I
have
been
here
in
the
past
and
the
food
has
always
been
fresh
and
well
seasoned.
The
staff
has
always
been
helpful
except
for
today
6/1/2023.
I
was
on
my
way
home
and
placed
an
online
order.
After
my
confirmation
i
received
an
email
that
my
would
be
ready
from
1755
and
1800.
I
purposely
was
late
picking
since
I
had
to
refile
my
vehicle.
I
got
there
in
1815
and
was
greeted
by
no
one.
There
were
no
staff
just
other
customers
waiting
for
their
order
or
to
be
served.
Finally
after
5
minutes
a
guy
walks
in
and
starts
to
ask
for
names.
Without
really
hearing
anyone
he
just
starts
answering
them
in
Spanish.
I
did
not
know
what
he
was
saying
but
he
kept
on
repeating
Uber
many
times.
He
finally
asks
me....
Something
but
I'm
not
sure
what
it
was.
I
asked
him
how
much
longer
for
my
order
and
again
he
repeated
Uber
and
held
up
two
fingers.
Once
he
was
done
with
that
he
decided
to
take
out
his
phone
and
start
watching
videos.
I
tried
to
get
his
attention
again
to
ask
about
my
order
but
he
walked
off
to
the
back.
Another
employee,
a
lady
this
time
comes
out
and
again
asks
for
names.
After
hearing
the
first
name
she
says
it
is
almost
ready
and
walks
off
again.
This
was
another
ten
minutes,
already
an
hour
that
i
had
placed
my
order.
When
the
first
employee
came
out
again
I
again
tried
to
ask
him
about
my
order.
He
said
something
that
still
did
not
understand
then
went
to
the
back.
When
he
came
out
5
minutes
later
I
wrote
a
message
on
translate
to
say
I
had
been
over
an
hour
for
my
food
and
if
i
can
just
cancel
my
order
and
get
a
refund.
Again
the
male
employee
walked
off
then
returned
a
few
minutes
later
with
a
bag
of
cold
food.
Getting
his
attention
at
this
point
was
no
longer
going
to
happen
he
again
walked
off
and
I
can
hear
videos
again
from
his
phone.
By
the
time
I
got
home
(i
got
my
order
1
hour
and
twenty
minutes
after
I
ordered)
it
had
been
almost
2
hours
and
45
minutes
after
placing
my
order.
I
tried
to
salvage
it
by
heating
it
up.
When
looking
in
the
bag
I
noticed
missing
items.
No
rice.
No
utensils.
Cold
food
and
torn
bags.
Overall
it
was
not
a
great
experience
for
pick-up.
With
this
service
i
probably
will
not
be
visiting
any
time
soon.
While
the
staff
is
friendly
except
for
the
male,
i
do
not
understand
them.
After
getting
my
food
and
walking
to
the
exit
not
a
single
apology
or
reason
for
the
wait.
Not
professional
and
white
the
food
is
the
best
in
the
area,
it
is
not
worth
an
almost
two
hour
wait.
