NOT
STAY
HERE!!!!!
My
sister
and
I
came
to
Hopkinsville
for
a
visit.
We
were
looking
for
a
hotel
to
stay
in
and
found
the
Travel
Inn.
Well
my
sister
went
in
to
book
her
room
and
I
was
going
to
follow
after
to
get
my
room.
The
owner
hardly
spoke
any
English
and
charged
my
sister
twice
and
argued
with
her
and
my
sisters
bank
about
it.
My
sister
ended
up
just
paying
for
my
room
so
they
wouldn't
have
to
deal
with
a
refund.
That
was
just
the
start
of
our
problems.
We
wanted
rooms
next
to
each
other.
They
didn't
have
that.
She
got
room
23
and
I
got
room
20.
When
we
parked
I
looked
over
to
room
20
and
the
door
was
wide
open.
I
got
into
my
room
and
it
smelled
like
mildew
and
rot.
The
door
didn't
shut
properly
and
could
easily
be
pushed
open
with
enough
force
even
with
the
chain
on
it.
The
carpet
had
black
stains
on
it
and
was
squishy
(not
in
a
soft
way).
one
of
the
beds
was
not
made
up
and
the
pillows
did
not
have
pillow
cases
put
on
it.
The
other
bed
had
dingy
yellow
stained
pillow
cases
on
it.
The
beds
also
had
cigarette
burns
all
over
them.
They
only
have
wall
heaters
that
I
am
sure
are
out
dated.
So
I
didn't
trust
that.
when
I
tried
to
turn
on
the
one
by
one
of
the
beds
and
it
shocked
me
so
bad
that
I
couldn't
straighten
or
move
my
middle
or
index
fingers.
(they
are
fine
now)
So
I
took
my
two
children
out
of
that
room
(they
are
4
and
2)
because
I
was
afraid
for
their
safety.
I
went
to
my
sisters
room
and
hers
was
just
as
bad
as
mine.
The
beds
and
carpets
had
cigarette
burns.
Her
room
smelled
just
as
bad
as
mine.
I
took
my
shoes
off
and
my
socks
ended
up
getting
wet
from
her
floor
(she
did
not
spill
anything)
so
we
changed
our
clothes
since
we
just
got
off
a
13
hour
drive
and
went
to
the
lobby
to
speak
to
the
owner
about
a
refund.
She
was
very
rude
and
disbelieving
about
what
we
were
telling
her.
She
just
had
to
go
check
to
see
if
we
were
lying.
When
she
came
back
she
just
kept
saying
"I
knew
this
would
happen.
I
knew
you
would
do
this."
she
proceeded
to
ask
us
if
we
used
the
shower
and
that
we
just
wanted
to
use
the
shower
and
leave.
my
sister
replied
that
we
couldn't
be
paid
to
step
foot
into
one
of
those
showers.
my
sister
stepped
out
to
take
a
phone
call.
The
owner
looked
at
me
and
said
I
need
the
card
back
I
told
her
she
had
to
wait
til
my
sis
came
back.
she
rolled
her
eyes
at
me
and
told
me
that
if
we
didn't
like
the
room
then
we
shouldn't
have
waited
45
mins
to
tell
her.
we
both
have
children
that
we
had
to
change
including
get
ourselves
dressed.
and
we
had
to
wait
on
my
brother
in
law
to
get
there.
I
explained
this
to
her
and
she
rolled
her
eyes
again
and
started
speaking
in
a
different
language
to
someone
on
the
phone.
when
my
sister
came
back
in
she
started
yelling
at
her
about
how
we
screwed
her
over
that
there
is
nothing
wrong
with
her
hotel.
after
the
owner
reluctantly
gave
my
sister
her
refund
we
started
to
walk
out
and
the
owner
kept
yelling
at
us.
she
said
"you
wont
find
any
better
prices
around
here
for
this
kind
of
quality.)
we
kept
on
walking
and
even
as
we
were
in
the
car
leaving
she
came
out
side
screaming.
I
say
this
place
needs
to
be
investigated
and
possibly
shut
down.
They
have
no
customer
service
and
very
poor
quality.
They
false
advertise
and
do
not
understand
a
thing
you
try
to
tell
them.
We
were
very
angry
and
highly
offended
when
we
left.
Go
to
the
best
western
off
the
BLVD
by
Walmart.
They
do
not
have
a
bad
price
at
all
and
they
have
quality
service.
