    I live in Clint. I got home to a burger with no meat in it. Called them to let them know…. Assistant Manager (Angel) took it as a joke. All he wanted to do is shut me up.

    One meal was incorrect they fixed it with an attitude but fixed it. Ordered 1 coffee I never got it😔. I asked for it and was told I had to wait, waited till orders arrived and nothing I asked again I was told" let me go get it" waited as everyone started eating and nothing we finished and where leaving so I stopped at the front and asked if I could just get a a cookie since I never got my coffee. I had to sit there and wait another 7 to 10 min and nothing. They couldn't even just give a cookie. Just bad customer service, and very unprofessional nobody seem to know wt they wr doing asking each other around and never having an answer. Bad experience

    I had stopped ordering Whataburgers years ago, due to two other sick experiences!! But since my son had stopped there and asked if I would like a burger, I reluctantly agreed. After I ate the burger I was okay, so the next week he bought me another. I liked it and was fine, so I decided I would continue to order. BAD MISTAKE! This 3rd time after I ate it, I started feeling sick again!!! Like with a cold or flu!! Now 3 days later it's gotten WORSE! As I am leaving this review, I have a stuffy nose and body aches!! Yesterday my nose kept dripping and I was sneezing a lot!! I feel TERRIBLE!!! I know it's because I ate the burger!!! Anywhere I go in public, I always wear a DOUBLE face mask and no one around me is sick! I believe someone there that has a cold either COUGHED, SNEEZED or TOUCHED my food with unwashed hands!!! Unfortunately, I was again unlucky to eat another CONTAMINATED burger!!! People who prepare food there, and other places should be FORCED to wear face masks and gloves or risk being FIRED!!!!!!!!

    I waited over 30 minutes for my food ended up coming inside and had to wait about 10 minutes to be greeted by someone drive thru lady looked at me and ignored me asked for supervisor and other 5 minutes to wait for hi mato show up when I got my food they claimed “oh it didn’t show us you checked in” I added a screenshot showing I did indeed check in worst service ever if I can give zero stars I would

    Always get my orders wrong. Managers i usually speak to apologize, make me what I ordered correctly and throw in a dessert. The “manager” I spoke to this time cared little to nothing, never apologized and kept telling me I was wrong and what they gave me was right and continued on to argue with me. This is the last time I come to this location because of her, I’ll drive further.

    Horrible services, what’s the point of ordering online if they are going to make your order wrong. Had to go back 3 times to get my order done correctly and the staff was very rude for asking to get my meal correctly. Wont be going back

    No green chile on 2 of the burgers. Wrong orders happen way too often at this location. We use the drive through and it’s maddening to get home and have things wrong. Also ordered large onion rings and got 8 onion rings for $3.29! Outrageous,

    I’ve been to this location multiple times (drive thru) and they have always messed up my order. Wrong drinks no ketchup or fries are cold. I understand mistakes happen but it’s every single time here. I waited 25 min for my food also. I’m just gonna take the extra time to drive to another location

    It was one of my favorite Whataburger that I would eat but now that each time I go the employees use profanity a lot and very loud. It creates a really ugly atmosphere because they also put a really loud radio In the kitchen that you can hear in the lobby and eating area and it must that uses way to much profanity I mean like a lot I know people speak and hear music with profanity but I'm mean this is to much. It supposed to be a family friendly place to eat but you go with kids and all your kids hear is the worst of profanity.its disgusting and not at all professional that atmosphere is for a bar or night club not for a family zone burger place.

    We pulled in to the drive thru at 10:00pm tonight. There were 2 female employees, running around the parking lot in uniform, one of them in her socks, yelling and creating a disturbance for people trying to order their food. I’m not sure if these little girls were on break or off for the night, but that is the establishment where they work, and they were acting like young children. We waited for our food for nearly 30 min, while they were running around yelling. It was really uncomfortable and really unprofessional. There should be a standard, even for a fast food restaurant.

    My brother & I were Door Dashing Sunday 08/06/2023 around 9:30ish pm. The associate at the front acted like she didn't want to help my brother & told him they were out of sodas even though our customer's order clearly said "tea" for all 4 drinks. The food was ready, and she started to work on the drinks, went back to ringing people up, but her attitude didn't improve. The manager & 1 other associate asked her if my brother had been helped, and she said that he was waiting on drinks in a very lackadaisical manner. Even so, neither the manager nor the other associate completed helping fill the drinks. If the girl doesn't like her job, maybe she needs to quit & find something else to do. The quality of service at Whataburger has gone down since some corporation took over them - that's too bad because they used to provide a great experience.

