Another KFC near by world trade center. Can have classic dining atmosphere in here. The location is somewhat hidden too.

It’s inside a old a building. One might miss it from outside. Closes pretty early. Food takes a lot of to deliver even for regular items. Taste is okay I mean compared to KFC of other part in the world. Options are very limited. It never felt like a global chain at all. Need some serious revamping.

The foo, service and tge atmosphere was great. Chips were quite crispy 👍. The submarine and the crispy strips were nicely done.

When their offers come we never miss out, it’s really worth for the money. No one can breakout their Crispy Chicken. It’s the place for gathering with friends & family. One of our All time favorite place ever..!!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I went to the KFC is rajagiriya. I paid close to 900 rupees for 2 pieces of chicken for 2 people. What I got was 1 small piece and an even smaller piece of chicken that tasted like cardboard! Forget KFCs blend of spices, this didnt even have salt. Times are tough and prices are high no doubt, but this was daylight robbery!

Dissatisfied. Ordered a Large Fries and finally when the order arrived it was regular size one. According to staff who was manning the register, it is the large portion size and to me it looks like a standard industry worldwide regular size to me. The person who was manning the register was very aloof. The rest room was smelly, wet floors and not even toilet papers. Not worth the money spend there.

The good is okay. But the biriyani rice i got was not cooked well. Recommended for fried chicken as the name goes. The hot drumlet portion was good and was up to the standard. The service was very fast as well.

Terrible excuse for a restaurant. I don't know why this place became this disgusting, but do not go there esp during covid times. Extremely unhygienic and there's nothing to make the heat better on a hot day. The BEST part was while we were eating someone taps my shoulder and I turn around, to see there was a beggar standing next to me. Asking for money. While we had removed all our masks and were eating. Truly disturbed me and I had to get out as soon as I could. If the staff there can't clean or sanitize the place and keep unwanted people from entering the premises, why even bother having an open restaurant?? Just disgusting and ruined the KFC name for me.

The worst kfc branch. Poor service and there were no one at cashier or front for more than 10 minutes. Also the food is overcooked. We have requested some twister s to bring early but they willingly brought it last which we have ordered for our kids. This branch managemen is very poor only one staff was handling everything and he too not understanding any requirements. Please dont go to this branch ever. This is the worst branch with worst customer service.

Not good customer service & 14 th of February I visit Nugegoda outlet to oder chicken bucket staff told me will take 1 hour to make the Oder, same day I visit wellawatha one there are is No A/C

tasteless food. Very small portions. Bony chicken and less meat. Definitely not worth the price. You can spend that money on other places to eat better food.

Staff is bit slow because there’s less room for all. However the staff is nice and friendly! Nothing special about food, same as other branches. Recommend for people who near Colombo Fort

A week ago, I went to this place to have lunch. I ordered a Chicken Biriyani (Large), a Chicken Submarine, and a Virgin Mojito. I have visited many KFC locations, but this is the worst experience. The Biriyani portion is not enough for a single person, even if it is large. Also, it didn't have a good taste, and there were pices of white rice balls that were not mixed well. The Chicken Submarine was bad also. There was a smell of old bread. Also, it had two chicken pieces (others have 3). The Virgin Mojito is okay, but it tasted different than other places. Not recommending 👎

In the times of Covid-19 I totally understand there's a restricted time for service. Knowing there business hours 10am - 6pm. I placed an order around 4.30pm and customer service agent said they will deliver within 30 minutes. However I called them around 6pm since my order hasn't delivered by the time. The hotline was not working since they've closed business for the day. I couldn't find a customer service number to check whether my order will be delivered or not. This is a horrible experience since I order from them occasionally. I will share my experience with my contacts and never gonna recommend kfc again. Bad service at best.

