Walked in no appointment on a Friday afternoon and I registered and got back quickly the staff was professional and friendly. DR Crisp listening to my health concerns and done his examination and treated accordingly. He was professional and had a kind bedside manner. Great experience and will go back in future when needed.

Had fallen down a staircase. Pretty banged up. After listening to how why & what..Dr reported I needed to be transported to ER by ambulance. Within minutes they were there & finally got all taken care of. Good call by Dr at First Care. All were very professional & caring. Kudos to all who work at First Care. Only complaint…the rudeness, loudness & language used by some patients in lobby. Should be a sign warning of removal of of those who use of explicit language and have respect for ALL others waiting. Especially respect of children. No one should be subjugate to that kind of language.

Our first experience and it was great. I did an online appointment. This was the only one I could find with same day openings. We were in and out in under 20 mins. The provider was great and very friendly with my kids. Although it’s further from our home, I think this will be our new urgent care spot!

Easy registration, not busy at 3:30 on a Sunday - a pleasant surprising, Seen within 20 minutes even more surprised especially since only 1 provider was available. Quickly accessed medical assistant was thorough and empathetic. Provider was knowledgeable and was courteously quick. I felt my needs were met, I was heard. My care was personable.I am pleased I chose First Care Urgent Care.

I did a hold my spot in a Saturday for 10:36 I got there 10 minutes passed accidentally and they still took me in at 11:00. Took swabs and said they would be right back. I went out at 12:15 because I thought they forgot about me honestly and it was at 12:24 to give results of my test and I was out of there at 12:36. Took a day for my prescriptions to be filled but the staff here were fantastic. Very sweet and caring as if you were their family member. Everyone sitting in the back wished me to get to feeling better which I thought was so humble of them. The wait time is the only thing that felt like forever here others than that everything was great!

Even though we came in late, the staff was friendly and very helpful. They got us right in and out and got prescription sent right to a pharmacy with late hours so we could get them filled at night. After three days everyone else was better but I still wasn't back to normal so I called and they had me come back in. They saw me the next day. Even wrote me a doctor 's note/excuse for the days I missed! They even called and asked if I had questions after the visit! I'm feeling much better now! Thanks guys two thumbs up!!

It was my first time coming to this clinic, as I’m visiting family from out of town. I found the Staff greeting was very nice, they made it easy for me to check in. The wait time was also okay considering there were at least 5 people in front of me as I was a walk in off the street without an appointment. It was 15 minutes or less when I was called back to see a doctor. They did my weight and nurse took my vitals and finished up the checkin process of getting me evaluated. She also did the necessary tests to conclude my Illness. It took around 10 minutes or so to get results and that’s when I seen the doctor. She did a quick evaluation and check on me, gave me my prescription and then I was done. All in all was a great experience and job done by everyone that works there. I went straight to the pharmacy kind of expecting to wait a while for my prescription to arrive, but my meds were already filled and waiting on me. I give first care clinic 5 stars all the way around. I’ve struggled with serious illness for 15 years and I’ve seen the best and worst over that time. Trust me when I say, this is indeed one of the best.
