clean. They worked with me when I was late on payment a couple of times and didn't even charge extra. Large, clean rooms for a great price. Great location as well. Neil was especially nice and helpful!!! Would highly recommend to anyone on a budget!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Rodeway Inn. Neil and his family are amazing people. The location is very convenient with so many different places you can shop/eat within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying @ rodeway inn if you are looking for an inexpensive and convenient place to stay at.

Need a room room for a week . The weekly price is manageable. Wifi yes room was clean next to all eating where you can be at peace. Manager made feel good respected.

Absolutely worse place to stay! Made a 3rd party booking through travulro. The payment was already taken out. With my 5 years plus experience working with, under hotels that operate through choice privileges I know exactly how the system works. When anybody books through 3rd party unless you are paying the 3rd party and 3rd party puts a virtual card to pay the hotel. The lady claimed the card was declining. Called 3rd party 4 different times back and forth on the phone and I knew something was fishy cause the travurlo people kept saying it should process. Pregnant and done standing outside for almost 2 hrs. I was fed up and went in there and told her I know how the system works run the card again. She lead me behind the counter to show me on the computer how it was declining. Which do to her surprise expressions, when I asserted myself to practically check myself and boyfriend in since she obviously had no idea what she was doing long behold the payment processed through. I even told her and showed her, for the second night how to properly charge the card and she said that was enough “ okay don’t touch the computer no more was approved but I only do one night will need 20$ cash deposit “ which I said “okay” go to the atm grab the deposit my boyfriend goes in and she says she canceled the whole reservation. The 3rd party we booked through was expectional refunding us fully and apologizing which the apolgy should come from the hotel staff for poor training. Needless to say should no outsider be showing anybody how to properly do their job. Do NOT stay here unless you have cash at hand cause unfortunately they play stupid when it comes to 3rd parties knowing good and well how the system works for choice is the easiest system to work under in the hotel Industry. Worst part is I’ve stayed there myself before through 3rd party and never had an issue. This time was utterly exhausting and just plain negative. The lady even refused to speak to the 3rd party when my boyfriend had them on speaker while they were requesting to speak to the lady at the counter! Absolutely ridiculous!

The rooms were kinda gross..but I guess it's bcuz we came when they were renovating the side we had our rooms, but the rooms on the other side looked marvelous..also there are no ice machines or laundry. There's plenty of places to eat close enough to walk.

Cheap hotel. Ya get what you paid for though. Room was clean. No actual complaints. 2.5 stars (no skinemax)🤣

My stay at Rodeway Inn Hopkinsville has been a pleasant one. I stayed for 5 month and the workers have been very friendly. The internet is high speed and works good. The new manager Sam has made sure everything is working and clean. Housekeeping is very friendly and helpful. For the price you pay it is worth it.

The owners are amazing this place is number one in my book in hoptown next to a lot of good shops good Wi-Fi nice and quiet clean I definitely come stay again 😁

Good little hotel. Rooms are clean Has fair prices, good WiFi/cable, people at the front desk have a good sense of humor and are nice people. I have been here many times and will return again one day. Also a great location many food choices around!

0 outta five. I'm a trucker so I stay at a Lotta hotels/motels and this is one of the worst ones I've stayed at. The metal stairs are rusting away to nothing to the point I was little nervous about falling thru. The room was gross and no fitted sheets on the bed. The type of place you check for bed bugs.lucklie I didn't find any in my room with was a surprise to me honestly

Nice room bed is comfortable and the shower was great. No problems with the room. Good paint on the walls. Very nice people that work here. And very convenient to food and gas station near by.

Very rude customer service the rooms were nasty TV didn’t work the deposit they say they’ll get back they don’t. I would sleep in my car first before ever again going to that bed bug flea and cockroach infested motel. No Wi-Fi no tv no nothing but nasty sheets and horrible experience especially after trying to speak with the “management” this motel is the worst I’ve stayed at by far and I’ve traveled across 29 states and 62 different cities.

I had a great time here for my stay. The front desk and the manager made sure I had everything I needed for my room. My room and my bed was very comfortable. Thanks again for your help!

Let me start with saying we called this place multiple times and explained that we were coming after unsuccessfully trying their website. (Not the best) Don’t let the price deceive you. They charge for the initial room,$69, to have sheets changed $20, a $50 refundable pet deposit plus$20 for the pet alone. It is easy walking distance to a lot of stores. We also are traveling with 3 toddlers (3, 2,2) so since there were five people they wanted us to get two different rooms.

The room was dirty. There was a bad odor in the room. The owner accused us of smoking in the room. We do not smoke. We found an empty beer can in the room. The room itself was decent sized but it was the largest room. The owner had stated it was the best room in the hotel and if that's true I would of hated to see the worst room
