We are paying money for the doctors. Thy should look in to those who came to see doctors. Very bad experience 😕 now time is 5.00pm until we're still waiting for doctors

Only place to channel doctors but not really a good service they provide. Especially the security is worse. Untidy place. Air conditioning does not work. Only go there if there is no any choice. ::: Update ::: As per Operations Manager, the building is to renovate and hopefully, the environment will be improved.

Average time for a report of RapidAntigen test is 1 hr. Poor Service. Better to find other place. Busiest Hospitals like Hemas also doing it within 15 mins.

PS: They contacted me regarding the below incident and they told me that they are going to make it right, and in the future, they will not let such incidents happen to any patient. I hope they will honor their word. Hats off to the social listening team. -------------------------------------------- I went to Medihelp Horana, to channel my ENT doctor and I have done a payment of 2050/= for the channeling which is normal. But after consulting the doctor they wanted me to pay another 500 as "Ear wash" payment. This is not a doctor fee; this is a service fee that they charge for the ear wash. They gave me a chit of Rs.500/= and ask me to pay it by holding the prescription in custody, just like loan sharks. So they charged me a total of Rs.1050/= as the service fee. They have charged Rs.550/= initially for the service and again for this "wash" thing. This is darn looting without any respect for the patients at all.

Great patient service. Room facilities are great. Very clean and tidy. Friendly service. Affordable price. Ample parking space. Highly recommended.

I am appreciated her service that I didn't ever experience in the any private hospital. furthermore this stars for her and not for the Hospital.

Good service with retail pharmacy and so many drugs are available here.

They don't have accountability at least they treated patients. My mother did an eye surgery in this hospital and then they said the patient should visit that doctor after one week. Before we go there I confirmed the avavailability of that doctor and they said you don't want to put an appointment before coming there. We go there on time but doctor was left that premises without seeing his operated patients. There were 6 patients go back there homes without treating. Pathetic experience in Medihelp - Horana.

It is really good maintenance and staff also very good. It is little bit high consultation fee but it is reasonable with considering the facilities. Highly Recommended for anyone.

Medihelp Hospital , Horana provided very good service more than 30 years . Hats off to your service . 👏 But, Nowadays your counter cashiers and telephone operators ( not all, some of them) dont know how to communicate with the customers (patients ) decently . Some cashiers and telephone operators treated us very undicipilined. I think they must improve their communication skills . Dear management, pls consider your attention for this . Thank you .

I had a very bad experience today. The lady who was accepting patients was very rude. No people skills whatsoever. if u r continues to use employees like her God help ur company. I ve even seen better people skills in government hospitals. I don't no what has happened to you this use to be a good hospital
