Appointments even in the morning are easily delayd by 30 min - bad planning. Quality of work is also so so. After crown installation, which was done by Assistent and not doctor i had a large gap and had to make another Termin to fix it. Another very nice looking but unfortunately cheap mass market place.

For the most part, my experience at the clinic went well. I had a young dentist who took care of my chipped veneer with a filling. But... he recommended replacing four veneers that did not need replacement, besides suggesting replacing three crowns that also did not need the replacing. Fortunately, I have a friend who's a dentist who is familiar with my case. She looked at the X-rays and strongly advised that I get a second opinion and suggested that I need a filling in one tooth only (which the young dentist hadn't even mentioned btw). When I got a second opinion at Kottident, Dr Hasab gave me the same diagnosis as my friend as needing a filling ASAP and stated the rest of my teeth were fine. No crown or veneer replacements needed. Having already been a victim of a dentist who overtreated me, I couldn't go through that again. Glad I got a second opinion and I encourage anyone who is being overprescribed to not just blindly follow what the dentist is telling you and get a second opinion. PS As.a follow-up, I just received a call from the clinic to understand the issue, so my hope is that such a treatment plan will not happen again to someone else. Striving for idealism is okay, but not at the expense of more urgent and glaring issues that should always be treated first.

You wouldn’t believe you are in Berlin when you visit torhaus. Huge shout out to my dentist Dr. Carl, he is a game changer. Just the best assistance in berlin. I had a root canal, some fillings, etc and had zero pain or discomfort in all the times I visit them. Kudos on the staff too.

Noticed on the reviews that only the positive ones got answered. The ones that had issues got no explanation or apologies. This confirms it is a dodgy place. bye,bye for me.

Prices are high at €150 for professional tooth cleaning. However the service provided to me by the young female dentist was the best I’ve received in Berlin (english speaking and friendly)

I was a regular in this Dentist between 2015-2020. The team is exceptionally professional. The health of their clients is a priority in this Dentist. Although the prices are high, they are definitely worth it. If you have any issues, go there without any hesitation.

This dental office is by far the best I've ever received care at. I have had multiple dental procedures done here going back to 2020 and am always left impressed by the precision and care they show their patients. I have heightened anxiety about dental work from past experiences, and the doctors and assistants here have gone the extra mile to make me comfortable. Special shout out to Doctor Enno and his assistant Fiori, who took care of me in 4 separate appointments within two weeks and were always great and professional. An added bonus is the facilities - clean, bright, and welcoming. Definitely recommend this office as a top dentist in Berlin!
