So unprofessional! 45 min before the appointment, they emailed me to say that they had to cancel my appointment or to move it to 13:00, but when I said that I’m on my way already, they said ok, you can come everything is fine. (But if You want to cancel it, you will have to do it 24h before otherwise, you will have to pay a fee. I had an appointment at 11 am but come 20 min earlier and waited for nearly an hour for hygienic cleaning. I won’t recommend this place! Update 27.01.22 (so you can see how unprofessional this place is.): At the reception, I asked for a hygienic cleaning that can be covered by my health insurance TK once a year. I showed her my TK card, and she did put it on her system (the clinic can check that by the cameras at the reception). I also asked her how my health insurance will pay for it? She said that I will receive an invoice which I can pass to my health insurance, after nearly a month when I received the invoice I contacted my HI but they said that they won't cover the cost (by the way the "professional" hygienic cleaning cost EUR 115,84) If I knew the price I will never do it at this clinic. Now I have found out from my TK HI, that the professional cleaning is not covered, but I didn't even ask for a Profession cleaning the clinic wrote this on the invoice. So now I and my partner have to pay EUR 231.68. !Also, the clinic tried to report my review! This is what the wrote: ''Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir bitten um Löschung der Bewertung, da der Verfasser der Bewertung sowie der hier beschriebene Sachverhalt der Praxis nicht bekannt ist. Offenbar handelt es sich hier um eine Verwechslung des Profils." (Translation: ''Ladies and gentlemen, We ask that the review be deleted, as the author of the review and the facts described here are not known to the practice. Apparently this is a mix-up of the profile.") But I provided documented proof to Google, so you can see my review! Avoid this place!

I must share my extremely positive experience of the work of endodontist Marta Gómez. For years I have had a problematic tooth (first molar), where already two root canal treatments were done during the past 10 years with negative results, as an inflammation/lesion kept forming under the tooth. When I finally found a dentist who did not try to avoid doing this tough task (Marta Gómez) the lesion was almost as big as a tip of a finger and the prognosis very uncertain. However I was clearly informed about the chances and the next step and we have agreed on the plan and soon started the procedure. It was a difficult one as one of the root canals was blocked by some hard material which could not be drilled through (most likely a piece of a broken instrument from previous dentist) but in the end Marta Gómez managed to bypass it and reach the whole length of the root. Today I visited for a quick check up and xray and the results are just amazing! The tissue under the tooth had fully healed and no sign of inflammation at all. Huge respect to the work of Marta Gómez and the team and thank you so much again!

Best Dentist I’ve been to. Being an anxiety patient, I was very reluctant to go, but the staff made me feel very comfortable right from the start. I mentioned I wasn’t a fan of going to the dentist I was given the option to have a consultation in a separate room than looked more like an office, or to have it in the actual treatment room. Treatment itself was very good (got a tooth removed), had some minor pain when the pain killers wore off but from day two on nothing. 10/10.

I have been here patient for almost 4years and so my husband. The Prophylaxe is without pain and great result!!! I will definitely suggest it, and I have in a lot Clinics before. Keep going the amazing job!

The good: 1. Excellent clinic with really high quality and modern equipment. 2. Nice and friendly staff. 3. Excellent doctor and nurse. 4. The doctor and the nurse speaks fluent English. The bad: 1. Even thought I was 15 minutes early, I had to wait more than 30 minutes so I suggest making more accurate appointments. 2. The doctor suggested I get a filling which will cost me 100 euro despite my public insurance because they only provides high quality fillings. I am paying a lot of money every month for my medical insurance which should cover necessary treatments.

I was on check-up today. The stuff was very pleasant. Recommend!

One of the best dental clinic so far. Extremely friendly staffs. Loved the work and atmosphere there. Dr. Voß is very confident and good with his work. Takes time to listen to his patients. Highly recommended.
