After I discovered the rings at the wedding fair in Diedersdorf, I was blown away by the special selection. We were able to choose three sample copies online and they were sent to us free of charge. Our favorite was immediately clear because there was the option of blue elements in the rings and this fit the concept and us perfectly. We are lucky that Tico is based in Berlin and so we went to the store to place our final order. The advice was very warm and professional and an individual width of the ring was also possible and our rings arrived just two weeks after ordering. So beautiful. I can only really recommend that everyone browse the website or drive to the store. It's worth it and the rings are really special.

We used TICO's wedding ring service and they even added a fourth ring that we were interested in. The return shipping worked without any problems. The rings we ordered were made and shipped in just a few days. Unfortunately, we hadn't considered one thing. Our rings are rounded on the inside and therefore the usual and ordered size was too big. An unpleasant moment when getting infected. But that wasn't a problem for TICO. During the phone call we were offered a free exchange for a size smaller. Of course we were happy to accept that. We were also informed about the refurbishment service if the shine or a stone is lost due to everyday use. We can only say thank you for the great service and communication. The rings are simply great, exactly as we imagined them. We can only advise all skeptics about buying wedding rings online: try it out, use the service, TICO will convince you.

First of all, I would like to say that we bought our wedding rings here 10 years ago and were actually always satisfied until recently. However, what has now been pulled here is an absolute disgrace. I gave away 2 rings, 2 more small stones should be inserted into one, the other should be re-blackened. When I called after about 8 weeks and asked what the processing status was, I was greeted extremely unfriendly on the phone with the information that it could take a long time. The lady still wanted to get in touch on Saturday and find out more. She kindly did this, but again in an extremely unfriendly and snippy manner, saying that one of the rings had already been finished for 4 weeks and I had been informed about that... However, this was not the case... But what was even better was the statement that I had already picked up the second ring! That never happened either... When I pointed this out to them, I was basically told that that couldn't be the case. But I should pick up the other ring. Shortly after the conversation, the lady called again and said the second ring was still with them, it just needed to be polished... No apology for the previous insinuation and continued to be unfriendly... I could then pick up both rings next Saturday . The ring that received 2 more stones was also poorly worked on, the distance between the other stones is approx. 1mm and now one of the new stones would be inserted a good 2mm from the last stone.... I don't know what's happened here in the last 2 years, but I've never experienced anything like that... Especially since, as I said, we've had several jobs done there in the last 10 years. In the past I would have liked to recommend the shop, but the current situation is catastrophic... That was the last time for me there.

We came across Tico while browsing on Amazon. We liked wonderful titanium rings with a blue stripe on one side of the ring. The women's ring was set with a stone. We don't live around the corner from Berlin so I called them first because we were unsure about the color. The nice employee offered us the free wedding ring service. This is a really great thing - you can choose three favorites and examine them at your leisure. When we received the rings we ordered on the second day, we were very surprised that there were many stainless steel rings in all sizes in the large box. This made them much easier to try on. Thanks to the return label that I received when I ordered, I can send it back free of charge. The rings look exactly the same in real life as they do in the photos. We have chosen a favorite that we will order in our sizes. I am very confident that the rest will work wonderfully. We thank Tico very much for their trust and can only recommend them.
