My first experience at the office was very nice and pleasant. The staff are all very welcoming and the office is very bright and clean. there was a small wait, which was expected, but not overly long. The doctor came in and was very thorough and did not rush me through my appointment. She asked me lots of questions, and tried to be very detailed, which I found to be very professional, and left me with the sense of confidence. I plan to continue to come here and have her as my new primary care physician.

I usually go to the VA but Dr Mgbokwere sees me for my diabetes and hypothyroidism. She has been amazing for the last three years I’ve seen her. She gives me medications that actually work and that the VA doesn’t want to give me. I feel so much better since coming here. She will also write referrals if needed. Yes the wait time is a little long, but I have been to many military doctors that had much longer wait times and didn’t care at all. She also sees my son and took things seriously when he had pain in his knee. He ended up needing surgery. She referred him to a very good surgeon. I would recommend Dr Mgbokwere to anyone looking for a quality physician who cares.

The 1 star is a negative star. 1st I went for my annual check up and it is supposed to be a $0 copay for preventive health. I got charged $45 because she asked how I was doing from my prior surgery. I said I was having a little bit of pain so it turned into an office visit. 2nd I have always gone 1 time per year to get blood work for my thyroid and all of a sudden she needs to see me twice a year and twice a year blood work. Mind you the blood work is also done in her office so it's an extra charge. 3rd I brought up the issue where she wanted me to go in for blood work and visit 2x per year and didn't feel it was necessary, the Dr. said that if I went to get the bloodwork she would call me to go over my results so I didn't have to go into the office. I got my blood work and called them so someone could call back. I never received the call back and she wanted me to go into the office. Almost 3 months later I had to go in for my annual check up and she wanted me to get more blood work (3rd time in a year) before my appointment. Finally, I take a B12 shot and she said I could go in once a month to get one of the nurses to apply the injection. I didn't even see the doctor nor stay over 10 min. It was in get the injection and leave and they charged an office visit. I just learned how to apply them myself. This is just a doctor who is over charging her patients.

The customer service from both staff and Dr. Mgbokwere is exceptional. I appreciate the welcoming environment and professional demeanor.

Doctor Mgbokwere is the best. The soonest I started coming with her my health changed for good. I use to take a lot of medications and she been reducing my medications little by little. She is very understanding and I feel comfortable taking to her .

To start, the office staff was so helpful and kind. The nurse that took my 6 month old daughter vitals was so sweet, patient and thorough! She was so knowledgeable and immediately ran test in preparation for the doctor. The doctor her self was very gentle and playful with my baby. She was quick without rushing and answered any questions or concerns we had. I appreciated my whole experience here. I was in search of a new primary pediatrician for my baby since the one we were with previously was the complete opposite of this office! Unfortunately during this visit my daughter was found to have RSV but they have taken such great care of her I am confident she will make a quick recovery! Thank you to all staff!

Great office staff. Attentive. Take time to listen to you. Dr Mgbokwere is a wonderful Doctor. Always with a smile and positive attitude. Takes her time with her patients listens, explains in every day language so patient understands. Wait times a low. You can not go wrong with Dr. And her staff

Dr. Mbokwere is smart, caring, and really listens. She is across town but it’s worth the 40 min drive because she is an incredible doctor. I didn’t realize she’s also a pediatrician physician- I just switched my kids to her. Great staff as well!! Thank you!

Dr. Mgbokwere is great. She’s professional and always looks for solutions to help alleviate any ailments. The front staff this time looked like all new people to me and they were very friendly and went above and beyond. This time around was also quick, no long wait at all. I hope this is the case every visit.
