The
WORST
&
UNPROFESSIONAL
customer
service
ever
offered
by
Dominos,
Dehiwala!
Last
week
(Tuesday,
13th
Dec
around
8:30
pm)
we
put
a
visit
to
Dominos,
Dehiwala.
And
there
were
customer
parking
slots
available
for
about
2
cars,
2
vans.
However,
that
day
the
Dominos’
stock
lorry
was
parked
across
the
customer
parking
area
(and
the
unloading
was
in
progress)
in
a
way
where
none
of
the
vehicles
could
bypass
the
lorry
and
utilize
the
available
parking
slots.
My
vehicle
was
on
the
road
waiting
for
them
to
finish
unloading.
During
the
first
5
minutes,
I
asked
whether
they
can
move
the
vehicle
a
bit
(just
a
small
turn
would
allow
room
for
vehicles
to
pass
in
and
utilize
the
remaining
parking
slots).
Then
they
just
said;
“no,
the
stock
unloading
is
in
progress”.
After
waiting
for
about
15-20
minutes
long,
they
were
done
unloading
and
the
rear
doors
of
the
lorry
was
also
closed.
My
dad
got
down
the
vehicle,
approached
and
asked
them
to
take
the
lorry
as
they
were
done
unloading
so
that
we
can
park.
And
the
driver
literally
yelled
“can’t”
straight
on
face.
And
then,
one
of
the
Mangers
came
out,
and
we
lodged
a
verbal
complaint
saying
no
point
of
having
a
customer
parking
if
the
customers
aren’t
allowed
to
park
while
their
unloading
lorry
is
parked
across.
We
further
added
that
as
soon
the
unloading
is
done,
the
lorry
wasn’t
even
cleared
from
the
customer
parking
space.
Instead,
the
driver
was
extremely
adamant.
But
the
Manager
did
nothing
other
than
defending
their
own
staff.
Also,
a
bunch
of
other
staff
saw
us
waiting
on
the
road
putting
on
the
right
signal
until
the
unloading
is
done
(for
the
entire
15-20
minutes),
they
didn’t
even
care
about
it.
This
is
by
far
the
WORST
customer
service
ever.
