I've tried over 100 cafe lattes around Europe, and I've honestly never tried worse. It was insanely sour and the consistency of the milk was a joke. The smoothie and cold brew was decent.

The coffee is okay, not special but average. I like the design. It should be more clean.

good chain of coffee shops and sandwich bars..as many places were closed it was over crowded and there were only one employee thus we had to wait to be served..The girl behind the counter were pretty fast and polite as she tried to handle the customers all by herself..place was tidy and clean but " toilet out of order" was a big minus..but quality of the cake and coffe was spot on...

very conveniently places resturant, just outside Alexander platxz , so i come here very often, amazing dishes, nice cakes, and sandwiches, the pastrami sandwich is just awesome with a hint of sweetness and lots of herbs and veggies. the carrot cake was great and so were the cheese cakes. cherry crumble cake is a little too sour for my taste but i enjoyed it regardless.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir hatten jeder einen Bagel und ein Stück Kuchen. Das Personal war super nett und sehr flink. Leider war die Toilette nicht ganz so sauber. Daher ein Punkt Abzug für das Ambiente.

The German coffeehouse par excellence, and at this point better than the average Starbucks: Same friendly service, however, coffee is made on a classic machine not “press a button fully automatic”, sandwiches are incomparably good and much wider offer, even the atmosphere now beats that of the news Starbucks.

This place has the best chai latte in Berlin, long wait for the food but worth the wait. Delicious bagel, fresh juice and nice coffee. Soft and warm waffles compliment a tasty savoury sandwich.

I visit this branch of Coffee Fellows quite regularly and was quite happy with it - until today. I went there to focus and work for 2 hours. I got my coffee and sat down. I was harassed by the staff for 4 times in total asking me if I need something else. One time he even tapped on my shoulder to ask this as I had my headphones. This is terrible experience, I choose a coffee chain to have a piece of mind and work - not to be forced to order all the time. Plus, you might ask once and then leave that person alone. You do not need to ask multiple times especially when someone is clearly not to be disturbed. Anyway, until I find out that this is not the case, they lost a regular customer. Whoever was behind this idea, please do not do that. Let people spend time and if they are happy , they will buy something. If you bother them, they will do the opposite.

Nice place for coffee and snacks. Could get crowded as it is the the very popular tourist area.

Schönes, ordentliches Coffee Fellows. Auswahl entspricht dem Standard, es war hier nicht so hektisch wie an anderen Standorten. Gute Sitzgelegenheiten bei allen Besuchen hier.

Greater with a smiling host , ordered an iced latte. It was tasty. The server added more ice cubes on request. Although dint try their food , looked good.

Venue is really good, just behind the TV Tower. The ambience is good too (Outside and Inside). I ordered a Choco Frappe and a Triple Cheese Bagel, not the best I’ve had. The cost was also a bit on the pricy side, expected the taste to be really better for both the items

Tried their Choc macchiato, Himbeeren brownie and Karamell cake. Taste is okay everything was very very sweet. If you’re a sweet tooth don’t miss these.

I ordered there a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate didn't taste like a chocolate and it wasn't even that hot. It tasted more like a warm water with a very small amount of chocolate.

Good turkey bagels and proper (semi automatic, not full automatic) coffee. They also offer redaf coffe, should you prefer that.

So.. I’ll start by stating that the drinks are good, now : 1. Yes, we have vaccines, BUT, none of the employees were wearing masks. I am not only talking about the ones behind the glass, but the one strolling in the dining room cleaning also (which makes it almost ridiculous for you to ask for the sanitary pass) ; 2. Please, be friendly. I worked ten years+ in the service industry and it is so important. I know it’s a hard job, but try to overcome this ; 3. NO, it is NOT healthy to eat your sandwich above the drinks you are making, come on ; 4. It is not healthy to have your phones and AirPods on display next to the plate with your sandwich on and your coffee cup, mostly because it is inches from the cutting board and other food related items ; 5. I know you can not change this, but the shape of the restaurant is so weird. The only entrance/exit is very narrow and next to the entrance to go behind the counter. It forces customers waiting line to be constantly disturbed by people leaving the store, employees carrying trays of dirty dishes and so on ;

I’ve already been there three times and i was always very satisfied. Very good taste of a coffee no matter which one you choose. The personal is also very nice! (Just keep in mind that it’s very sweet when you want some syrup in your coffee) My must go to whatever i’m in Berlin.

Horrible would not recommend, slow service and when they finally help you they get order wrong then proceed to blame the customer! Horrible.

Had breakfast here, wonderful coffee and a nice bagel. I had the Caprese one. I definitely would come here again. I’d add a photo if i didnt finish my breakfast already…

The slowest service in the world. They are just taking their time with 0 intention to move things faster. Go if you literally have nowhere else to be.

Beautiful coffee store with tasty coffee and more. Nice to have a short brake or as starting point for a walk in the heart of Berlin.

I happen to like coffee fellows, but I wouldn’t say that they have the best coffee. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is friendly.

Cold brew was disgustingly sour and service was terrible. The baristas pulled such a nasty attitude and had the audacity to show us a can and try to translate the English word “better” to bitter. They ended by asking my wife and I if we ever had a cold brew before. Definitely the last time we’re stepping in this place. If you want anything other than a toilet with an attitude, avoid this place at all costs.

Came here for breakfast. I hand a vegan shawarma. It was very bland and dry. To my surprise, it said on the menu that I had hummus in it, which I could not taste it. On top of that, it is extremely expensive for the type of food provided. Read “tourist trap”. The people that were with me enjoyed their food, even though the ordered one thing and got another.

The food is dry and tastes terrible, plus I gave my partner 3 options I wanted, they had none of them! There were full plates all around. I only ordered because the staff was incredibly pushy and super rude. When they turned on the music it was so loud my partner and I had to leave the place to be able to talk. SO loud. Terrible experience on my first day here! Spare yourself the trouble!