Really disappointed with the KFC delivery experience. I placed an order through the website, and the driver called to inform me that I needed to meet halfway. Additionally, KFC charged around Rs. 400 for delivery. Their hotline number, +94115532532, appears to be disconnected. The Minuwangoda outlet isn't answering calls. In contrast, Domino's and Pizza Hut deliver to the doorstep. This seems unfair. I won't be ordering from KFC again. When ordering, especially for parents, consider the inconvenience—having to take a tuktuk in the middle of the night, pay for the ride, and cover KFC delivery charges

Some time back, it was possible to buy food for a reasonable price. But now KFC is not worth for money. Most items are expensive and giving a small portion. Not recommended.

Don't go there. First one is hot temperature condition on it, cannot understand why they are maintaining very low AC temperature. Second one is poor customer service because they didnt clean table after went previous customer.

After staying for long time ( mote than 1/2 Hour ) in the Q when we reached to the cashier they says unable to get hotdrumlets ! Poor service Negombo outlet ( Administration look CCTV and make the mistakes before losing the customers )

I ordered through their website and had to wait for 2 hours . Then someone from the outlet calls me and asks if I can pay by cash since their card machines aren’t working . 🤷🏽‍♂️ Eventually had to cancel the order . What a waste of time .

Hi thanks for opening an outlet in nittambuwa I had a very bad experience in ur out in malwatha nittambuwa my first visit was very good the boys there on that day we're very helpfull .but my visit today was not satisfied at all by the girl on duty in the evening I ordered 20 pieces of kfc chicken and a 6 portion .i ask her if this is large pieces she said yes Sir it drumlets I did not understand but paid the money .since it was not what I need for the evening I requested the the girl I need to change she refused ..but she could have avoid the bill since i am going to order for a different pack but she refused and said no .i dont know if this is onevof ur rules but u should bend the rules specialy at a time like this .it is bad impression when u turn down the customers at once NO i call the hot line to make complain but no answer .

Terrible....I ordered a ten pieces chicken bucket from Wattala branch and received 5 pieces of drumsticks and 3 wings and 1 thigh and 1 breast piece. Disgusting....when I contacted the branch to enquire why is it the response from the branch is terrible.

Christmas Chicken Combo was completely misguiding as it doesn't serve as per the post being displayed in outlets. Flavour was awful and not appealing as it used to be ...Not worth for money.....Throughly disappointed....

Its been almost 4 hours since i ordered and i still haven't received my order. When i checked for an update all they had to say is that the order is not dispatched. More than 4 hours and it's still not dispatched yet. Wow! Such a poor service i should say. And for the order i made at 6pm, i am being informed at 10pm that they do not have the delivery available in the Matale outlet. I had to call many times for an updaye on my order and still they only had to inform there is no delivery after confirming the order and making me wait for hours. How terrible is this service. Kfc should work big time on how to satisfy their customer! Extremely disappointing.

I need to put a complaint about KFC - Kotahena. I went there yesterday( 4th September 2022) in the night. The Manager was inside the kitchen without wearing a cap. I asked for submarine they said they don't have. But after 10 minutes they started to issue submarine. Also all the workers are very slow. I waited more than 10 minutes for collect my Regular French Fries. Really Disappointed.

This is really bad. They do not feaking turn on their AC. They do not have fans and do not turn on their AC. It is hot sweating and full of flies. You pay high price for their food but do not have the AC even. Very disappointing service. Never coming back.

KFC Fort has some of the laziest workers around. Even when there are no other orders they chill about and say it would take over an hour to get your order done.

Today i visited Nittambuwa ,Malwatta located KFC & Ordered KFC Sawan for the dining in with my family. Price increase up to Rs. 2950/= & its accepted considering country current situation. But we non satisfactory about of appeared very low chicken ( three large pieces , one drumstick , four wings) pieces in Sawan . If the price increase need to maintain quality . Also air conditioners off in dining area. Seen some customers first ordered dining and after received their order re arranged take away . Staff appearance and service really appreciating . How ever we always like KFC and hope you will maintain same quality always in future .

Worst customer service that I Have ever experienced. Both Manger and chef on their phones after taking food orders. Even the ordered food is ready, we have to go to the counter and ask wether the our order is ready or not because they don't call when the order is ready.

