I have eater here a few times while in the area. The restaurant is quite nice inside and the staff is super nice however all of the food I have tried was not great. In particular the steak was pretty terrible. Maybe some things on the menu are better than what I tried?

Food was delicious as always, but I will definitely be going to the North Drive location next time. The accustics were unpleasant and at times assaulting. It was so loud that I couldn't hear my husband sitting directly across from me.

We went to Novadell last night after being treated horribly at the Davincis on North drive were we were supposed to have had a reservation but they lost it. We are from out of town and we’re looking forward to a nice Italian dinner. The one on North drive treated us terribly so we called Novadell, they got us in immediately. The staff was impeccable, the food was outstanding and the were so kind and lovely to my 4 year old son. I will certainly return if I am in the area again. I highly recommend this restaurant and location and appreciate how kind they were to us.

I came once before about 4 years ago and this was my first time back since then. We enjoyed everything. All three of us ordered steaks and enjoyed them very much. I ordered the 20 oz Bone-In Ribeye and it was juicy, very well seasoned and cooked just right. The customer service was excellent and we left satisfied.

Good appetizers- I liked the bang shrimp. The steak was 4 stars. Enjoyed the service and nice atmosphere for our party of 6. Don't forget the wine!

I went to visit my parents, and let me just say Novadell is a hidden gem. This restaurant is tucked away in the Novadell subdivision (yes an actual subdivision) in Hopkinsville, KY. Our server, Brandy, was so upbeat and friendly. The food....wow. I was so blown away. My dad got the steak, my mom spaghetti and meatballs, and myself the cheese ravioli. I also ordered an interesting alcoholic drink that had Moscato, lemonade, strawberries, and some other goodies. It was absolutely refreshing. If you love Italian, this place is for you! Bon Appétit!

Would give zero if possible. Seated at 6:05, got drinks and appetizers rapidly... Then about 645 the waitress apologized for the food being late as all the tables around us had their food but had arrived after us... Wife's food rinally came around 7:15... Asked for the check... then mine came around 7:31... Paid for the food and tipped the waitress only because I possess class, unlike the restaurant. Suggest you try anywhere else until they sort themselves out.

This is my all time favorite local restaurant. We have been here several times and they have never let us down. We came here after our wedding and on special occasions. We have had the pizza, steak, pasta, salad, appetizer shrimp and cheese sticks, chocolate cake, and cheese cake we have never been let down. They have awesome daily specials and military discounts. Customer service is great. We can't wait until they open back up.
