This was my first couple visits bringing my kids and myself here, and we loved it! The staff is super kid-friendly and my kids really enjoy it because they get a princess toothbrush and a toy when they leave! The doctor is so kind and they don’t make you wait there forever! I will definitely be continuing at this facility. My favorite part is not only the service quality, but how awesome the staff treats you.

I must say, hands down the best dentist experience I have had in a very long time. Dr. Dyer and his staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable. Priscilla, who assisted me today n times before has been helpful, she's friendly, very knowledgeable and explains things to the T. Overall, has made my experience at the dentist office a good one. This place is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👌 oh, n that fact that it's nice n clean, is a plus!

Pricilla at the fro t desk was horrible Dentist Andrew was unprofessional my tooth hurt so bad and they did not want to see me. Andrew j Dyer would not speak with and insm the patient.. I will never go to Dyer Family Dental in Horizon!! I have never been turned away especially if I was in pain and couldn't chew. Unethical staff.. Patients always come first customer service was poor!!!!

Dr. Dyer and his staff provide phenomenal service! The facility is well maintained and very clean. The staff is very friendly and very approachable. Dr. Dyer is by far the best Dentist in El Paso! Your concerns are taken very serious and addressed as if it was his concern. Dr. Dyer is very approachable, very professional and very knowledgeable at his craft. Our family recommends Dyer Family Dental to not only residents in the area, but to all El Paso residents! The Dr. Dyer Family Dental team is amazing and work very well together. An added bonus to your visit, there are pictures of Corvettes in every room. It's possible that the best corvette club in El Paso, WEST TEXAS VETTES, endorses and supports Dr Dyer Family Dental. Showed up to my 5pm dentist appointment this evening. But was told that because the appointment wasn’t confirmed via text message, the appointment was given to someone else. The front office person told me that they had also called and left me a voicemail. When I asked when and what day…she was unable to tell me. I showed her my phone and voicemail history from October and November. Never did the office staff follow up to confirm the appointment. One more thing, don’t lie to your patients about actually calling when you haven’t. It’s unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve been a patient since 2019 and it seems the office staff isn’t as good as it used to be.

My favorite dentist! My experience here is always pleasant. I have the worst dental anxiety and the staff and doctor are so patient with me. During my visit today I felt like I was at a spa treatment with how gentle and kind everyone one. The appointments are always on time and move quickly. The office is super clean and comfortable.

Hands down the best dentist I've ever had. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and wait times have always felt minimal compared to other medical facilities. Dr. Dyer makes the entire process painless, which is hard to say for dentists!

Everything went well as usual, everyone is always very nice and courteous. The only difference I noticed today was that the hygienist did not floss between my retainer. All the other hygienists I've dealt with in the past, have done it. I like coming this dentist, is always nice and clean.