Nice experience since its located in a colonial building in front of the Colombo world trade center, just next to the old Dutch hospital.. Other than that, nothing special compared to other branches.. There's an issue with parking.. Service is generally okay..

I went to the KFC at Canal Row. Food is okay. Nothing special. But the Air conditioner wasn't working. So it was really hot inside. Otherthan that an okay experience

This review is regarding Canal Row Outlet. Air conditioning not working (for like months now). It's like visiting an oven around 12-1 pm. Other than that food is fine. It's KFC, no complains. (But I find some portions are smaller than other outlets, maybe that's me, I don't know.)

Went to the badulla outlet today and it was the worst kfc experience I ever had. It was cold, cheese was still frozen, bun was old and crumbling. Not recommended

Taste is the same as before compared to other fast food in srilanka, but the price is higher haven't been a cheaper , and the burgers are reduced in size

There customer service is very poor, they don't think about customer time while meeting, we had to pay and wait for a long time.

Ambience is nice. But the place was not clean.. Floor was with food leftovers. Really felt disappointed of the cleanliness..

Terrible service on the hotline. Called in 6:42 pm order was confirmed. Called back at 7:18pm sine there wasn’t a delivery. Call centre agent confirmed the order is getting prepared. Called back at 7:55 since no delivery yet. Call centre agent tells me that the order was placed at 7:30pm!!!! Explained to him that it was placed at 6:42 pm and I had to call back because I didn’t receive the order. He tells me the order is already dispatched. Now it’s 8:05 pm. I’ll see what time I’m getting my order delivered. Extremely disappointed with the service. Should have just ordered pizza. Updated Order received at 8:35 pm. Delivery time on the receipt is 7:55pm 🤷🏻‍♀️

Why is KFC Sri Lanka not offering the Original flavour KFC chicken. I remember long back when KFC was newely opened in Sri Lanka, they used to serve both the Original KFC as well as the hot and crispy flavours. Even the Coleslaw is not available since long back. I don't understand this KFC Sawan Culture that is being promoted. There is nothing Original about KFC Sri Lanka anymore. Cargill's management must seriously get behind the drawing board and relook at this brand offering in Sri Lanka. Also KfC international must not allow misrepresentation of their brand in any country. Certain food items which define what KFC is all about should continue to be offered everywhere

Im not talking about the KFC fort but overall KFC outlets and mainly kiribathgoda outlet. They just advertis promotions and refers to door step delivery service on curfew pandamics. Meantime, they don't respond to any of the calls. I tried calling the whole day also dropped messenger text didn't respond. Bad customer service and poor quality.

Nice atmosphere, regular KFC food you get anywhere else in Sri Lanka. But really liked the vibe with the whole surrounding.

Ordered for the Speacial Festive Burger Combo today, and is a big dissapointment! Not worth the money spent, even though a offer. The 2 double decker burger, was a large piece of chicken, sandwiched in between to buns only the 2 Zinger burger was a thin slice of chicken with a mayo and chopped lettuce with the rest of the items offered for the combo. You could get 2 burgers for lkr. 400 from a competitor (that has 3 diffrenet options to choose from) which is not much of a difference in terms of quality and flavour, when compared with double decker and Zinger burger. Enjoyed a similar offer from KFC, made available during the season 2 years back and this does not live up to it at all. This is just my opinion, but maybe others would have enjoyed it!

Real Shame on you KFC. being as a well known brand and does not have online payment gateway. what a shame to KFC & Cargills PLC.

Poor Service From call center agents Ashiq & Mudhitha. Not knowing about their product and their delivery locations. I have got delivered enough occasions to my place at Kolonnawa because though the address says Kolonnawa, this location is at Obeysekara which is your usual delivery location. Not showing any interest to help the customer. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone. Don’t send any promotion SMS to my Nos hereafter.

Their burgers do NOT look at all like in the pictures. Their prices increase regularly and the size of the portions and food gets smaller. UTTER waste of money. Fortunately via pickme or uber, one can get very good burgers or wraps or submarines which are quality, tasty and value for money. KFC Sri Lanka is a disgrace to the franchise.