    Besides the food being on point😋😋😋; the cashier forgot my straw and cup sauces I asked for as well as there was no ketchup🍅🥫 in the bag; also, over heard the cashier talking about getting high after the shift. I'm not trying to be Snitch on anyone, but C'mon now, at least get Orders right and be Cognizant of your Surroundings...😤😠😡🤬👿🔥🔥🔥🙂🫠🙃😏😑🙄😒😅😅🤷🏾‍♂️😂🤣

    The service was excellent. Drive through time was fairly quick considering there were about 6 cars ahead of me. My fries were a little bit on the cool side but nothing huge as to give 4 stars instead of 5.

    one lane open when I went . That Didn’t bother me. They take your name for the order. Pointless ! they have to ask your order all over again while you thought you were waiting for your order to be ready. Unorganized for just having one lane open .

    Absolute trash. No lids for cups no spicy ketchup no sweet tea. Every single employee standing around hands in their pockets not offering help to anyone. Manager the only one running around. Worst whataburger around. Do not go. You'll waste ALOT of time there

    Waited more than 40min with only 3 cars in front and still took twice as much for only chicken strips. I've worked at whataburger before and idk why only this location takes so long!!!

    Atmosphere? It's OK, definitely not a cantina with live music. Food is always on par. I always double check my food. If you don't something will be missing. My only pet peeve.

    The drive thru personal has gotten better and customer service was on point. Had a flat root beer and he went ahead and changed it for me right away and was only in like for 18 minutes compared to the 40 minute wait

    I have been here for 15 minutes and nobody was there to check if anyone was in the front. I ordered the new burger the southern bacon burger with as light sauce as possible and I got suggested I had the sauce on the side which I appreciate greatly since its mayo based and I don't like mayo as much I also understand its 3am I and they don't want to deal with very specific instruccions other than that everything was great. What bothered me was the time they took to try and help me which is service time and so on. Lets not even talk about the music they have jamming out of a phone sound like bad bunny or whatever while I have been eating on the lobby I hear 2 song playings and I can't even enjoy my meal.

    This is the closest whataburger to where I work so I usually go there during lunch. The last 4 times I’ve gone they always seem to mess up my order. One time they even forgot to add a patty to my order. I spoke to manager and all he said was sorry. I did not ask for money, I would have liked for him to tell me he would speak to the cooks or something else. I will start to go to another store.

    Made online order for curbside. They completely left out one combo. I didn’t realize till i got home. Made multiple calls while heading back to the location. No one ever answered. Was given a hard time when asking for the combo was also given a hard time about my online receipt as they gave me no other receipt. Then they only replaced the burger but not the fries. Was forced to ask again for the fries. Since they didn’t answer the phone i was placed at the back of the order line and had to wait almost 20 mins for the replacement. My family already ate by the time i got home. Online order 2091850.

    I've been eating Whataburger since the 70's here in Texas. This particular establishment I visited a year ago. It was what I expected. Good food. This past visit it was terrible! I ordered my husband the chili cheese fries and the chili cheese burger. When they arrived they were practically dry! 1 single tablespoon of chili was on his burger. Maybe 2 we're on his fries with a breath of shredded cheese. I told the girl who brought it this was not what I ordered. She tells me that they're nearly out of chili and that's why our "chili" items received only a whiff of either chili or cheese. I told her, I wasn't informed at time of order there was no chili. I wasn't given a discounted price either. I paid full price with the expectation the items would closely resemble the advertised photos. The problem was not solved. We weren't offered a different order. This location has lost two customers for good. This is why Texas based family establishments don't belong in the hands of Yankee corporations! (I contacted Whataburger corporate about this situation. In order to complain you must first answer a few questions: was this an online order? No. Was this ordered using the whataburger app? No. Two days later I received an email from corporate about my online order placed in the app. I'd receive a full refund if I'd just log onto the app and send in my receipt number logged in the app!) All around ineptitude. Skip it.

    I always order from here and they’re 100% excellent and nice. Today the manger assisted me with gift cards and went out of her way to check for new cards with pretty designs. Good management here!

    On July 21 today whataburger closed and they have 24hr signs everywhere like why does it say open all day if there going to be closed at night it’d be nice to have a warning or a sign up say why they’re closed early

    $$$ The meat is very thin on the hamburgers plus the French fries are Is half burnt Is an old, the meal is cold. Only because I went to the drive-through and surprise once I opened my package. And there's no time to retreat.
